Great place to spend the night with family and friends.
Parking is a nightmare, especially during weekends and Public holidays. Make sure to come early to reserve a spot.

I really enjoyed this park as I went through it in order to get to Fitzroy. It's smaller than Fitz, but it's really serene. The greenery is lovely and the JFK Fountain is very pretty.

Parliament Gardens in Melbourne is a quiet park next to Parliament House. It's a lovely place to take a break from the city. You can walk around the pretty gardens, sit on benches, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. It's a nice spot to relax and enjoy nature in the middle of the city.

Beautiful park right next to the CBD with a very calming and serene centrepiece where fountains provide some recluse from the city traffic and the memorials are beautifully paved and landscaped with plenty of seating around. Well maintained with massive mature trees placed both randomly around the gardens for shading, but also elegantly in rows alongside walking paths. You can walk loops around on flat paved roads for a quick lunch time exercise too if you wish. Parking available around the gardens. Public toilets available were decent too. Has more than one working water fountains.

A perfect place from my Airbnb in Flinders Apartment & stretch, meditate, do yoga, listen to Buddhist Mantras, admire the Rod Laver Arena & thank GOD for letting me watch Australian Open for the second year in a row… imagine coming here from a small town of Darjeeling, getting married & working for 34 years in Kathmandu….Walk barefoot on the green grass, as it’s good for the eyes, feel connected with nature & feel blessed. Beautiful garden serene & peaceful.

As a whole this is a beautiful space. Multicolor flowers, well kept area, and some city tower views. It seems like a romantic spot to me.

It's a peaceful and beautiful garden next to the Parliament House. The circular fountain is very distinctive and attractive. Standing in its center, closing your eyes and listening to the sound of the surrounding flowing water, it feels like being in the midst of a waterfall in a mountain forest.

Beautiful gardens at the top end of Collins Street on Spring Street, a much appreciated oasis of quiet beauty & tranquillity.

I have not stopped by for a while and loved the newish fountain and landscaped garden area. The Ducks were an added bonus!
A touching tribute to our gallant, often unsung, heroes in Emergency Services, many of whom have given their lives in the pursuit of their duty.
Love the mcg home of the Tiger's.
Amazing place

Beautiful garden. I love the fountain there. It's right beside the Parliament so take the free tour inside when you get there
Very good turf and fine batting conditions excellent for training purposes
A Big number of persons to workup...
One of the world's best stadiums without a doubt. It has everything from all the most modern facilities for watching all kinds of sports and events right through to the magnificent Australian Sports Museum & MCG tours.Mobility buggies are also available to transport patrons with mobility challenges right to the stadium.Don't forget to also have a peek at some of the famous statutes scattered all around the MCG and surrounding Yarra Park precinct. If you are a visitor to Melborne or a local ensure the MCG is your first point of call.Absolutely magnificent.Suitable for families or individuals.
This garden is very peaceful and tranquil. It's surrounded by busy streets howeve. The water fountain as well as the sounds of the magpies, ducks and the lorikeets provide a very calming atmosphere. There are lots of place for you to sit down and read a good book as well. It's not a particularly busy garden as well, being rather small and hidden, not many people come here.

DELIGHTFUL PUBLIC GARDENS ON EDGE OF CITY CENTRE
Parliament Gardens is just off the Hoddle Grid near Parliament House.
It's large and has beautiful open spaces and huge trees with plenty of space for ball games (volleyball is popular here), walking, reading a book on one of the many seats or sitting by the water fountain.
It's not fenced off so you can enter at any time.
