Nice park

Really nice neighborhood park. The playground equipment is new and fun, a little small for older kids. There isn't really a parking area, but the street parking is sufficient. No restroom or drinking fountain, and not a ton of shade, so come prepared. It has some great sledding hills, aka rolling hills, depending on the weather. Lots of green space.

Great place for kids, there is a playground, a pavilion for eating with about 20 tables, a bathroom. Also a couple base/softball fields.

Honestly I’ve seen this place when it was the neighborhood swimming pool sad to see it has changed. But overall it’s clean and in a safe neighborhood

This is a nice new clean playground. It has really cool playground equipment. It has equipment for most ages. There is not a public restroom or drinking fountain, so come prepared. It also has a nice pavilion that tells a cool historical story about the area. There is also a sidewalk that raps around the playground for walking or scootering.
The reason I only gave it 4 stars is because there is no easy parking except for on the side of the road, and there are decently busy streets on 2 of the 4 sides of the park with no fence to keep kids safe. As a neighborhood park, though, I bet it is a boon. Also, there is very little shade on the playground itself, so bring sunscreen.

I haven't been there in a few years but when I was there it was a great place
As a whole, it is a fun park. The playground equipment is relatively new. The rest looks to be in needing a bit of updating or maintaining. It does have a public restroom. It also has a pavilion with seating, a basketball court, sand volleyball(with net), and a baseball diamond.

Great place, seems to be clean.
Very dirty and unkept. Not a good place for a picnic or a good time.

One of the nicest small parks around. Taylorsville does well with this. It is an open area with no trees. It has a great play area and Pavillion. Clean too.
We went to have a winter day picnic, bought some food 😋 at Rancherito's on Redwood Rd. drinks @ local Smiths. It was chilly, but we endured. There was a bunny slope, to slide down😆. FUN LUNCH

Super cute little park. They have swings and slides (shade over the slides so good on a hot day) a pavillion and bouncy toys with plenty of seating. We had a blast with my 2.5 year old toddler. Lots of grass and hill to roll on too. I think it's a great spot for the kiddos. Mostly fenced in on 3 sides but I didn't look too close to see how complete the fencing was.

I live across from the park my wife walks there daily she enjoys it except the trash that's left around the benches around the playground we think a few more trash cans in that area would help imemsly

Nice place for small gatherings with a pavilion and place for small kids to swing, climb, and play. Corner is busy during rush hours, though the deep dip encourages slowing.

Fun little area. Abit of a walk out of the village area. Nice shade on hot days (like today.) Pretty scenery. Small park for kids. Quiet and nice when you're out with a friend.

Not so much of a park as it is an open field for kids or dogs to run around. There is dog poop left everywhere thanks to lazy dog owners. We avoid going close to sun down because the mosquitos can get pretty bad. But we have flown kites and played with jump rockets because of the large open space.

I love this park. It is small but the kids I watch still love to come here and have fun. There's not a lot of traffic through this park which is really nice.
One of my favorite parks to visit.

A fun place to gather and play, with swings and slides. It's well-maintained for the most part, though the field sometimes floods when it rains. The large fields surrounded by small hills make it the perfect place for various activities, including soccer in the summer and sledding in the winter.

It's not really a park, it's a water retention area. But it's a nice place to go for a walk. Its hidden away in the neighborhood, so its nice and secluded.

This park is great to walk your dog or to just go for a walk. Despite being surrounded by neighborhoods on all sides it can feel amazinly isolated.

It is also a primary flood park so in spring or after a good rainstorm the lower bowl will be flooded. Making it seem like you're walking around a small lake.

Another interesting feature is that since its a primary flood park it has some water trickling into it a lot. This has caused a mini river to form. So if your kids are studying geology this would be a great place to teach them about river formation

The entrance to the park is atrocious. My father is in a motorized wheelchair and we almost weren't able to get him out of the park. There is a big green wooden post right in the middle of the entrance and it is almost impossible to maneuver around

I wouldn't really call it a park, but I do walk my dog here a lot and he really enjoys it.

Nice park with a huge hill to go sledding down on the east side. The hill gets super steep towards the top so don't let real little ones try it on their own. I would definitely go back but be careful of a few metal grates that are in the ground. If one is not careful, you can steer and hit them fairly easily.

Lots of jack***es who like to flash on they're flashlights or deck lights at the brightest setting "just to keep the neighborhood safe". Really? I'm just playing Pokemon Go 🤣💀 people in this area are hilarious. Stay away from the southeast corner, it has layers and layers of runoff that's built up for a good decade or more that contains phosphorus and other toxins and chemicals from the leftover firework cartridges after the 4th and other holidays. Not to mention the giant rat that was the size of a shihtzu dog just camping out dead just bloating up from the gasses due to decomposition. It was lying next to the tunnel 🤣 overall it's a good chill spot for people who are 420 friendly, stay in school kids. Gang gang

Fun park! Covered tables, swings, lots of garbage cans. There’s even a little grill for public use. The grass is very green and soft so no issues walking around with my shoes off. The play gym looks pretty new. Lots of open space for tuning around or playing games.

This isn't a real park. It's a water retention area. It's okay as a green space to walk around, or as a small sledding hill, but there are steep drops onto cement where the water drain is. I wouldn't send young children there to play unsupervised.

This is a cute park with a nice playground. It is aimed at kids 5 and up but my littles still made use of a lot of it. They have two covered tables and a grill as well as benches around the park. No bathrooms or drinking fountains. Parking is all in the road. We tried to go for a walk in the grass, but it was very marshy so we turned back. I got bit by a mosquito in the heat of the day (around 90 degrees F) and imagine that they get much worse as the temperatures cool down.

Great place to take your kids sleding.
