Great place for dogs to be free off leash. Just be respectful and pick up after them. You'll also need a Westmount tag.
Very calm place to a good walk.

Nice quiet spot with loads of creatures running around. Not exactly the best place to push a stroller, so bring your baby carrier or pip your kid up on your shoulders.
Beautiful location and vibes. Must come in Montreal
A really nice park and garden connected to the oratory. There are lots of interesting religious sculptures around the park and this is a really nice place to walk and reflect in. This is a really nice place to visit and enjoy the peace and tranquillity.

These places always need to have toilets to keep Clean and sanitary .👆
But we are happy to have this forest inside our town .👍🏼
The way of the cross here is extremely beautiful.

You must visit in the warm months as it has beautiful greenery some statues and a fountain.

It is an uphill climb but worth it for all the visitors to this wonderful oratory.

I would recommend and go see it if you haven’t yet.

Westmount Park is a beautiful park. Here is my opinion.

1) trees, playing field for kids hockey arenas and a swimming pool in the summer.
2) The park is close to downtown or close to the area within downtown.
3) There’s parking along the park.
4) The park has little waterfalls and a pond.
5)It has a library there as well.

Cons:
1) Park needs to be more maintained.
2) They need add more trees and vegetation.

All in all this park is special and I hope they can make the park more beautiful than before and hopefully acquire more land or use the land wisely to keep this park for future generations.

Parc très bien aménagé, des terrains de tennis et de football, des toilettes, parc à chien et aire de jeux pour enfants. Superbe vue sur la ville et le paysage, les arbres y sont splendides !

This park offers great views, one looking out across St Lawrence. I strolled by the small waterfall in the Summer with my sisters when I was a kid which is landscaped with rock, trees and a staircase. There is a field for soccer practice, a supervised kiddie pool in the Summer, a playground, tennis court for residents of Westmount, a small basketball court next to the chalet and even a dog park. A hockey rink in the Winter time and some fenced hills for tobogganing for children accompanied by parents. It is a gem in Montreal and has washrooms available all year round. Today I jog through it adding on more memories throughout each season.

This is mostly a mini forest but also great for dogs as there are many trails! This place can be a 5 star if they add sculptures, seats, benches, lights and a little bit of maintenance as the location is perfect. The houses nearby are very beautiful as well as the gardens/flowers.

It was ok here. I prefer the neighborhood over the park. The park is a little dirty and there are so many bugs. Would be nice for them to plant plants that certain insects dont like.

Enjoyed a birthday picnic in this beautiful and peaceful park. It’s a huge park with a playground for children and a dog park.
Nice-looking park located in the most affluent part of Montreal. It has almost every thing you can think of about a local park but I had few flaws: one of the fountains has no water and that the water is literally dirty. I also tried the bathroom and it really looks outdated. A bit crowded but nice place to hang around with loved ones

Vast trails to walk or run around. They all connect to one another. Busier in the early mornings but after 10am, it’s quiet and peaceful.

You do not need a dog to be here. The trees are majestic with different shapes and curved mysteries.
The sound of the birds.. occasional snake slithering by is surreal.

It’s my peaceful haven.

Advice: Wear comfortable shoes as the trails are not manicured to perfection. They are dusty, a perfect dog’s kingdom.

Tranquil playground in a windy corner with some nearby trees to relax in the shade. We can hear dogs barking, birds singing, and children playing. There’s a sandbox, a small tree to climb, and slides. Large open grassy area for picnics but not a lot of tables and seats. Playground has wood chips on ground and an accessible swing.

Bonus: pas trop occupé pendant les week-ends donc parfait pour jouer aux activités sur le gazon comme bocce, spike ball, etc. Not very busy on weekends so good for playing lawn games like bocce and spike ball

Double bonus: if you sit near the playground and away from the park you don’t hear traffic. It’s a nice respite from city sounds.

My second home!

Great design, I think it is over 100 years old. Very well maintained...cute people young and old.

Very vibrant during sunny days. 🌝🌝🌝

Still a lovely place to walk and literally smell the roses.

The gardeners and arborists need to win an AWARD.

I LOVE IT!!!

The park is beautiful for a small walk. Cute lounge chairs to relax near the water as well. Worth stopping by if you’re close to the area.

Possibly the park with one of the best views ! There's benches at the top pointing towards this magnificent view, so you can sit down, enjoy, relax and listen to the breeze while looking at the beauty in front of you. Summer and Fall, as you can see from these pics, are the best seasons to enjoy this !
We came for the Westmount Winter Festival, free hot dogs, hot chocolate, cookies and maple syrup on snow, amazing hosts, even horse drawn carridge sleigh rides. There was also air tires provided foe sliding down the hill, unfortunately my kid flew into a snow bank at the bottom of the hill and francuted her arm, had to go to ER, but otherwise before that it was an awsome event. Oh and there were lots of dogs since they have a caged up doggie play area.

This park is beautiful and we'll located. There are few picnic tables. The playground is nice and had lots of modules for the kids to enjoy. It's clean and safe.
Very calm, Beautiful and clean playground.
I love this place. Such a calming walk. The stone statues are huge and beautiful. I usually go here when I am stressed out 😬, so I can relax 😌.

I saw a chipmunk for the first time in my life there today 😍😍😍

The views!!!!! This park is lovely with lots of old trees and multiple small "areas" that are separated by bushes or trees so that it always seems more private and less busy than it is. The park is on quite a slope, so areas are graded. Theres a soccer field up top, then a dog run, seating area, water play area, badminton table, and picnicking area. Below that is the children's play equipment and a gorgeous hill (pictured) with lots of seating and amazing views.

The building was closed to the public because of COVID .
There was hardly any one around.
But the lawn was very well kept.
I saw a child and her guardian playing with their dog on the grass

Very beautiful building...
This garden is a little hide away from the main road to the main building. It was really cool down walk from the heat since there were a lot of trees in here. 18 sculptures tell the story of Jesus.

Beautiful park. I have so many memories here. There are tons of different things to do like bring your dog to the dog park, admire the coy fish pond, sled down big hill and have picnics on the grass. The views are also amazing!

What a beautiful hidden gem! Lots of people though but definitely worth a visit. We went in autumn and the leaves were magnificent! Dog friendly and lots of short walking trails.

Massive park in Westmount with beautiful views and many activities offered.
This is a beautiful way to access the Oratory, it's a short garden walk that ends in a waterfall fountain. It's really a nice reading spot, with benches to get comfy. If you have the chance and it's open you definitely should take the time to visit, it's worthy.
Amazing path, garden with statues showing the stations that Jesus went through until he was crucified in the cross. Recommended.

Interesting spot while visiting the neighboorhood of Westmount, the richest part of the city, it is located in a quite small park, but during the summer, covered with all the plants and the green color, it just looks good. It is just a place to take some pictures and maybe rest for a while to continue the path.

The dog park is perfect! Lots of shade available, water and water bowl, a hose, just a really nice environment where even my grumpy dog enjoyed being there.
Nice grassy area to sit and relax.

Nice flowers and a flag pole. Theres also a picnic table in the summer. But extremely small. More just a part to city than a park. I give the path 5🌟 but the park only gets 3. If Westmount adds a tennis court I'll come back to this and change my review
Westmount city hall park great if you are invited to attend a specific event! This time it was with shaar hashomayim that the event took place. Enjoyable to see the community ensemble / together! The mayor of Westmount Mr. Trent as well as rabbi Adam were present!

Beautiful, brand new park with interesting equipment, giant rolling, grassy hills, tons of shade and mature trees, a nice view, a splash pad, a sand box and washrooms close by.
