Please be aware homeless tents and camps are starting to pop-up in the park, including right behind the playground area. Please call the non-emergency police line or submit a report online if you see any so we can get them (hopefully) removed

there has been construction going on since last year which eats up 1/3 of the parking. that is a guesstimate but a considerable amount of parking no longer exists. The fields were fine and everything else was enjoyable especially for the kids.

Attended a birthday party under the pavilion next to the playground. Has accessible parking and clean bathrooms. The kids had a blast playing.

The playground works for all ages. I love the variety of swings and the area with chimes and drums. The walking area behind is great for people with dogs.

A very modern children's playground with a spongy surface to help reduce skinned knees. My grandkids just loved it. We will be back soon.

4.5 stars, this park is a little bit small but has so much to offer. There is a 3 story slide that towers over the rest of the park and you need to climb a fun rope ladder to reach it. There are two sections, one for 2-5 and the 5-11. It's definitely newer, and we definitely will come back.

This is a nice park. It's very clean with updated and unique playground equipment, including tall slides, climbing structures and large xylophones. The surface under the playground is very soft.

Recently updated with new equipment, this is a fun little park in the middle of Waukesha. Some unique playground equipment makes it a great exploration for young kids, with lots of little touches to keep them busy! The double swing was one of our favorites.
Needs to be updated on Google Maps to the wro youth park
Nice area, playground is in need of repairs. Red climbing squares is broken, exposing inner steel cable. Which is sharp like a needle. Blue rubber ground needs to be patched and sealed.

Nice little park on a green belt. Covered Picnic area, playground with jungle gym and slide. Restrooms that disappointingly were closed(closed for winter but it is spring now). Plenty of street parking on both sides of the street.

Who knew there was a Nike Missile Launch site here. One of eight sights that used to ring the city of Milwaukee to protect this important industrial area from potential Soviet bombing raids. The radar site had to be located separately to be able to track and guide the missiles and were located where the new water towers are being built on East Broadway.

They just redid this park and I'm really disappointed in the outcome. I'm glad that the city is putting efforts into the children and parks in the city but they really missed the target on this park. The slides don't have a platform with them so if a child falls trying to sit down they will fall the entire height of the slide. We've been to other parks that have been redesigned in the last yearish like Horeb Springs, etc. and those parks seem to have been designed with a lot more forethought.

This is a nice big park, but the playset is getting a little worn down and has some components that need to be replaced. Lots of cracking in the playground surface that needs to be patched/resurfaced.

The park itself is a nice green space. However the brand new playground that was installed is not very well set up for any children who have gross motor delays. The slide is an alternating ladder with no space to stand before sliding down. It has a sign saying it's targeting ages 5-12, but apparently only if they are able-bodied. Disappointed as this was a great neighborhood park, we will now have to drive to a different park.

Contrary to "Karen's" reviews, this is an amazing park to visit alone or with family- if you would have did a quick search on it's history! This park was in conjunction with the old missle park a mile away on Cleveland/Broadway. It was a nuclear misske launch site built during the cold war on the highest pointt in town as one of many strategically placed sites. The command center was at Hillcrestand the actual Nike Missles were at missle park, as i mentioned, and if needed would be launched remotely from Hillcrest. Both have underground bunkers, although they just dug up the old missiles that were buried in concrete and wood chips to renovate missile park into a new water tower and Family Fun Park which will come in the next year or two.... so don't listen to those people who said it's a Park not worth visiting..

Hillcrest Park is connected to Hillcrest Elementary School so I am not sure if the jungle gym areas are School property (they are definitely used by School Children during the school year) that being said it's a good place for children to run, play on the slides, swings and jungle gym. There is a baseball diamond, basketball hoops and plenty of room to kick a soccer ball. It is missing public restrooms and no picnic tables but a few benches (which may also belong to the school).

We came again for the wonderful fire works. Glad the music was off by that time. Thank you for patching the holes were very greatful. I do agree the bathroom is a bit far away from the play area. I understand the play area might be more for the school however during the fireworks and other special events kids love especially mine love to play at the play ground. Maybe put a couple of the porter John's near the play area. So glad the fireworks were in a day the buses were running cause if no we would've have to walk from Meijers area to the subway for the parade then to the Lowell park. Please help us who depend on the buses by keeping it this way. Thank you

2022 A lot of holes through out. I know the ground keepers can't 100% control them however my little girl got her foot caught just walking from the play area to the bathroom. Luckily she was ok cause I was holding her hand if I hadn't she would've fell maybe having a different outcome

Overall this is a good park. Play area, four little league baseball diamonds. However the bathrooms are not centrally located, parking area is not large enough for a baseball event. As youth baseball has grown in the area, a great asd would be lights on the field and in the parking lot.

Playground has a rock wall
Cute place. I took my niece to soccer make up because it had rained so much lately and games were canceled. Like all the great parks in Waukesha and SHE HAD TO PLAY THERE!!! Before covid 😕 we did a fun tour of Waukesha county libraries and parks in summer 2019, too long ago. She's almost to old too old to do it again, 2 years is too long ago and I want to take her little sister too. Waukesha should set up the same idea. We had too much fun. Waukesha should set up security in the parks so parents can watch their kids. The world is changing, I hope that people understand stand that Waukesha parents want more safety for our kids, certainly not baby sitters. Waukesha has fought for the safety of our kids and a bit extra should not be worth a complaint.

They need to bring back the portable outhouses by the baseball fields you should not have to walk 1/4 mile to use the restrooms. The kids have to run back and forth between innings to get there. Not to mention my mom walks with a walker and I had to drive her from the parking lot to use the restrooms. This is unacceptable for ♿️ handicapped people to have to go that far. My mom won't go to the kids baseball games because of this problem and alot of other people who use the baseball fields are very mad too.

Love this park. Great picnic / reunion / graduation party place. Large covered picnic pavilion with large bathrooms for both sexes. I believe kids love the playground (I could be wrong). Super big swings too. I love this park.

Of all the newly reconstructed playgrounds in the city park system, this one is the best I've seen. It's got a range of equipment for ages 2-12 and one of the more impressive assortment of slides. It's clean, well maintained, and relatively safe. Though there are a lot of high climbing points that'll require more vigilant supervision for wee ones. And the surrounding trails plus ample parking make it worth driving to even if you're closer to another park

They had a beer garden and music here.my wife and I enjoyed the music and we hate kids, but it was beautiful to see them playing outside again together, I want to thank the neighborhood for putting up with the music and traffic, thank you for that brief moment of normalcy.

Very big park, in good condition, fenced with chain link around the major area where children play on the playground structure. Has building with bathrooms & an overhang that comfortably accommodates 6 picnic benches. A large frass field separates the play area & building with a baseball field.

We enjoyed the playground at this park today. The drawback is there were no bathrooms nearby which can be challenging when you have unpredictable kiddos, despite using the potty before leaving the house. The kids were asking to go back to this playground as soon as we got in the car to head home. They enjoyed the variety of equipment. Very tall slide, spiderweb things to crawl on, musical instruments, monkey bars, obstacle type course things to climb on suitable for both older and younger children. Also a variety of swings for all, infants, as well as special needs. The ground at this play area is that springy soft rubbery material. Overall, again, great playground that we will be back to. We weren't able to check out the paved nature path today but we'll enjoy it next time.
This is the perfect place for kids to play and they have plenty of seating for adults to sit down and watch their kids. The rubber asphalt if that's what you call it is very cushy and protects children from getting hurt The structures are all friendly and unique and they have a little water feature for the kids on a hot day. Great little place to take your kid!

I went to play Pickle Ball and since it was my first time I have nowhere else to compare these courts. They seem fairly new, courts were busy but not full at noon. I recently played and we had our pick of courts. It is also a nice area for a walk. Don't forget to bring a water bottle.

Very clean area located next to the Glacial Drumlin state trail. Nice that they have two climbing/slide pieces of equipment for younger and older kids. Lots of activity choices between baseball, basketball, soccer and a lot of open areas. Also has a shelter.

Amazing playground here that has sections for all ages. Nice and back away from the main road there's also some little hills that are perfectly manageable to littles to sled. There's a paved path for walking through the field here that we haven't utilized yet but we will come spring!

Nice and big. A lot of space and different things to use for the summer but is greatly under utilized. It could benefit from some upgrades and it would be nice to hold more activities in the winter with the large hill. Now only one toboggan ramp left with not much hope of anything useful.

Not sure why another poster included pics of an indoor fish tank.... definitely not relevant to Kisdon Park! I take my toddlers here often. It's tucked away and never crowded unless it's on a weekend where there is a baseball tournament. We also have the added fun of watching the fire engines come in and out of the nearby fire station.
Such an awesome place for a get together! Waukesha Blazers Rampage 10U held their final practice here. Built in grills, pavilion, baseball diamond, kids play ground, flushing toilets (male and female), soccer post (without nets), plenty of parking, and beautiful sunsets! Highly recommend this place!

Awesome new benches at Kisdon Hill Park
Usually quiet, think it's a little known park. Play structure, large open grassy area, pond and woods with hiking trails. Gets muddy and buggy in the spring and summer, so I like the woods and trails best in the late fall and winter. We skate on the pond also.
I'm going to miss this wonderful neighborhood park when I move.
