Goes for family dinner in A/C Room but services was wrost. Food quality was average, waiter availability not good.

Just had a light vegetarian breakfast. A toasted vegetarian sandwich and coffee. The sandwich well toasted and fresh vegetables used. Good coffee too. Owing to the rains. A few spots of leakages from the roof above.

Good quality food and service
Absolutely loved the fish, chicken and Kerala Parota served here! The price makes it all the more attractive. We found it very reasonable. A comment on the service...We found the Appam a little too thick and voiced our view to them. The staff immediately wanted to give us a fresh serving of thinner appam without charging anything additional. They were very prompt throughout. Don't come here expecting a fancy ambience though.
Nice restaurant to visit with family or friends or even with office mates. It is located in chembur, road touch restaurant. Food taste is nice quantity is also good, you can enjoy good food with nice ambience veg as well as non veg food available, staff and is helpful and service is also nice.
One of thr best places to be for a conference... a stones throw away from Gateway... being seated at the venue, listening to your favorite music/ speaker/ with a cup/ glass of your favorite beverage in hand and a sea and hoards of small sail boats to witness the moment... mesmerizing, isn't it....

We were craving to have some authentic Keralite food and hence, finally visited this place 'Just Kerala'. This restaurant boasts of a varied menu filled with Keralite cuisine right from Chicken, mutton to prawns, fish as well as vegetarian options. We take you through all the dishes served to us.
Chicken 'Just Kerala' Style Soup
Spicy soup flavoured with pepper and consisting of shredded chicken pieces which hits into you straightaway. Quite absorbing.
Prawns Fry (Highly Recommended)
Delicious prawns marinated alongside spices and deep fried. We were served eight pieces and you just couldn't get enough of it.
Chicken Chettinad with Kerala Poratha & Appam
A delicious spicy thick gravy cooked in aromatic sauces and garnished with coriander leaves. While we like Appam, the combination of Chicken Chettinad alongside Kerala Poratha was one to savour.

Chunks of chicken with masala layered between rice with fried onion. The biryani was scrumptious till the last bite and it was not very spicy as well. You have to eat this dish if you visit.
Coconut Souffle
We finished our meal with this wonderful dessert that is coconut souffle. It is a delicious creamy pudding made with tender coconut flesh and the presentation is also very good. Trust us, we can eat like 4-5 of these, that's how good it was.
We also had their zira water (which is good for digestion) as well as fresh lime soda. They also had thaal options in chicken, fish and vegetarian. The ambience was really good and peaceful and the interior is also very nice. Perfect restaurant if you want to eat authentic Kerala cuisine.

I went here for a business trip. My biggest issue was the really awful quality of food.
They had no non spicy options and when they made me a pasta separately, it had so much sauce and cream there was oil floating in it and it felt like milk. Also they still added red chilli on top of it.
They made me an egg for breakfast 2 days in a row and it was burnt and overcooked both days indicating clearly that the cook does not even possess the very basic of culinary knowledge.
The ceiling AC was leaking in the middle of the eating area where there were a lot of mosquitos and flies.
The towels and bed sheets had stains on them.
The room's bathroom had a loud machine working 24/7 outside the window.
They gave tea bags but no kettle.
No iron.
The AC doesnt have temp control.
The room service needs to be called 2 to 3 times before they do what is asked and they do not know how to be polite. I asked for 3 things on 3 days and all 3 times they either forgot something or got something wrong.
Worst of all they gave me a 30ml drink of Absolut Vodka but it didnt taste like Absolut at all. They also didnt have most of the drinks mentioned in their bar menu.
This was my experience over 3 days. This hotel is by NO MEANS a 3 star hotel. At most 2 star on a good day.

We ordered the Vishu Sadhya from ‘Just Kerala’ restaurant this year and I must say it was the most delightful and yummy Sadhya I had from any restaurant. The booking and payment process was a breeze.
The packaging was very good, leak-proof and each items had their name on top of the packet/box. They even provided a reference map to place the Sadhya items as per the tradition.
Each item tasted fresh, authentic and delicious. 🤤 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
The price was on a higher side for Sadhya delivery but considering the quantity and quality of each item it was a good deal. The delivery was on-time too!

First of all, this hotel is not associated with lemon tree, it’s a scam, the GM is not approachable and reasonable. The rooms are divided into old and new rooms, the new rooms are too overpriced for its amenities and the old rooms are dingy. Restaurant staff and some housekeeping staff are the best in behaviour and service. Food is okay. Washrooms of old rooms are dysfunctional. Overall the hotel is way too much overpriced.
If You want to experience the authentic South Indian cuisine in Mumbai , then Just kerela is just for you 😍.

One of the best place to enjoy delicious south indian kerala cuisine food. They have a superb menu. The staff is first of all very cheerful and amazing in terms of their service. I like the chettinad curry and the kerala biryani. The most favourite dish if anything here then it would be the coconut souffle. Really love the kerala food and especially the vibes of this place!!!
They are literally fraud, they won't return the money if the person is not interested to stay , asks for extra money . I have paid 25k amount, as our plan were changed,i have asked for cancellation, they said they will not refund any money . Suchitra a fraud behaviour over there. And the ambiance there was very bad , the hotel was unhygienic, unclean,foul smell near the lift ...
I am currently staying here and I must tell everyone that it's a pathetic hotel to stay. Looking at the room, it's no better than a 3rd class lodge. Room is just below average for the price they have charged. Washroom is horrible, untidy, poor looking and badlu furnished. Staff at the reception is post, for everything they have a simple answer saying, "Sorry Sir, we are fully sold and don't have any other room to change/upgrade."
Yet to try the breakfast, so can't comment about that.

Top class food, lovely hospitality, very good ambience. Location and access to the place is very good. I love this place ever since I have gone 20 years back for the first time.
This hotel is located opposite Andheri Railway Station of the Western Railway on east side. The hotel is having good location for those who are in hurry to catch the trains at Andheri Railway Station. The food served is of good quality and is also reasonably priced. The hotel staff are friendly and courteous and are helpful also. The service is prompt and professional. There is adequate cleanliness maintained in the hotel.

Big enough for small events like Birthday, Sangeet, Mehandi, Engagement, Society meetings. 100-125 people can sit easily. But parking space. Need to search on road (nearby area).

We were stuck in traffic for a good 20 mins both sides.
At best, this can be a stopover for a night. Anything longer is not going to be comfortable.

Beautiful setting for a cosy evening dinner. Most warmest staff at your service suggesting some yummy dishes on the menu that would suit your taste buds....
What a waste of a spectacular location. Obviously very uncaring management not interested in the club’s reputation. Waitstaff poor dressed, sloppy. They clean the tables with a dirty cloth, no antibacterial spray.

Just checked into our second room. AC not cooling properly. Bathroom again FILTHY! Shower pressure almost non existent. Posted pics. The bathrooms and rooms are upgraded with beautiful modern glass shower doors, but they are filthy with soap scum built up over the years. What a shame. We’ve booked 5 rooms for an occasion and now I’m ( a guest) going to have to supervise the cleaning and hygiene of each room. Room supervisor Cristina is off. Well, it’s not like she’s been doing her job anyway. Poor staff, just hanging around for tips. Why??? Do your jobs well first so that we feel like tipping you.

Location was very close to our hotel so its convenient . Food was good .
Pathetic quality of food served. We had ordered cheese dosa...and what was served was cold dosa. Inspite of bringing it to the notice to the waiter he insisted that it was freshly prepared. When asked for coffee they said it would be available only after 4pm and then suddenly out of nowhere they bought one again cold. They are least bothered about the customers who visit them. I noticed quite a few people complaining about the quality of food being served. Never ever will I go there again absolutely waste of money
The face of an establishment and first point of contact is reception and wow does this girl need an attitude change towards foreigners, it seems that it is her nature to be so abrasive and act like a no it all, rude, rude , rude. If you work the longest you should be better at what you do not worse. Lovely man at security always so pleasant to us, left a lasting impression. It's sad with the money we spent , we never felt welcome. We are an elderly couple and fell very disrespected We have met such amazing staff at other hotels that felt like family.

Worst hotel experience. The hotel is not clean and it's just the worst services you get here. Being the lemon tree holding this must not be the behaviour. The management staff's behaviour is the worst. After paying for the room neither room service is better nor the swimming pool. If I rate it's my worst experience in the hotel. I stayed for 4 days but the services and surroundings were the cleanliness is worst. Neither a senior manager at the reception to address the problem. Bedroom beds are Full of springs which will bring you back pain for sure. If I want to suggest it kindly dont have any accommodation here.
Excellent property, location is just 10 minutes from international airport, quiet, luxury, lavish buffet breakfast, superior rooms are pure luxury, services are excellent, meetings rooms are spacious and comfortable, quiet, guarantee for sound sleep, value for money. Leela Sahar is one of the very first luxury hotels in India some 30 years ago. I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 nights stay and not only return to it but also recommend toy top contacts should they wish to enquire, ofcourse.
It's an awesome place for staying and concert halls are available for meeting and events. It's a huge hotel with big parking.

The hotel is located in the vicinity of the International Airport terminal, and a metro station is also nearby. Rooms are nice, but if you are near the elevator, then the rooms can be quite noisy. Service is good. Staff is courteous. Citrus, Restaurant is small but the food spread is quite nice.

Very nice room that smelled like mold. Had a hair in our food and the cook actually argued with us that it was corn husk - the zoom lense on my phone showed otherwise - gross.

Nice ambience. Good behavior by staff. Visited the hotel for 2 hours to meet my friend. Overall good experience. Of course, it's 5 star hotel of Mumbai so is little expensive but price is worth the service and quality.
Loved the luxurious stay and was treated very well. You will definitely feel the rich vibes here, the ambiance is awesome and has many fountains inside the hotel. And even soothing live music inside the hotel. It has 3 good restaurants. Enjoyed being there.

I have been there for 2 days last week, it was a great experience there. The conference room is great for organizing business gatherings, the space, sound etc was awesome, the staffs are very competitive. We have wonderful dining experiences there.
I have booked this hotel for a short stay last month. The ambience was nice and calm. What I liked was the response from the front desk staff. He was polite and courteous. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The rooms are spacious. The room service was prompt. There was a safety locker in the room. The bathroom was neat and clean and provided with toiletries. I stayed this in Hotel Bawa International last week 15-JUN. It was the one of luxurious Hotel I stayed in my life time.
The lobby had a feeling of an upscale but cozy countryside home, with satin sofas, velvet armchairs,
gold colour floral wall-paper on the walls and a large crystal chandelier right in the middle giving soft warm light.
Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most.

Rooms were neat and clean, especially the bath room along with its complimentary supplies. Had a little waiting time for room service, but then yes, the staff were exceptionally well mannered and polite. Best location, nice ambience. Strongly recommend especially if you are planning on a family visit...!
Stay was extremely comfortable. On all the point the hotel meet the expectation whether it is front office, house keeping, in room dining or buffet breakfast. They were just perfect. They charge very reasonable price for Airport pick up/drop. I highly recommend to choose without 2nd thought. Best hotel near Mumbai Airport.

This Restaurant is very old but due to building construction was out of service, Finally visited this place with friends which is on first floor. Had order Mushroom - cream of soup, Chicken Koliwada, Butter Naan & Kulcha and Sahi Paneer along with Fresh lime and Coke. Service is quick and Staff are polite. Will surely visit next time and have Kori Roti.
Amazing Place in Colaba. Very good food and service everywhere. Christina and Chirag were very helpful to us. The highlight of the stay was the swimming pool on Sunday evening. We enjoyed our stay very very much.
Had ordered Cheese Pakoda, Roti, Methi mutter masala, Jeera Rice and Dal Fry. All the dishes were Excellent and extremely tasty. Great food. Highly recommended. Keep up the good work. 👏👏
No words can explain the experience. Right on the Bay, beautiful breeze, sea views, adjacent to Gateway of India and patio sit out. An all comprehensive bar and multi cuisine menu, at club rates and VIP service. You won't get such a wide menu anywhere in a single place. Chats, desserts, beverages, main course, bakery and signature sundaes, it will take an extended stay to try out the dishes.
Amazing experience good I surprised my partner with the love theme decoration and it was wonderful. The bath tub was decorated with rose petals and was very detoxing. . The breakfast buffet was complimentary and the service was excellent and good. Overall a perfect stay thank you so much Bawa international for making our day memorable and very enjoying great this hotel

We often visit here for lunch and snacks . They have AC restaurant as well as normal one. Food quality is delicious...and food rates are also normal... We tried dosa and lassi and mosambi juice which was amazing during this summer season.
We are eating here, we took paratha, veg angara, roti & masala papad, jeera rice . We found paratha is over burned and asked person to give proper one, the service person talked & gave back same over burned paratha after few minute. Unhappy with the service and food quality. Don't expect such things from this hotel, so read carefully before visiting.
Hall capacity was good but there's no specific changing room, No AC and there's few ceiling fans for ventilation, suffocation percentage is high in entire hall
Administration will disturb your celebration with their long do's and don'ts. You will certainly have the most annoying experience in your life than the function.

Prime location with connectivity and central location from both harbour/central line and western line. No parking facility as on the Eastern Express Highway.
Bad ventilation. Should not book this hall if you are planning late parties or functions. They will charge if you exceed their time limit. Anyway, it has very small area.

I was there for vaccine dose, it was good place with friendly helpful people.
Attend one relative marriage. Parking issue. No place for parking. Overall its good for medium size function where crowd is not to much. Hall is very good and location is also perfect near to Sion station only parking issue. For engagement and birthday party it’s very perfect place .
