5 stars all day! This facility is amazing. We had our Apnea & Surf Survival class for two days and it was awesome. The pool is warm and clean, the staff is great and the location is the best.
Mike Campisi was very attentive to all the details of our reservation and everything was spot on. He even allow us to use their CPR mannequins for the survival class.
As a lifeguard instructor, I have eyes for safety. Their lifeguards worked extra hard all weekend to make sure all the kids swimming around were safe and supervised.

What a wonderful experience! Friendly staff - Darion, the manager was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs as we were attendees to a VIP party . Lifeguards did a great job of watching the kids and addressing them when needed .
Again great experience - highly recommend!

Love this place. The shallow depth is perfect for my son. It helped him gain confidence in the water, and now he's a great swimmer.

We have been bring our daughters to the Plunge Adventure Camp over the last two years, both during winter break and also a few weeks over summer break. We love Sam, who runs the camp , and she always looks out for the kids to make sure they are having fun. Camp is organized , the kids have a blast and it’s super easy to drop the kids off and pick them up. They have increased the variety of activities the kids can do, and swimming in the pool with the obstacle course is always a highlight . I highly recommend the adventure camp.

Best pool in the area. Staff is super nice, towels provided, nice sauna, showers, workout area. Never had a trouble sharing a lane. Love this place! Parking in the summer isn’t always fun though…

This place is the best! Extremely kid and parent-friendly. The obstacle course kept my kids entertained for the whole day and proved to be a good challenge for me too. The water was warm, the showers were nice and hot. Free lockers were a nice touch but not needed. The locker room was clean and well serviced. I noticed the staff checked it regularly. The lifeguards seemed alert and engaged and I felt my children were safe at all times. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly and answered most of my questions before I even asked. Overall, I highly recommend Plunge San Diego to anyone and everyone!

An average pool. It has a little obstacle course for kids. My kids enjoyed it, we were there less than 2 hours. I got the family deal, 4 people for $70. I would say it is good for teenagers but not for families with little kids.
