The staff was professional and polite. However, some puzzles are quite challenging, some being rather confusing. Even with assistance, understanding their logic was difficult. Kids were bored.

Place was clean and organized. There were comfy sofas in the waiting room. Staff was friendly and responsible. A group of 8 teens came out super happy.

We came here to celebrate a birthday and had a great hour. We did the Arcade room and although it was not overly difficult, it was well laid out and fun. Would go back to try their other rooms.

Exploring this place is an absolute blast! I strongly recommend it. We celebrated my son's birthday here with his friends, and they all had an amazing time. The staff went above and beyond to ensure the kids had a fantastic experience.

I organized a trip to Trapped Vaughan for my birthday and had a great time. It was the first time my parents had done an escape room and they both loved the experience. The staff member we interacted with (Julia) was very kind and supportive. We had such a good time that we went back to celebrate my dad’s birthday a few weeks later. There was an issue with one element of our room and both staff members were extremely responsive and accommodating. They gave us the option to switch to a new room or wait for our game to be fixed. They had the original room up and running in a few minutes and we were able to finish the puzzles and escape. We had a great time once again. I’d highly recommend a trip to Trapped Vaughan! We will be back.

Played all four rooms,
This place has many flaws.
Some puzzles dont work properly ( radio wouldnt play in hotel room, shape blocks puzzle didnt activate until we took the pieces again, and replaces just the first 2 in the Egypt room) the attendant couldnt even finish the pyramid puzzle we were stuck on)

Also we were booked for 7:45, we weren't let in the room until 8:00 (no problem)

But during our game, we received zero time warnings. And at 7:55(guessing) the attendant came to tell us our game is over. (Our watches were locked away, but after her explaining the second half of the game, and attempting to show us the pyramid game and failed, then when we got to our lockers the time was 9:03.
They lied to us telling us they gave us extra 5 minutes.

Even If there were more rooms at this place, we would not go back.

Try other places, you will be pleased

It was so much fun! We had a great time. It was very challenging and everyone needed to work together to think of any possible solutions while being aware of the time remaining. The room was well themed with props and visuals to keep us engaged. The staff were great explaining the process and ensuring we were safe while we enjoyed the experience. Will definitely come back.

A cool place to burn an hour or two. Kids had a great time and although I couldn’t bring my phone into the room itself, the props and set up are great. Will definitely visit again.
