$20 to park. Shallow boat launch so we weren't able to get in the water. Very quiet, only one other trailer parked on a Saturday in September.
This is a hidden gem. It's very clean with modern play structures for the kids.

Water is relatively shallow.

The park is well kept.

Paid parking May 24 to September 1
The park itself is great. The only thing was that some security agents came asking me to turn off my gas grill, saying the type of tank I had was not allowed. I followed their request but just before ruining my holiday with my family, luckily I decided to check in the website of the park and realized that my tank, although larger than the green ones, was still below the limit of 20 Kg, it was actually 17 Kg, so I continued my barbecue. Those agents should be better trained and take more care to avoid ruining other's vacations.
Been coming here 18 years as we have a cottage nearby. The beach is very clean despite the mass of birds that like to hang about. The sand is regularly topped up in the mornings. Water is consistently clear and warm, and the beach has a sandy bottom with NO rocks. Park is great for kids. It can get busy on weekends, so make sure to come a little earlier if you want to secure a picnic table.

It's a pretty park, lots of goose poo everywhere so be vigilant. We came around 7 at night and from what I could tell we had to pay for a whole day pass which was 20 dollars a little excessive maybe.

Not so crowded beach which is good for picnics. The water is mostly clean and can go for a swim. There are so many birds though.
There is a parking lot which is 20$ for one day! No hourly parking fee.

I like this beach! It is not so crowded even in the weekend, the water is almost clean (for example: more clean than Wasaga beach) and it is warm (on June 25th) and suitable for swimming
The area is beautiful and suitable for a one day picnic and having fun!
There is a parking lot which is 20$ for one day and 40$ for 3 days!
Close proximity to retirement community and Big Cedar Estates community club house 🏠

Surprisingly clean little beach and very quiet even in a weekend. Nice pavilion and kids playground.
Beautiful little spot that my daughter and I stopped to have lunch at.
I was amazed. It's my first time here accidentally. It's fantastic sunset. I took a lots of pictures and videos. The park is wonderful. There's a clean sand beach. There are two big pavilions for picnic and kid's day camp. The picnic tables are arranged neatly. The landscaping is amazing, wood bridge over the creek, mature trees, winding paths. There is a unpaved parking lot and a public washroom. Also there's a basketball pad and a playground.
Quiet, Besutiful little spot to relax & ' watch the world go by' in a Stunniing natural environment! Boat launch - so lots off Kayakers, fishermen/persons etc. Lovely little beach and shallow water - Great for families!! Have seen Bald Eagles, beavers, Trumpeter Swans & of course, geese & ducks!!
Nice little ice rink shovelled out. As always, exercise ice safety and check ice thickness before walking out.

Small lake, great for exploring via paddle board or canoe.
Great place to bring the dog and family for a swim. Very shallow until you go out a fair distance. Can get a little busy when there are people loading and unloading their boats. We were only up for the weekend and found this little gem of a spot.
This is a good access point for canoeing or kayaking on Bass Lake. However, it is quite abused by thoughtless people throwing out garbage and spinning their wheels in the gravel road & parking area. There is no winter maintenance or facilities at all. In summer there may be a portable toilet and garbage barrel. It would be suitable for swimming, but unfortunately dog owners frequent the area and allow their dogs in the water. Thus, Bass Lake Provincial Park is a more suitable spot to go swimming with full public facilities for a reasonable rate.
