Large green space with sculpted gardens, paddle boating kayaking and lake. picnic areas designated for large groups. Shaded and bbq allowed too. Children’s farm and pony rides as well as a rubber floored playground. Great place to spend a day. Activities held here as well throughout the year. Parking lots all around rue du Parc and also street parking.
I spent hours at Nature Center with my wife and two teenage kids. We had an awesome time there. The environment was peaceful, clean, and enchanted. We couldn't help marveling at its beauty. My favorite place was the greenhouse. That was the highlight of my visit. I felt like I was in a tropical country. Also, the staff was friendly and ready to help. What a wonderful world to visit!
Family parks with a great playground for kids. Fish, flowers, and picnic abound in the lovely park.

The park is aesthetically pleasing, particularly during the summer season. It is a sizable park that offers a variety of activities throughout. It is an ideal location for families and friends to gather and enjoy the outdoors.
Beautiful parc with dozens of beautiful flowers and a variety of trees. Its soothing in the shades of alot of trees and greenery. There are special attractions for kids. They can have a train ride which is just 4$ and a horse ride . They have peacocks too and being an indian i was pretty excited to see those ( commonly found in my city in india). There were roosters, cows , goats etc that kids would definitely love. I just didnot like the loud FM radio near the pond. They have boats too to enjoy but the FM is so disturbing the peace that i couldnt stay there for more than 5 minutes. Otherwise its worth visiting.

Note: Free parking if you are a resident of Laval. 😊 But really hard to get a parking space during a fair-weather weekend.

Its an okay place except for people who dont keep their dogs on leashes.

Such a nice big park within Laval. And when we were there it seemed there were lots of Halloween activities for families and children on weekend, such as a haunted house, and a maze. Year round: you have the beautiful farm too with cows, horse, llamas, a giant pig, and unique funky birds. Delightful in an otherwise somewhat drabby Laval.

Very nicely revamped. More trails to discover. Beautiful flowers, bushes, and rare birds (asian pheasants).
I visited the farm and pool and I was very pleased with my experience. The farm had alot of animals to look at. The park also has a playground for the the kids. The pool (comes with lifeguard) was also nice even tho the water was colder than expected. The pool comes with a diving boards section, slide section, swimming lap lanes, free swim section and a splash pad.

The park has some incredible river ways to be explored on a kayak, canoe or paddle board. Many islands and quite a big territory that offers plenty of exploring opportunities for entire hours. Some parts of the river have stronger currents, so be ready to sometimes ramp up your rowing. If you are not that good at rowing bring someone to back you up.

Great place for nature lovers, great rental service and nice staff. There’s kayak, paddle boards, canoeing and more. The prices are affordable too. There’s tables and benches for families, and there’s a café too! Worth checking out
Great place for family visits, especially for young kids. Parking is free for Laval residents with their citizen card.

Le parc en lui même a l'air bien, mais c'est impossible d'y accéder autrement que en transports en commun. Supposément sur leurs site ils disent que on peu se garer dans les stationnements de EXO, mais ils sont presque tous en construction donc inaccessible, et il n'y a aucun accès au parc depuis ceux qui le sont....j'aurais aimé y aller mais apparemment c'est pas possible, j'ai tourné en voiture 20 min a la recherche d'un parking et après cela a pied 20min a la recherche d'une entrée. Ridicule.
Excellent as always something is going on and entertaining other than the walking and biking trail. This time was some tcha-tcha dance lesson and fun.

Really nice path stretching the length of Avenue Des Bois ending at the soon to be newly built REM station. Perfect for biking and walking although there are grasshoppers everywhere and large stretches without shade.
Amazing rental service, wonderful staff. They do not do reservations, but don’t worry because they will not run out of equipment. I recommend coming early, before noon on weekends because they get busy. There’s not much parking on site but you can go to side streets. The time of rental starts when you pay so that’s how they calculate it. Overall amazing
Very nice park..spacious...clean...I go there very often with my grandson n he enjoys it...
We came here for the sunset Kayak and our guides were Alissa and Nathan. We were a couple and the rest of the people were on a company outing. It wasn't marked too well so we walked down and asked and everyone was aware of where to wait so that's nice. You go down by the kayaks and wait at the tables available.
It was really beautiful, we got to see a lot of homes of beavers and huge herons. We didn't see the full beavers out of water but they did smack the water as a sign of "stay away" even at 200m away from the beaver dams. Alissa the guide explained to use how they have restored this river to nearly bathable and all the $$ you pay for these activities goes towards preserving this beautiful river.
I wish the guides would have said this to everyone first because I love that and will come back because of this. Its very nice at sunset. You don't need any specific gear, we just paid online and came in comfortable clothes.

Superbe parc, très vaste. On y retrouve des étangs, des oiseaux, des poissons, une longue et grande piste cyclable, plusieurs arbres, une fontaine d'eau, des tables à picnic, etc. Il est bien entretenu, et on peut même y voir des spectacles parfois durant l'été. C'est souvent achalandé, mais le parc est si grand qu'il y a de l'espace pour tout le monde. Il y a aussi un stationnement accessible pour les voitures.

Love this little path!! Walk my dog almost daily on it. There is lots of wildlife too!

Really looks bad. No grass dirty. Not a place to bring someone for a lunch or picnic to watch the boats etc. Needs lots of work.

Inside, we have a gym, daycare and summer camp in the summer.
You can signup to numerous activities online or by visiting on site. There website is not always functional and may not show all availabilities of activities. Normally visiting or calling is more beneficial.
Winter time has a hockey ring near the basketball court.

Great park with green fields. You can find soccer field, basket cours, tennis court, kids playground, bathroom services and green zones to have your picnic
Cette île est privée, elle n'appartient pas à la Ville de Laval. Société en commandite de Tilly en est un des propriétaires...D'ailleurs c'est eux qui ont construit le pont et non la ville...camper ou pêcher sur un terrain privée peut vous attirer bien des $$$$

Lovely place with many pedestrian path for a healthy walking. A play area for children with several games. Soccer, Tennis and basketball court available at the same place.
The trail is not maintained. There is nothing to guide you for direction. It's small enough that it doesn't matter. It would be a great spot with the excerise stations if the space was maintained.
This is one of the beautiful places for the nature lovers to simply get lost in a beautiful nature very close to the hectic urban centers.. If you enjoy Kayaking or Canoeing, this place is for you...Either rent one or bring your own, and go explore many islands that surrounds you. Most of the islands have picnic tables and Washrooms, so you can basically enjoy a day out with friends or families.... Also it is very pleasant place to fish ...
Small island in which there are two tiny lakes... Suitable for staying during the night with friends but plz don't leave your trash there!

C'est l'un des plus beau parc de la ville de Laval. Il y a de tout, un lac, des jardins, une ferme avec animaux, des jeux pour enfants. On peut y faire de la marche, du vélo, du canot et même du geocaching. Toute sorte d'activités y sont organisées au cours de l'année.
