So many fun things to do! The escape rooms are extremely well done, very interactive, and great to experience with a small or large group of friends. I have now gone twice within the last couple months. All of the customer service we received was excellent! Such kind employees that genuinely care about ensuring their guests have a great experience. It is a big bonus that they have plenty of parking behind their location! I can’t recommend this place enough.

We've done 2 escape rooms and they were both great! Pretty challenging but not impossible, and the themes and atmosphere was excellent in both rooms. Highly recommended!

Best escape room ever hands down. My partner and I came here on a whim while visiting Ottawa. For some context, we both love escape rooms, and have been to many. We live in Toronto and when I tell you there aren’t any that compare to this you gotta believe me. The attention to detail is Hollywood level, the puzzles are fun and engaging, the props are all amazing, the story line is super fun and we’ve been coming back to do different ones every year. Would recommend to anyone that loves escapes room, you won’t regret it

Great experience!
We (6 teens) completed the “Undermined” room and it was equally as challenging as it was entertaining. Not too simple, yet not discouragingly confusing. The aesthetic was designed to match, really drawing you into the story and urgency.
Would recommend!

We did the "warlocked" room and I have done a few room escapes before (about 100), I have mixed feelings about this one. The room was overall pretty good. Most of the puzzles were smart and well made. The attention to details in the room was also good. They were some shortcomings but overall I would rate the room a 4.

The problem comes from the game master. The game master's game introduction fell very underwhelming and she made me feel like she was looking forward to going home

Moreover, we did not finish the room because we were slow and there was a lot to do (our "fault"). However, the game master refused to give an overview of what was left to do as they were short staffed that day. She offered to explain one puzzle and that's it. That made the experience feel unfinished.

On our way out, I stated my experience to the original person that welcomed us and made us pay and he offered to show us via camera since the game master refused to do so. At least that was nice :)

So overall, I have mixed feelings so I'd say it was "okay" 3/5

I have been to both the room escape and archery games. I am continually impressed by their ability to ensure that I have a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Every single escape room was a blast to do, the employees are always incredibly helpful with the hints and any other questions that I’ve had. I am excited to see what new rooms they come up with when they shuffles the rooms once again.

We are not from the Ottawa area but this was our second visit here as well as second time coming to Room Escape. We got out last time with 17 seconds to spare! So intense! We enjoyed ourselves greatly and decided to bring our kids along this time for their first escape room experience. They are 7 and 9. They loved it. Very cool experience and s chance to see how your kids react and think :) they didn’t even charge us for the kids to play! both times we have been greeted with the utmost kindness and professionalism from all staff members. The place is very well kept super cool rooms with good puzzles. The archery arena looks amazingly cool. We have not had the opportunity to try it yet but it looks intense and very fun! Let’s say archery dodgeball. It’s worth a visit here. 5 stars all the way!

The experience was really fun, the decorations was nice and I enjoyed exploring the castle map. You can go there with your eyes closed you won’t regret it

We had a great experience here this evening! The room was well designed with some interesting challenges that were novel even to experienced escapers. I'm docking a star because there was no encouragement to patrons to avoid talking about their room as they were leaving while others were waiting. Also, staff were giving hints to other escapers while we were waiting for our room in our full hearing. We hummed and plugged our ears to avoid listening but it would have been more pleasant without that distraction! It would also be fun if the waiting area has some game distractions like checkers, Jenga, cards, etc to keep you amused while waiting. Main takeaway: the room was well designed, challenging, and fun, the price was fair, and we had a good time 👍🏻.

We booked our tickets online couple of hours before. There are plenty of options with various difficulty levels to choose from. We decided to go for the Cabin in the Woods.

Jigsaw is located right next to Zaks Dinner. There are stairs that leads downstairs, jigsaw is located on the right. It’s dark and mysterious in there. You sign a waiver and are taken to your room. They provide a brief story of what took place.

Cabin in the woods, was a dark room. You have the option to be hand cuffed. We had a blast in there. We were definitely challenged for sure. We certainly took advantage of the unlimited clues.

The youngest in the crowd was 13, we had a great time with the family. Highly recommend.

I had just went there a day ago for my birthday and the experience was nothing short of amazing! The room was genuinely tough but a lot of fun, very creative set pieces and unexpected connections. Clue after clue everything made sense and flowed nicely, sometimes forcing you to think outside the box. We ALMOST made it! It was a whole lot of fun. Not only that but the staff was just perfect. Very understanding, nice and just charming. As my first Escape Room experience, this is definitely something I’ll never forget. I’ll definitely go again someday!

I did my very first escape room here yesterday with a friend who has lots of escape room experience.

We had a blast!!! It was just the two of us and we managed at the last second to solve Undermined! We did ask for a couple of hints, but the process was so smooth and the two of us had SUCH a good time!

My friend, who has done Escape rooms in many cities over the years, told the staff here that this was one of the best!

Very friendly staff at this location. The production value of the rooms is excellent as are the majority of the puzzles. We played the The Pirate's Code and The Cabin in the Woods and had a blast. There was at least one puzzle in each game that I didn't feel like it had a logical way of coming to the solution, which brings down my rating slightly. Still a great experience and we'll be back to try the rest of the rooms.

My wife and I and our 2 adult children recently did the Jigsaw escape room and really enjoyed it. The rooms are challenging but they don't have a lot of false clues that you sometimes get stuck wasting time on, which we liked. It's also next door to Dal Maros, which is a delicious Italian take out place and Zak's, which has awesome milkshakes. It's right around the corner from the Ottawa sign.

LOVED the escape room I did here! I was so impressed by the puzzles. They were so imaginative and set the vibe of the room super well. The rooms at this place are definitely refreshingly challenging for seasoned escape room-ists. Not to mention the staff was excellent and so excited for us to tackle our room! 10/10

It was great experience at jigsaw escape room yesterday. We had a lot of fun that we ended up booking the other room consistently. The staff working there is decent and disciplined. Would definitely go there again. Must recommend to go with friends.
