I am posting this review for a friend who went to this location on Thursday and was treated so rudely by a lady who worked there. She had on a red shirt and was facing the door by the entrance. She started the whole interaction off with an attitude for no reason. When he asked her a question about a product she told him she didn’t know so he asked her if she could check so she went to the back and never returned. The lack of customer service is just unacceptable. I could understand if he treated her wrong or even was rude but he was nice and friendly even when she met him with a horrible attitude right from the beginning of the interaction. Her attitude was so unnecessary and rude. They lost a customer thanks to her.

I don’t know what happened to this dispensary but when it first opened, it was really good and reasonable. Now they just selling bullshit and over price no good deals. Happy hours is really not happy hour because after buying what you getting in the taxes it’ll be just the regular price

Stopped into the camelback location the other day and Ray was at the front working the door. His smile and demeanor was immediately infectious. He gave us some heads up on daily deals and helped us decided on what we wanted before we were even in line.. very satisfied with my 65$ oz and can’t wait to see Ray again.

Kyle was wonderful , it’s the prices. So much cheaper at a competitor but CL closer… I can get $10 carts to drive a mile or two further. Kyle was awesome though!

This dispensary is pretty racist even thought they have people of color working with then. I have gone to get medicine with my Mexican id the good and issue by my government and was told it was not good the they only take Canadian ID only not Mexican ID The sound racially profiling. Policy is not the law. I have not had the problem any other dispensary or stores only them. Mi gente let’s stop buying from racist stores and organizations.

Doing online orders are a waste of time at this location and I’m starting to think they purposely have less staff during Happy Hours. They need to stop having people bring their “walk in” friends with their pick ups and adding on to their orders. You shouldn’t even allow anyone to add anything to a pick up, make them go to the walk in side. I’ve also waited hours to pick up orders (after they say they are ready) just to go in and find out the order was never packed and the item or items are now sold out.

Cameron was delightful, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I have always had a pleasant experience at this location. So glad you now sell salty and sweet snacks too!

Even though they prices be a little bit higher they all ways have GAS ⛽️! But don’t get it twisted they do be having deals, but when you buy top shelf it really is top shelf! It will have the smell, the look, and mostly important the TASTE! This time I went during happy hour and got 2 8ths for the price of one! Good lookin!

This is one of the best dispensaries in town! The staff members are super friendly and welcoming. Their customer service is top tier. Awesome experience at this location each time I visit. Very good rewards and loyalty program for med and rec purchases. Will was my bud tender for my most recent visit and he’s friendly, efficient, & helpful.

First time disappointed with my order! Got these two 1g prerolls and have to say each preroll was not a full gram my two preroll were not right. Both were only half filled. I was so mad cause I can't even go back and complain about them. Kinda one of the reasons I don't like purchasing them. I took one and filled it into the other preroll two half filled prerolls to make me a 1g preroll. So I purchased two 1g prerolls the came out to just Only one 1gr preroll. What a waste. SMH. I'm gonna start checking my order before I leave or just stop purchasing prerolls!

I love this place! it's out by the Salt River. It's a safe walk over on both sides. Good people. Awesome discounts! I don't have any health issues form any thing I have bought here. Flowers or edibles even hard candies. I like walking to this place.

I have been frequenting this location more often. It is pretty convenient for me to get to (outside of the construction) and it seems like they have added more brands. Met the manager today and he was extremely polite and helpful. Definitely recommend!

First time in and it was a great experience. Staff was very helpful with my selection, offered deals, and other products even thou I ordered for online pickup. They were really great. Can’t wait to go back.

We enjoyed the products we purchased, we could tell the difference in quality, customer service was cool. It did feel a little like they tried to pressure you into something you probably didn’t want or wasn’t looking for. I would shop there again. - This review is made based after every thing purchased was tried.

They no longer honor military discount on products not already discounted. Was told the silver plus half didn't qualify for military discount. Slowly starting to decline been dealing with Curaleaf since they bought Bloom probably not anymore.

I usually have a good experience here but the teller Veronica her attitude and the way she presents herself gave me a bad feeling after I left. She needs to be more engaging more knowledgeable of her products because I had to search up my phone to search for some sales that she should have known.

I visited this location (Thunderbird Rd.) to receive the Lymphstar treatment and let me tell you what, it works great! Helped my lymphatic system, I honestly didn't know I needed that much but I feel wonderful. It's a very relaxing treatment, it really did help and made me fell so much better and that was just the first visit. I love the zen energy in the room and the facility is extremely clean and well laid out which is big for me. The staff is also very nice, polite, and helpful. I can't wait for my next visit!

i absolutely love Natural Medicine and Detox. i have been going there for years. everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and dependable. i will definitely return for more treatments. i love all of the doctors there, especially Dr. Fontes. They are all very helpful.

When I went in today I had an experience like no other…from getting greeted when I step through the door to the GM saying good morning as I walk to the line. I’ve never seen a store so clean before. John was the gentleman that helped me find what I was looking for to help with my pain and sleep. John was very knowledgeable and educated me on a few things I never knew. Thank you John and the Curaleaf Camelback Crew for being the best dispensary in Arizona!!!!!

I am beyond grateful to have found this clinic. In 2018, I developed an issue with my left arm pit that included swelling, stinging, and shooting pain. By 2021, I was experiencing the same pain and swelling in my right arm pit. By 2022, I was left unable to wear any type of deodorant after having tried every type of aluminum free option to baking soda, to even crystal salt deodorant, with out both of my arm pits swelling and experiencing sharp shooting pains in both. After almost five years of seeing various specialists, a battery of tests and having gone through a biopsy, I was left with no answers and no options. In January of 2023, I found this clinic through my health insurance while looking for a new acupuncturist. While digging through their website, I began reading through the various services offered my this clinic and ws fascinated at all of what was offered. Due to my health issues I was familiar with hydrogen peroxide IV therapy but up until that point, I had not found a practitioner that actually administers them. Since January of this year, I have had about 11 peroxide IVs, a multitude of foot detox baths, and I have recently begun the colon hydrotherapy. My health is in such a better place than it has been in ovee 10 years. After almost 5 years, I can wear deodorant again with out any pain or swelling!!!! Other issues I've been dealing with for years have subsided since I've started receiving peroxide IV therapy. I csn think much clearer and my asthma is even better than it has been since 2010. I am eternally thankful to have found Natural Medicine and Detox Clinic!!!

My friend recommended this place. I did 3 session of the colonic hydration and it was my first time. Melissa was helpful and accommodating. All the staff is very friendly. I will be back again and try other services.

A friend of mine recommended the place along with her therapist. I've been sick off and on since November up till March. I wanted to pursue a different route in making my body feel better. I look up the place and was reading about their services what all entails. So I tried a foot detox really felt the difference I have also tried the colonic sessions which overall made me feel much better my body felt really cleansed and healthier since then I started doing more plant-based and eating healthy. I still want to continue going there and try their other services. The receptionist is just fabulous very informative and very friendly and helpful in what needs are and as well recommending things that come possibly help you. And their little waiting area is a monthly pamphlet with health tips an advertisement regarding holistic information. I do highly recommend this place for health reasons.

I love coming to natural medicine for treatments. Dr Fontes and his staff are wonderful. I usually get acupuncture and the other day I got a vitamin infusion. I feel taken care of and heard. If you're thinking about trying them out do yourself a favor and make an appointment. Melissa has good info on sprouting and other healthy stuff.

Everything was great until I tried to get a refund.

I am from the UK, so when the receptionist said would you like to purchase a double package I said “No”, because I was only in town for a few days and not sure of my schedule.

I was told not to worry, if I was unable to come back for the second colonic, I would be refunded the difference. I was also told texting was the best way to let them know and could see that the text had been read before I left for the UK.

It took 3 weeks, 3 emails, 3 texts, and two phone calls (one where I spoke to someone) to get the refund which arrived today after I left a voicemail.

I guess they thought I would forget or give up once I got home. For me, it's not about the money, but the integrity of the company. I am a natural health practitioner; I’ve been in business 15 years and have had LOTs of colonics, so this was really disappointing for what was otherwise a great service.

Kind, friendly, and HELPful staff. Fresh, clean rooms. I've been using Clean Colonic for several years, at least once/month. Along with great advice on probiotics and diet, my ornery digestive system has completely rebuilt itself. My appetite now tends toward natural foods and my body shows it! If you are looking to heal naturally at a reasonable cost, you my friend have just stumped upon a gold mine. I remember having to pay $300 just to be seen by a natural path to tell them everything that was going on with me and leave with nothing but another $200 appointment lined up. Here for $40 you can meet with the Doc and in most cases he will have you feeling better BEFORE you leave the building.

The Doc. This man is a miracle worker, he’s a genius, intuitive, and he is results driven. I have never felt more seen or heard as a patient than when I go here.

Here are a list of things that I recommend trying:

Ozone therapy- I had a surgery and tons of inflammation and pain. I kept telling my doctor that something wrong, but was gaslighted and told it was all in my head. I went to Natural Medicine and Detox and had an Ozone treatment that day to my foot. I went home and was freezing, which was crazy because in the summer it’s 111 degrees out. I bundled up in blankets and took nap. I woke up feeling refreshed and when I looked at my foot ALL of the swelling had gone away in ONE treatment. I was floored.

I have also done Ozone therapy through an IV and I’ve had great results. It cuts down on my pain, inflammation, and IBS. And when I did this after my last surgery my healing was 10x faster.

If you pay attention to any of the bio hackers right now they all say this therapy is the MOST helpful healing modality. And if you’re going to do this therapy in the valley you’ll find the best price here.

Acupuncture- I have had acupuncture by at least 15 other providers before I went to see the Doc. His acupuncture is unmatched, it is NEXT LEVEL.

I had a pain in my foot for 4 months I was limping, had MRIs, wore a leg brace, had crutches, etc. I went in to see the Doc for something else, happened to mention my foot, he put ONE needle in my foot and I almost jumped off the table (normally acupuncture doesn’t hurt at all) and 10 seconds later my pain completely went away and I had my life back.

What I have felt to be most effective is acupuncture on the beamer table for 30 minutes.

The Beamer table- HEAVEN. When you get acupuncture on the Beamer table, I feel, it amplifies the treatment 3x. After 15 minutes on the Beamer table you feel blissful. If you have any depression, anxiety, or pain I highly recommend this treatment. You lay on the table with all of your clothes on, minus shoes and cell phone and float off to la la land. I’ve laid on some amethyst tables before and felt nothing. This, however, is the real deal and inexpensive.

Foot baths- I was a little skeptical about these at first but they really do work. I recommend doing this at least 3-4x to notice a benefit and you will see the difference in the water. With all of the heavy metals, polluted air and water, and chemicals in our food this is a must to help detox the body.

Hypnotherapy- I’ve tried this a couple times with other providers and never felt anything, in fact, I thought it was some New Age BS. I was having a lot of anger towards a friend that wronged me I couldn’t let it go for a year. Which was completely unlike me. I usually didn’t get angry and I didn’t know how to let it go. The Doc suggested that we try it, so I said why not. Wouldn’t you know he did the treatment and boom, I feel nothing towards this friend anymore and I’m at peace. This man never ceases to amaze me.

- TDP Lamp therapy- Ladies who have period pain or endometriosis-the Doc has given me Chinese herbal tea to increase blood flow/production before and during my period(it actually tastes good). I have also found relief using the TDP lamp they have there. If you are suffering from severe cramps and you can drive there, it’s a miracle lamp and all of my pain goes away when I’m under it.

They have many more treatments there, but these are my favorite go to’s.

I’ve wanted to try colonics for years but was apprehensive bc let’s be honest it seems like it would be unpleasant. I’ve had stomach issues my whole life, allergic to too many things including dairy that has caused most the havoc on my digestive system. I’ve had so much inflammation causing an autoimmune disease so I’ve gone gluten and dairy free. It was time to detox my system. First time I tried colonics I was nervous, 1st 5 mins were uncomfortable then I got the hang of it. Finished my 5th round and I’m so happy, I feel so much better, I’m having regular home movements which I haven’t had in 15 yrs. I have more energy and the information is going away. I highly recommend this place. Everyone is beyond nice and helpful. Sometimes I’ve stayed to chat after with the ladies bc they truly love helping people and are a wealth of information. They will help you if needed or let you do it all yourself once comfortable. Who knew I’d look forward to colonics day, should have done this sooner.

I was referred here by another clinic while I was getting treatment. My first experience was very painful and nerve raking. The staff talked me through it and didn't leave my side until I was okay. They helped build my confidence in getting colonics but have also taught me so much about my colon health.

This is such an amazing place!!! I was looking for a sauna location during this pandemic because the gym EOS sauna is closed until further notice but I actually prefer to stay with Detonix then go back to EOS!

Marley the owner is so informational and she will help you figure out what is best for you rather than just take your money. She cares about us, and it shows. for that I just adore and appreciate her! I was sold after my first phone call because you can truly feel her sincerity about why she started her business! She wants to help others by giving us a clean and safe environment to access things like the saunas and colonics - just like someone did for her that helped her! How awesome is that, that she was willing to share the secret with us! 🙃

Detonix Biltmore has the same great sauna and vibe machine as the North Phoenix Detonix! It's in a great location, near Whole Foods market, On 24th just south of Camelback. Marlee went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and cared for. I felt really good after doing 20 minutes on the vibe machine and an hour in the infrared sauna. Best shake and bake in town! I was at Detonix Biltmore about two weeks ago. I split my experience in two. They are the following:

1. Customer Service and Place of treatment:
Marlee was beyond exceptional. Since the moment I stepped into the treatment center, I noticed a calm and relaxing vibe to the place. It is worth mentioning that the place was spotless clean and that the atmosphere that Marlee has developed in her place is very inviting. Before treatment, Marlee explains the treatment in detail, which helps you understand the process of Colon Hydrotherapy. During treatment, Marlee steps in about three times during treatment to check on you. This allowed me to feel more comfortable during my process. She also taught me how to control temperature and pressure of water. After treatment, Marlee offered an all-natural, raw, vegan probiotic that assists in better digestion and settling after treatment.

2. Therapy Effectiveness:
Before treatment I was nervous, anxious, and I did not know what to expect. During treatment, I was able to identify what foods were good for me and which were not. Also, I was able to feel relieved from a stomachache I had, and I truly felt like my colon was getting hydrated. After treatment a miracle happened, I was extremely happy. I had a feeling of wellness all around me. I also had a completely hydrated skin, my belly was flat and overall, I was radiant. I loved the experience and I cannot wait to have my following treatment done.

Marlee was fantastic and made me feel comfortable and welcome! The rooms are very relaxing too. I had a great experience, remember to go more than once in quick succession to get the best results! My results were amazing on my second visit, which was just 24 hours after the first visit. I feel so much better now!

My first two colonics at Detonix were both wonderful experiences. I was a bit nervous at first but all my anticipation dissolved upon my arrival. Marlee made me feel right at home; she put in extra care and effort to explain everything to me and made sure the session was tailored to my needs. The atmosphere, cleanliness of the space, and the treatment I received were all top notch. Highly recommend the infrared sauna as well. Found this gem in a convenient central location in Phoenix. They offer colonics that are open and closed and an infrared sauna. Having had colonics before this was my 1st time here and this by far was the best experience I had due to the guidance of the owner. She is really kind and genuine and will go at great lengths to make sure you are comfortable and getting the most out of the colonic treatments. Highly recommend Detonix Biltmore!!!! What a wonderful experience! Everything was so nurturing, and the cozy environment was everything I needed to help me boost my immune system and de-stress In the infrared saunas! DETONIX Is also A+ for their colonics experiences.. They have amazing kindness and expertise in this area and I love that they are internationally certified as a facility. That is extremely rare as Arizona does not require HydroColon Therapist to be certified, so there are a lot of weird things out there that aren’t very sanitized or professional. I had my first appointment at Detonix North Phoenix in February this year, and absolutely loved the process, the results, and the location. Silvia is wonderfully kind and accommodating, and though this was a completely new experience for me, I was extremely impressed with the outcome.
I booked an appointment at their newest Biltmore location when it opened in August, and Detonix exceeded my expectations once more. They explained to me the renovations that the facility underwent, and I applaud them for all of their hard work. The room I was in is called the "Gazebo Room", and Silvia, who painted it, did such a wonderful job. The scenery is soothing and beautifully realistic—it feels like you are laying in a real gazebo!
I wholly recommend Detonix to anyone looking to improve their health and feel their best. The team is there for you from start to finish, and it really is a special experience.
