Sierra Fitness.Is the last of its kind. I can honestly say."All ages" come here from school age to your 70s .Very down to earth.Very casual.PTs are great.24hr gym.I prefer early morning it's great and quiet.Its not massive.It has all machines and weights you need.Boxing available.Its a pity it's not larger.But definitely worth your while if your just looking to stay active and want a little more than walking.

Small gym, it can be cheap but better places around for the money

I was in town for a couple of weeks and got a short term membership which was ideal for my situation. The gym and change rooms were very clean and the equipment was new and in great condition.
The staff were helpful and friendly.
