Top Hot dog stands in Newport, United States

Place was clean and they made the best burger I have had in awhile. My wife agreed, and our toddler ate every bite of his grilled cheese with a smile. Will definitely come back!

Called to check on my door dash order. Was told food was ready, waiting on dasher. So it showed dasher was there. Try to contact the Dasher and was unsuccessful. So I called Five Guys back, I was nice and wasn't rude or short..nothing. talked to manager and politely asked if my order had been picked up because it showed that a driver has been there for 20 minutes. And she was just flat rude. Told me to stop calling them that it's on door dash.

This was at the Newport, Ky location, Saturday 12/30/23 @ 8:30pm. African American Female manager.
Apparently her can't handle her position.

I placed a carryout order by phone at 5 p.m., which was a really slow time, and my girlfriend picked it up. My girlfriend paid the cashier, and she said the cashier looked at the tip and rolled her eyes, and she didn't tell anyone that this order was ready for pickup so they could drop our fries. My girlfriend sat there for a half hour before everyone else in the place had been served, and our order was sitting on the shelf the whole time. Rather than remake it, they gave us cold burgers that were sitting on the shelf. When you're spending almost 40$ for burgers and fries, you don't expect to get cold meat and wet soggy buns. They didn't even put any of our requested condiments and toppings on there. I called and complained, and a manager named Kim told me they would correct the issue. A week or so later and I called to place the order and told the manager on duty who was a male to let them know what was going on. He said he didn't know how to do that and that I'd have to call back another time because he wasn't able to do anything about it. I went the next time in person. The only reason I give this location 5 stars for service is because the manager on duty was really nice about it and remade my order since I had my receipt. Overall, the two stars rating is because of the inconvenience the managers and employees caused to actually get what I paid for. I don't want to be treated like someone trespassing in the capital from District 12 when I'm going to spend my money somewhere. I'm not looking for someone working at 5Guys to "create an experience" for me, but I don't like the way we were treated as customers by their staff, with the exception of the manager that addressed the issue finally. I love 5Guys, but I won't go back to this location.

I went here beginning of July. I have a gluten allgrey the lady at register assured me they could accommodate but when it came time to make the food the manager refused to follow allgrey protocols, change her gloves, wipe down the counter and then she yelled at me 3 times. I had a order without allgrey she threw the fries in bag with out allgrey wouldn't put them in the cup they come in. This manager need to be retrained on allgrey protocols and how to speak with customers.

The food was great, and it came out hot and fast. Had a really nice outside seating area.

This is just a classic casual burger place, and their burgers are really done well.

Regular burger is 2 patties, and little burger is 1 patty. If you get a bacon burger, you can ask for extra bacon for free.

The freshly cut fries are awesome- cooked through and crispy and not really starchy like some fresh-cut fries. They also give you a mountain of them. It's best to pour them out on the paper bag so the ones in the cup don't get soggy. (Note: the picture is a little misleading. We ordered a regular fry, and they gave us the full cup plus all the ones on the bag.) A regular order of fries is plenty for two to share.

I often get bbq sauce on the side, and they usually give small portions for this. Otherwise, service is good.

The Levee location has great outdoor seating in the shade.

Had dinner here and loved the freshly made food. Great burger and a mountain of fries. Very generous with the food. Kind staff.

Not in the mood for a Saturday night pizza or burger, Five Guys bacon hot dog sounded good. But, like their burgers, the dogs are heavy in the afterlife. Specific issue with this location is parking. Unless you are already at the Levee it can be problematic, expensive or a decent walk if you find surrounding neighborhood street parking. Another issue was my online order was not ready (waiting on fries) and you have to queue in a line as walkups which is defeating the purpose of an online order.
