This place has been around for a while. First tried it years ago. I ordered delivery this time. First time getting ethi delivered.

Two beef dishes. One minced one cubed.
Both around $20 each. Not cheap but one plate can be two meals. Very very tasty and flavorful.

Inera is made from grain teff. This was filling and I will definitely be coming back to try the menu again.

Parking is on the st metered and can be tough to find here.

Great tasting food, good service, generous portion. The only thing I would add is if they could make a little change to the decoration and restroom cleanliness. Otherwise, it's a great restaurant and worth spending your money.

We haven't been to an Ethiopian restaurant in 20 years and were looking for something different. Habesha's was good, and the waitress did a good job despite being really busy.

The food was good. Though not as spicy as I expected. It isn't my favorite food, but was a good experience and I'm glad my kids got to experience it.
Went there yesterday for the first time and the food was AMAZING!!! I didn't think I'd be able to finish my order but my husband and I sure did. So flavorful, so tasty. It was busy but our food came out in a timely manner. Our waitress was lovely, she felt like a long lost auntie making sure her kids ate well. 10/10

Delicious Ethiopian cuisine .
The service was quick, the music was good and the whole experience was nice.
The chicken and vegetarian options were great and the spicy tea was refreshing.
Anjira were soft and went well with the gravy .
There is a parking lot near the restaurant

By far the worst experience I had so far. I told the waitress explicitly that my wife is vegetarian and requested to get the meat dish separately. But she brought everything together and mixed both the dishes together. When asked she suggested my wife to eat around the corners that did not mix with the meat portion. No apologies offered. We decided to leave and asked her for check when she got a Togo box and just threw everything in. Won’t recommend or return to this place.

The food was less than average, the injera did not taste like the original at all, it just looked like it. The veggies and meat lacked taste and spices. I would not recommend to anyone who knows how Ethiopian food tastes like. The service was great.

They must hire people to lie on their reviews. The food sucks! Overpriced burnt food. They claim that the prices online are from an “old menu”🤔 $9 kids meals( better off at McDonald’s)were overcooked,!! I think that they burned the food to try and get rid of the rotten chicken that they serve.! veggie & meat Sambusas were burnt! Fish was burnt! Do they only eat Burnt food in Ethiopia?? The waitress kept forgetting my spiced tea 🫤had to remind her multiple times. Took forever to get our food. A “Karen” kept gawking at me and my kids. (Instead of paying and leaving she decided to stare) Don’t u know it’s rude to stare? Her boyfriend kept coughing without covering up his Covid cough mouth… no manners. No ventilation in the place.🤬. They weren’t prepared for our party of 6 Even though I called a day earlier and made “reservations “. I felt like they overcharged us for everything because we’re American(and I told them so). $175+ 😲 I didn’t make a scene, I just Won’t be coming back. I tipped out of pity, but the food was horrendous. BOH needs to be notified!😫🤢🤮
