I went to the Candle Making Workshop and had the best time! Stephanie was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and fun. She made this a wonderful experience and one of the main reasons why I'm excited to go back and book the next workshop!

Cannot recommend AR Workshop enough! My friend and I signed up to each make a personalized candle. Throughout the whole experience, Stephanie was attentive and personable with our group. It was so fun experimenting with scents while also getting to know the rest of our groupmates. It was a 10/10 wholesome experience filled with great DIYing, conversation, and some much needed self care. Thank you Stephanie for a wonderful experience!

Very warm and inviting environment. The owner is so sweet and welcoming and the projects are so much fun to do! I love how we could all sit together, but pick whatever project you want to do as an individual. The staff is super helpful and fun. Definitely recommend for a girls date or date night.

This was a 1,000/10 experience - a MUST do whenever you’re in Old Town Alexandria. My maid of honor booked this as an activity during my bachelorette party and it was one of the highlights of the weekend! Not only do we each have a piece of artwork, but so many wonderful memories to cherish. Stephanie is a gem, an absolute gem whose kindness, passion, and humor MADE the experience for us. We are so grateful to have met her and experience all that AR Workshop has to offer!

PS - when I returned home my fiancé asked me where we had purchased the artwork from, he was surprised to learn that we made the pieces! All of that praise goes to the AR Workshop team of talented instructors - thank you for an amazing experience! We will certainly be back again :)

I don't typically gush about a business, but I can't say enough good things about my experience with AR Workshop Alexandria! I hosted my launch event there and it was a positive experience from start to finish. The owner helped me create a package for my attendees, the staff were very friendly and engaging throughout my event, and everyone who attended raved about their experiences. I wish I could give them an extra ⭐. I will definitely go back for my next project.

I had my birthday party at the AR Workshop Alexandria making Chunky Knit Blankets, and we had a blast! The instructors were so great and the Owner, Stephanie, was so flexible and understanding helping coordinate everything. The workshops are a great opportunity for Team Building, and simply getting people together.
