I have been working with Olly for over a year now and it has been a fantastic and transformative experience. I have had a chronic tendonitis for over 10 years and thanks to Olly's knowledge and programs the pain has gone which I didn't think was possible!
Olly is great at keeping you motivated, building programs specific for your goals whether its muscle growth, weight loss injury prevention etc whilst constantly keeping the sessions interesting. Beyond that, he has offered excellent nutritional advice so the work in the gym doesn't go to waste!
I'd highly recommend working with Olly if you're thinking of going to a PT as you will get so much out of it. You won't regret it!

I’ve been training with Makda for the last five-ish months. I had been experiencing a lull with my training and Makda has been such a great support to get me back into it! My goals were to improve my strength and just to feel comfortable in a gym again, and we’ve done just that. She is very educational and also an overall great and friendly person - highly recommend :)

I came to Oli 2 years ago, after many years of injury, running and cycling (+ thousands of dollars seeing physios). I had one key directive; injury prevention. In writing this I’ve just realised I haven’t visited the physio since for an overuse injury. And what’s more, I’ve PB’d and actually now enjoy running more than ever feeling fast and powerful. Oli is also a great holistic health coach and can advise on nutrition & general training and physical exercise. 10/10.

Makda is a wonderful personal trainer! She tailored my training to suit my goals and current abilities, providing an extra push and motivation to put in more work. She actively corrected my form and explained the difference in power delivery when in correct form which has greatly improved my mindset towards exercises I wouldn’t normally do.
Makda is a great trainer for all levels of gym-goers, I will definitely be doing more sessions.

I started seeing Oliver 4 years ago for remedial massage after years of gym-related injuries - at the time I was training with a personal trainer from another gym, but after a few sessions of massage with Oliver I decided to switch my training to him. I've been focusing on strength training, but have always had injuries which have put training on pause at times - other PTs have tended to avoid any exercises that were aggravating those injuries, but Oliver's extensive experience means he's able to determine what might be causing the issues and navigate around them, while still hitting the strength training goals. Couldn't recommend him highly enough, a great PT and a great guy!

After 2 cortisone shots and over a year and a half of physio therapy I was still struggling with chronic pain related to a shoulder injury. The pain was not only impacting my workouts but also daily activities as mundane as sleeping and putting on a jacket. Oliver was able to help me strengthen the impacted area and improve my range of motion through his carefully curated stretching and strength training program. I honestly didn’t think I’d ever be able to do a pull up or bench press any significant weight again, but Oliver was able to help me do both again without pain. I HIGHLY recommend Oliver for anyone looking for help working through any sort of injury and wanting to live pain free and regain freedom of movement.

My personal trainer referred me to Oliver and I can't speak highly enough of the quality of care he has provided me. Have struggled with lower back pain and a ongoing shoulder injury since having my son 3 years ago and the relief I feel after treatment is exceptional and ongoing. He's also helped me improve my strength and weight lifting routine to support my continual improvement. Have referred him to many people already who have in turn referred him to their friends. Highly recommend.
