Not very informative and the medicaid/ medicare workers are clueless. I also have gone many times.
HRA when you need to get help this is the place. You'll sit there for hours just to walk away with a few one-way Metro cards for other appointments to wait hours.
It was a journey for me because I don't know Queens.. so I had Google maps show me. The wait was not long. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Went there first time for Medicare renewal was told to bring in my tax file . Went the second timet with the tax file paper and waited almost 5 hours just to be told they don't need tax paper and to get a letter from my employer , mind you I had to take off a day from work to do this . They need to get their act together and put some of the staff back at training on how take care of people . How could you be resourceful to humans if you can't even get your own resources straight . You have one job to ask for the correct paperwork and make sure they are in order. I don't know when these people will shape themselves up and get their act together .
Extremely very long waits! Poor customer service and you got to look forward to returning 3 times + to resolve 1 issue with fingers crossed. Staff is lazy to assist with emergency issues, clients have the right to trust these workers that barely show compassion or deligency.
Besides the obvious wait. People who have appointments here need to just have patience and clear your schedule because depending on their system things can go smoothly or you'll be there ALL day.
They sanction me saying I didn’t go on March 30 and I did but the person that interviewed me didn’t give me a receipt but all the documents in the folder has the date on it but they still sanctioned me took my Medicaid Please everyone get a receipt I’m going to get mine and do a fair hearing
Stupid a** 4 floor worker didn’t give me my paper work saying I need to bring my id and social knowing it’s already in the system dum a** bish DONT care about nobody kids!!
