We come here often and really enjoy this park.
Quiet for where it is
Platell Park is located on Savoy Drive, Broadbeach Waters, Qld. A Beautiful, quiet spot for a picnic with family and friends. Restrooms are available. There is a gazebo with tables and seating where you can enjoy your picnic. The grounds are big enough for the children to kick a ball. Unsure if the park is pet friendly or if there are swings and/or slides. Around the grounds are park benches for the convenience of sitting and taking in the surrounding beauty of the trees and the river. On the other side of the river is Cascade Gardens, another beautiful quiet park which can be accessed from the Gold Coast Highway. For serene peace, and quiet, come to Platell Park.🙂❤⚘
Savoy Drive Reserve so beautiful, relaxing and full of beautiful wildlife.
The park is beautiful but it just have 2 bins for waste and no recycling bins...it does have a few parties and birthday parties ond the weekend and the 2 waste bins are not enough for all the rubbish OF COURSE. COUNCIL PLEASE BRING AT AST 2 MORE WASTE BINS AND 2 RECYCLING BINS PLEASE

Location is great and you can walk to the casino and across to Broadbeach. Not on a hot day though!!!
The pool is clean and they have function rooms for hire.
Parking is included and it's underneath in the basement. First in, first serve though.
There is a lovely walk around the canal and you can picnic and BBQ.
Rooms are spacious and clean and each have different aspects.
The only thing to watch out for are the midges, especially if you are on a ground floor unit.

This is a wonderful open grassed park on the banks of the main canal. It is off leash for dogs add is ideal for local people to exercise their pets.

Great place, nice and quiet location. Nice playground, BBQ, public toilet, car park with shade (under the big tree). My little daughter had so much fun playing with water! Such a lovely place😊
Upgraded playground, lots of car park spaces. It's nice little walk to water side.
The Gold Coast is blessed with many different peaceful oasis to relax in. This is another with BBQ facilities and a toilet area. There are plenty of grassy areas, an area where you can swim and if that's your thing, plenty of places to fish.
Relaxing, perfect holiday atmosphere. Room is spacious and feels like a real apartment home but with luxury. Very impressed and have enjoyed myself immensely.
A hidden oasis, surrounded one3 sides by water. Playground, toilets, covered picnic table, beach. Serene, private and a great central location. 😍😁🙏🖖
A great park, has a decent sized gazebo for parties and seating available throughout the park. Theres a small beach and a playground with accessible playground perfect for kids. A small canals travels around the park and the trees situate a very earthy-jungly environment.
