If you're in the area and want a place to go with your dog or just to walk around, it's good. The main statue and the compass are cool, but if you're going here, it's to play with your pet or just sit on a bench.

Rebuilt but still not much. Has a poor quality dog run - just concrete and fences. Water fountain and Doughboy (WW I) statue. People walk their dogs here mostly.

An oasis in our community. Recently had a large renovation done. The dog run isn't very good though, but at least they added stairs. However, any night you might find a bunch of dogs and their owners playing off leash on the big hill. They all seem to be part of a friendly group and I'm looking forward to joining them with my new puppy. During the day, there are shaded benches in one section and then the big hill gets a lot of sun and you can set up to relax on nice days. Good place to walk up, down, all around and into the semi-connected Windmueller Park and Lawrence Virgilio playground. I walk a lot around the neighborhood for exercise and part of it always includes Doughboy. Usually very clean and comfortable.

I didn't have a picture of any pigeons from here, but i'm sure the ones in this photo have been here. Nice little spot to view the greatest bird in the world.
Near great bars and restaurants. Also a nice place to shop for food and vegetables.
Regular Queens neighborhood plaza, noisy but full of life

It is small park between Roosevelt and Woodside avenue in Queens, NY.
Most of the time is occupied by many homeless, dirty , scary looking people. Definitely not a pretty spot to just sit around an enjoy a nice day. It is dirty, full garbage.
Loved it. Amazing view
Really nothing to it other than a few benches and a ton of pigeons.
Roman's favorite spot.

For sure one of my new fave parks. A little tricky to reach (unless you fly) but beautiful trees, a variety of stonework, and all your feathered friends will make it a go to spot for sitting on a bench or just pecking around.

Home is home but this area really lacks maintenance and other than sitting to chat isn't used outside of a smoke/drinking spot by the highway
In middle of some sort of upgrade this is a not so great place where the less fortunate congregate. It's kind of more their place than anyone elses

This place was a nightmare in a semi-truck but all in all that's what I expected
I stop by every day and rest myself for a little while, place getting attraction to drinking people; just be aware of them

It's difficult to describe such an amazing experience by words. This magical place can explain itself by being engulfed into this breath taking park. You will be flocked with the most beautiful birds you can find on Earth. I highly recommend visiting this park as it's the most exotic and beautiful park in NYC.

As a pigeon I go here quite frequently. It is always free of cats, and the seeds are of the highest quality. Coo Coo Coo!!

Nice tiny pocket park.. But too much noisy because of the location which is next to the highway.

A decent part of the park. Mostly a statue and some plaques, but there are benches and plenty of trees for shade. Quiet area, the surrounding streets are not too busy.

Great Park
Great spot to sit in & relax during the daylight hours. The bums tend to take over during the night & they are very unsettling.

Lovely little respite from the hustle and bustle, nestled peacefully under the calming sounds of the 7 train.
