With 4 employees and only 3 customers we had a wait time of 20 minutes….the bagels were good last time we went but it’s not worth a 20 minute wait just to place a order ended up walking out…if you look at other reviews you can see the efficiency of staff is lacking but the bagels are amazing

Honestly, one of the worst bagels I've ever had. SO small, no flavor, terrible proofing (hard and doughy at the same time). Would not get again. Also ordered 2 20 ounce coffees and we're given 16 ounce. Wondering if the town feels obligated to give 5 stars out if loyalty? Honestly, Sip n Dip bagels are great--go there.

This place is always busy for a reason. The bagels are amazing & the staff does a fantastic job at keeping the line moving. There are so many bagel and sandwich options.
The best bagels! Boiled! Amazing and the staff are so nice also, right in beautiful Bristol

Super tasty bagels, great pricing and friendly staff. It seems like this place is super popular with the locals. The only thing I think could be improved is efficiency of the behind the counter staff. The wait for the bagels was insane, and according to a local is very common. I think he said “if you want to kill an hour, come to Bristol Bagel Works.” While we didn’t wait an hour per se, it was probably a good 20-30 mins with only 6 people ahead of us. I would definitely come back if I was in the area.

Delicious bagel shop in Bristol, made fresh daily with a variety of yummy bagels, coffee and other treats. I ended up ordering the spinach and cheddar bagel with bacon, egg and cheese. I ended up getting some bagels to take home.

It was my first visit to this bagel shop.
I liked this place when I step in because of the cozy and comfortable atmosphere.
And I like the size of their bagels as it's not as big as bagels of other stores.
I think bagel is much denser and heavier than other types of breads. So I don't want to have big bagels.
I bought cinnamon sugar and multi grains.
The price was $2.53
When I bought a bagel at a store in PVD, I paid $3 for one.
Also the bagels were delicious.
Was driving thru Bristol to a wedding and decided to stop for a bite to eat. The bagels were very good and they had a nice selection of pastries also. You could smell the bagels down the street
