The only meal service that looks like real food. Others I have tried look like microwave foods. Healthy Alternative is fresh, tasty & seems like only good ingredients. Also better price than other service.

Used Healthy Alternative for a staff dinner at my local school. HA was great about accommodating food restrictions and everything was delicious. Many of the staff went out of their way to share how much they enjoyed it and are looking forward to our next meal.

Really wanted to like this place based on the proximity and other reviews. The food is just too bland. I could steam vegetables and put salt and pepper on a chicken breast and not pay $15 per. Lacking seasoning and character that you would expect from a premium meal service place. They must mass produce and not have actual chefs making these things.

Healthy Alternative is simply amazing! Their gourmet meals are not only healthy but also incredibly delicious. The fact that they are delivered right to your door on Wednesday and Sunday (or both) makes it so convenient and hassle-free.

Vegan review: I tried this for two weeks. Loved that the calorie count was included. The food was of good quality, okay flavours, on time delivery. You can make personalized changes to the weekly menu (subs). As a plant based vegan this just wasn’t the right fit for me but l have and would recommend it others 🌱💕

We tried 8 different dishes: salmon salmon, the cod, the chicken mushroom risotto, steak and soy protein. All were delicious! Sauces on the side, you can clearly see the whole foods, long beans, and natural ingredients. Very pleased with all the meals. Wish we found Healthy Alternative earlier!! Will definitely order again soon!!

Amazing meals! I find myself looking forward to dinner in a way that I had not for years because each meal is delicious, filling and totally different than what you had the day before. These meals are far better than your typical restaurant meal and are really healthy because I’m full and satisfied yet losing weight! I guess quality ingredient truly make a difference.

Received my first order today. Surprised to see the huge ice pack inside which kept everything really cool even in this hot weather. Got 6 boxes for 6 meals: 3 chicken, 2 beef and 1 fish based. I was slightly concerned about the portion but after having the beef stroganoff with brown rice pasta (nvr heard of this but tasted great) and mushroom I am very full and satisfied. Great job Healthy Alternative. Looking forward to the rest of the meal boxes !
