Nice and clean, an easy walk. The lake itself is 2km around, or you can lengthen your lap to 5.5km easily by following 3 separate paths that each link back to the lake. It’s also a great starting point to link up with several other walking paths in Forest Lake. Very easy walk, flat until you reach the parking. Great wildlife around. A couple playgrounds for kids plus an outdoor gym. Public toilets at the main entrance are good, however the toilets near the primary school side of the lake don’t have a working handwashing tap.
Nice and quite good place for the whole family. Nice walk around the lake. The path is wheelchair and pram friendly. Toilets are close by and maintained. Playground equipment is well maintained. Plenty of parking space during the week day. Bbq areas are close by as well. Plenty of wildlife to see as well. Highly recommend going to have a look 😊😊. Dogs are allowed only on leash. Plenty of seats around the lake as well.
Nice and quite good place for the whole family. Nice walk around the pond. There are toilets close by. Bbq areas are maintained.
Our lovely Forest lake best place ever to live
A nice little park with BBQ facilities.
Bad thing is there is no toilet.

My morning walk at Forest Lake was not just a stroll; it was a spiritual connection with Mother Nature herself. The intricate web of life, from the vibrant flora to the curious wildlife, was a reminder of the incredible beauty that we must cherish and protect. The tranquility and harmony of this pristine forest lake were a sanctuary for the soul, offering a respite from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Beautiful place for walking, riding,BBQ or just chilling.
Love visiting here.

A great place to walk your dog, very popular but never crowded. The place is well kept, but wish toilets would stay open for longer.

A lot of bird life, however not all are native. Some outdoor cats, while nice, shouldn't be there.

This is a really beautiful parkland and it’s an idyllic spot to enjoy nature, with plenty of picnic areas and playgrounds.
I take my beautiful daughter and family to the parkland on weekends to just relax and enjoy the nature and playground as she loves to spend hours with other kids at this place especially in the morning and evening.

My son and I did a park crawl today and this was by far our favourite! Love love loooved the tall trees and shaded benches. Lots of fun stuff to play on. Tennis courts and a little piece of history. We enjoyed the swings together and climbing the spider web. There is a drinking fountain and seating, but the downside, no toilets. Someone else mentioned a bbq area but I must have missed them. I didn't notice any.
This a nice quiet little park, tucked away from the road surrounded by trees.

It's a small playground but lots of climbing and different sections to tailor to different ages.

Bbq area and seating makes it a nice lunch location.

Downside, no toilets.
A beautiful and well maintained park. There are many varieties of water birds, including waterhens, teals, yellow fronted lapwings, egrets, black swans, black headed ibis, and pelicans. You can take a relaxing walk around the lake or sit and enjoy the beauty. There are benches to sit down.
Free parking is available on site.
There is also a children's play area.
Good place to walk and take kids to play on equipment it's a shame that certain individuals want to use it as a ditching spot for shopping centre trollies in the water, but in saying that there are always going to be lazy so and so's who can't be bothered returning them back to once they belonged, the council does a great job of keeping the area presentable.

What a wonderful place to visit.
I love going for a walk around Forest Lake, and have reviewed it before.
You will see numerous bird life, feed the ducks and swans if you like.
There are always water dragons posing on the rocks, sunning themselves.Look close and you should see some turtles as well.We even spotted an eel.
This time around there were two black swans with a couple of babies, very friendly..
There is a good playground and one area for some exercise equipment to try if you're feeling up to it.
Various spots for a picnic and it's very popular for on leash dog walking.

YOU CAN TAKE YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO COME AND DO BBQ HERE. FREE WIFI AND RESTROOM.
YOGA IS AVAILABLE.
MY FAVOURITE PLACE WHEN I LIVED IN BRISBANE. I LOVE THIS PARK.

Nice pathway to walk beside the lake..
Ordinary. The park is designed for littler children. As with most of the parks in Forest Lake. Needed updating. Hard to get there. Little or no seating close to the area where the kids were playing.

If you want to play basketball and tennis you can play here. Usually basketball players usually come 3pm in the afternoon.

Love this park as it is similar to parks in Toowoomba city (garden city). My kids loved it as well.
I nearly sleep there as result of the sound of wind that plays with tree's leaves.
Small park, swings, double slide, climbing equipment. Some seating, and a shaded pavilion. No toilets

A nice park equipped with tennis courts, BBQ facilities and a medium sized children’s playground. The children’s playground has several climbing areas, slides and climbing ropes, and the park is several small paths going through. There’s a few parking spaces nearby, but otherwise generally quite quiet.

A great little park with a small children’s playground, plenty of shade and a small path for walking. The park has a small grassland area too, with parking on the side of the nearby road. A very quiet park to visit when passing through.

A small field area equipped with a very small children’s playground and well presented seating area. A quiet road in a nice cul-de-sac, but otherwise quite limited.

Lovely place to stroll around with the family. There are a few play grounds in the area for the kids. Path is shared for walkers and cyclist. Pretty chill place.

There is free live music every first and forth Sunday of each month from 3pm to 6pm. What a great way to unwind.
Neat little park. Great for throwing a stick with the dog.

Impressive mango tree in one of the neighbouring yards made me hungry

The best lake in Brisbane to enjoy the floral and fauna varieties in subtropical city
Best in Forest Lake area with obstacle playground facilities and slides. It has picnic, BBQ and toilet facilities that are very handy for parties and gathering🤗
Small park suitable for short walk with my little dogs. Well maintained
As peaceful and pleasant as a tiny village park should be.
This is a park in Forest Lake … it is not The Lion Club at Richlands
Nor is it a place to buy Lions Christmas Cakes
The phone number on this site is a private number and needs to be removed

My dogs love walks and smells and exploring the park, even after 11 or 12 years. It has a great playground for children and we often find ourselves chatting with other visitors there with their little ones always coming over to see and pat my pooches. It has a lovely relaxing air about it. I've met several visitors who have come from other suburbs just to enjoy the tranquillity!😊

amazing history family park with tennis courts , swings and plenty of pine cones for kids to collect
In 1901 The Duke of Windsor visited the site and planted this hugging tree..so while your there ..give it a HUG

Mangoes trees were planted by the family which is now an icon of the homestead.
Nice place but not the best
Peacful place to just sit and listen to the bird's
Such a great playground with lots of space and pathways for walking or bike riding for kids. Public toilets are very close to play equipment and off street parking is available just a short walk. Great playground for kids aged 2+
A quiet little park, great BBQ facilities and playground for little kids. You can always be guaranteed a spot here verse the busy bbqs around the lake on a weekend...

One of the original parks in Forest Lake. Still beautiful and well maintained. There is some very interesting history involved before Delphin developed it, if you're willing to check it out. Always found it such a pleasant park.

Never any kids here. Always trash on the ground including cigarette and vape products. Would be nice if there were a few more things on the playground for the kids.
A great place for some RandR and to walk the dog
Water and BBQ facilities nearby the playground

OK but needs a bit of maintenance
Great little hidden bush park tucked away in the suburbs.
This little play ground was very surprising, great playground equipment all new by the looks of it, the only problem with it is there is no where close to the playground equipment that parents can sit and watch their children play, yes they have a table and benches set up under a shaded roof but it’s on the other side of the foot path and no toilets to be seen.
Hopefully that is on their To Do List 😉
