Well maintained, and with clean benches - great for a picnic. Play equipment for the kids on good condition, plus a basket ball net. Great place for little kids riding bikes - even has a mini road system with pretend traffic lights! No toilets though, and could probably do with a few more waste bins.

Great dog park facilities for both small and big dogs with separate areas for both!
Two huge dog parks, two kids play areas, heaps of space for sports, relaxing, whatever, all with plenty of people enjoying the space. Photos are from an event day.
Separate small and large enclosed dog parks, both dog parks are the biggest enclosed parks I've come across on the coast so far!
Also a basketball court, massive kids playground and a football field. All well maintained. Great way to spend an afternoon and well worth the visit.

What an amazing park. I have taken the kids to many before, but this one is fantastic. Has a dog park, toilets, BBQ area, massive oval/ grass area, taps, undercover chairs and tables and the most amazing playground. 5 out of 5 for sure

Such a fun park for kids of all ages! The playgrounds are fun and well kept, there are lots of trees, a field, a creek, a dog park... There is something for everyone!

Great park in Varsity Lakes esp for scooters and bikes beginners. BBQ facilities, but unfortunately no bathrooms
Great park with nice quiet location. Good playground and bike road for a kids. Some car park space on the street too. No public toilet.
Great park for children and dogs. Very busy on Sunday. Car park are at Yodelay st and off Mattocks road. More space at Mattocks road side, just go in there from Mattocks road.The place has great children playground, dog exercise erea, car park, picnic table and BBQ, public toilet, adult exercise equipments basketball court.
