It was nice and quick (but not too quick), they were great at communicating before and during the event, and it was good for a wide range of ages.

Had a nice time. Not a commercial style game but we enjoyed it and the puzzles were tough at times. It was advertised up to 8 people and we had 6. The room did feel crowded at 6 and I would not recommend any more than that. The layout of the room also pulls everyone into a corner where the table and majority of the locks are. I would suggest rearranging the furniture to allow folks to spread out versus circled around a smaller area. 4 stars for the creativity in the clues and the money goes towards veterans.

Wonderful first escape room experience. Not too overwhelming and had a Christmas theme currently, which they vary according to the time of the year, which my kids loved. Wonderful family fun for a 11 year old's birthday. Not too sophisticated to be impossible but hard enough to be fun!
