Kangaroos are cute, but they are so delicious….
I love the vibe and the food.
Steak is well cooked. Recommend to people who want to have a great dinner in the Rocks.
Not too bad to have a hangout. Lack of staff so must wait a little longer to be served.
Good place for a coffee, beer inside this alley way.

Went with my friend and had kangaroo skewers, filet and fish and so amazing. Every dish was so tasty and service was also so kind and nice. Smokey pineapple cocktail and kiwi one was so yummy. Price was reasonable too. Highly recommended for nice dinner👍
This was such an amazing restaurant with very good dishes. We really enjoyed trying their special kangaroo skewers, the meat was unbelievably tender and juicy. The sauce was so flavourful and the berries were a nice touch. I also liked theor preparation of the Sydney rock oysters in the ginger sauce, it was very fresh.

The atmosphere was great, we sat outdoors as they had heated lamps and it was very relaxing. The service was superb and the ladies made sure we were loving the whole experience. We wanted to come back again for dinner but just didn’t have time.
I had dinner with colleagues, and the beef was fantastic, really amazing. The combination of smoky flavor and mustard worked perfectly. The appetizers, such as octopus and pumpkin, were also great. The only disappointment was that the Asian female server seemed unhappy. Overall, it's definitely worth recommending.
(So) my partner and I went here to celebrate our anniversary... We saw the place on instagram... My immediate thoughts on the place/restaurant (when we got there) was that it was fit out nicely and the ambience in the place perfectly set up a wonderful evening/dining experience (for my partner and I)... My partner n I then started browsing the menus... Their drinks n cocktail menu was cool wid the cocktails quite nice! The food menu however I found to be alil bit limited and the description of each dish on the menu really wordy... I actually felt like it's wordiness was trying to over compensate for its (the menu's) lack of variety... I will say (tho) when the food did come out it was sooooooo tasty/delicious! Service (thru out the nite) was hit n miss... At times it was good, at times it wasn't... Like for example a cocktail we wanted to order wasn't available (boo)... They mistook 1 of our orders on food plus there was a plate that was collected from our table but we were actually still eating off/from it... Then the dessert we originally ordered (sum type of 🍍 dish) was too sour for us, and was complimentarily replaced with another/different dessert instead-which was appreciated by my partner and I! But then upon payment I offered to give a $20 tip and the waiter cheekily put in $30 instead! Look honestly/truthfully while the food was great, with other dining options in/at the Rocks I probably wouldn't actually recommend this place!
Service, food and atmosphere were all truly top notch. From the obvious, like beautifully cooked and paired food, to the attentive touches from the staff; we could not fault a thing. Pony is somewhere we will be back to try the full menu.
Thank you!
Unfortunately the market fish was cold and chewy, the Octopus was a bit plain and the ricotta dumplings flavourless.

The italian bread, the merguez lamb sausage were amazing and without doubt if I needed to recommend a main for the set menu it would be the steak.

For the price the set menu is fine, provided you stick to the steak as a main, the alternatives aren't worth to try.
