I recently engaged with their services and the experience was great. They were present and engaged throughout every step of the way in the hiring of an important Senior role. I've been recruiting with them for quite some time now. It has honestly been a great experience for me. I needed something I could set my own hours and essentially run my own show more or less as my personal life and health has been a challenge and quite frankly a great stress. This job has given me the ability to work and manage my health without adding the additional stress of micromanagement and unreasonable targets. This job is truly what you make it. If you're serious, then you will get something out of it. If you aren't willing to put the effort in then you simply won't. All in all this is a company I see myself partnered with long-term and that is not something I think I can say about any company I've worked for in the past.

I share this review from my husbands email as I will no longer trust the workings of this company. They don’t care about the people they get jobs, we are means to end for them and disposable. I got lied to about having a job for a month. Thought I had good job coming with good company and stopped job search since I was hired. Before start date I’m told they don’t need me anymore before start date. I did all they asked of me, so why?? Good thing my husband has a good job or bills would have been behind. Shame on Miles HR. No respect for people. Don’t support this kind of people!!!

I applied for a position and got a call fairly quick for an interview from a recruiter. Didn't catch her name as she spoke really quick. We had scheduled an interview and she said she was going to send me email and I got nothing from them. It seems like they're a little unorganized. Recruitment agencies I've been with would sent emails within 2 hours of the call with interview details including location but I got nothing from Adecco.
Got placement almost right after I submitted resume. It only took a day for them to contact me for interview and less than a week to confirm the placement.
I had the opportunity to work with Targeted Talent and while there are a number of great recruitment firms in Vancouver, Targeted Talent stood out amongst them. Their focus on inclusion and cognitive diversity really made a difference for me in finding my dream job.
