Reviews

I was subjective to give this place a review at first but since I drove past there being that I have lived in this neighborhood as a kid I was very pleasantly surprised to see that the park had almost been completely restored. I love the old chain basketball nets that they had when I was younger but the remade and put the exact same pieces where they were in the first place which is what I appreciate. I think that the city of Andover does a very good job at restoring places to what they used to be like and look like. Thank you to all the contributors!

Continues to be a favorite. I love that it's close to home and yet feels so remote. The oak trees are amazing; if only they could talk. The camper cabin is fantastic for those that don't want to tent camp. I'm grateful there are locks on the bathroom doors and uni-sex bathrooms no longer exist (though I think that may have only been for one year). Staff is always delightful.

Beautiful park with lots of entertainment for kids. Nice hiking and biking trails. They have camping but I haven't done that. Need an Anoka Park pass but you can get daily or yearly at the entrance.

Great disc golf course that appears to have been expanded from 9 hole to 18 holes. (still being updates by the looks of it for signage)

Fun park. There is a lot of thing to keep you busy here. A play area for the kids will keep them busy. A water mist is there in the summer to help cool off and tables with a cover for the adults. In the summer a restroom is avalibke but in the off time a portapotty is available. Many trails cross the area for walking and biking, and a vets memorial is located in the area. There is a couple of grills in the area as well.

It was really fun! The wave pool is a favorite, as was the lazy river. Bring full water bottles. their website is nuts for telling u to bring them empty. You can bring food, would have to go outside fence to eat but they stamp u so u can return. They also have a water station. Their fries were tasty.

They have a decent size wave pool along with a lazy river. They also have a small wading pool with fun water features for the little ones. Your not allowed to bring outside food pass the gates but they do have areas around the parking lots for grilling or having a snack.

We make sure to come here once every summer. It's a fun place to be for young and young at heart. Can't bring in food/beverages but can go outside and eat or buy your food there. We were there on a Wednesday and it's was just perfect. We did have to wait for tubes and the slides but not more than a couple minutes. Arrived at 12:00 and left at 7:00. The life guards were nice and on the lookout. We had a great experience and will be back!

Needs some work on the ground cover

Neighborhood park with newer equipment, swings and ball field. Small sand parking lot.

Quiet neighborhood park with brand new playground equipment, swings, picnic table and basketball court.

It used to be a nice small neighborhood park with some features of interest to a wide age range of kids (the green one in pics)... They replaced the park in summer 2023 with one that's pretty much only of interest to kids under 4. No tall slides, no monkey bars, no tall climbing features, nothing unusual/unique. The only advantage is that they added a parent/baby swing & some handicap accessibility.

Nice trails for walking and biking. Very nice campground. Nice playgrounds. Activity Center. Horse stable for horseback rides. Wave pool for summer months (new heated pool will be open in 2021). Maps with detailed distance are posted often.
Though somethings are not operating this summer because of COVID19.

Beautiful now!

Great place for walking, biking and all sorts of fun stuff.

A quiet neighborhood park, but no drinking water available here.

Very

"Ages 5-12" playground equipment with a wood chip base. There is a basketball court plenty of swings and a small covered picnic table. Not to mention a four-person teeter totter!

It's a park with a playgrounds and a baseball diamond
