Bad service. The manager was rude saying we couldn't make such a big order. If I am paying they must place my order without restrictions

My son had a rough football game and asked for Five Guys afterwards, we walk in at 9:20 and order 5 burgers and a medium fry for our whole family (came to $65 which is a separate issue, but I have no problem paying for good food and it was delicious). While we’re sitting there waiting, the cook starts complaining about people that come in “9:15, 9:30, 9:58” (his exact words) and order 7 burgers right before they close at 10. AWKWARD! I wanted to just cancel my order and leave I felt so unwelcome. Luckily my husband didn’t hear because he would have, even though our food was almost finished.

Here’s the deal, I never see many patrons here when I drive by, I would think that these employees would understand that any business in this economy needs all the customers they can get. I don’t see anything wrong with going somewhere 40 minutes before they close and ordering food but I felt a weird vibe from the minute we walked in there and after he said that I finally knew why.

The burgers were great, but really over priced, I’m willing to deal with the price but coupled with that kind of service, can’t do it. He also said “especially people that used to work in restaurants, they should know” well, I worked in one for 8 years and never expected to get out any sooner than an hour after our place closed.

Food was good but they messed up our order pretty badly. Also worker was shouting at the top of their lungs making the environment very uncomfortable

I went in to get a few burgers, fries and milkshake. As I had just picked husband up from hospital. I got my food and left. Realized I had forgotten my milkshake. I called, but got no answer. Love the fries, so I will still get food.

Glad to have the option of a burger bowl vs lettuce wrap (good but messy!) - much easier to eat at the desk for a good protein lunch. Very filling and one patty (little bacon cheeseburger) does the job with all the toppings.

I've visited this location many times and despite the above average service, high quality food I've been disappointed multiple times due to the operating hours. Five Guys is supposed to be open from 11am-10pm according to the hours of operation listed on their door. I've counted over five times in a year where this location has closed before 8 pm, sometimes even on the weekend. This is unacceptable. If these new hours coincide with the operating hours of the mall/building it's attached to, then update the hours on the door/website. Don't blatantly lie to your customers, your rating reflects that deception.

Five Guys service was great. Natalie was amazing (we asked to clean one of the tables outside and she took care of it). We’re definitely coming back because of her service and the rest of the team.

Truly Impressive, almost every time. If you are looking for a great burger and nothing more, you’ve got the right establishment. This Five Guys is operated by a number of very attractable employees. You won’t be disappointed with the service or the food.
