I could not recommend the Grand Plaza more! I had my wedding there on July 19, 2024 and it was everything I wanted it to be. They were so accommodating and flexible with all of the ideas and plans they had. Amanda and Chris were prompt with responses and could not be nicer to work with. Everyone loved the food and my guests were given so many choices at cocktail hour. There was never a line at the bar and they were so helpful throughout the night. I will forever be grateful to the Grand Plaza for giving me such a beautiful wedding and I recommend it highly.
I cannot give enough stars for the Grand Plaza! Chris and his staff were highly accommodating and made my bridal shower run smoothly and just how I envisioned. The food was excellent and the room was absolutely beautiful. A staff member even helped my mom who has trouble with her knee walk to the front when it was time to leave. Chris himself went out in the pouring rain to get water for the guys who did my decorations. I truly am so grateful for everything they did for us. Do not hesitate to book your parties here!

These party gos or wedding having party there. Taken all space public home parking space. Literally come home during night no place to park. I have walk 15min to 20min get home. Why don’t you park on W Fingerboard street car?
My wife and I just had our wedding there last night and it was truly amazing. The staff at Island Chateau was incredibly attentive and it was just a wonderful night overall. A special thank you to Tammy, Terri, and the rest of their staff.

We had our daughter’s golden sweet 16 at the Vanderbilt on 2/16/24. It was so special full of amazing memories. I was so stressed out with all the planning, but Brittany was such a big help with getting me through all of that to the end! John, the maitr’d was fantastic on the night of the party, very attentive. Everything we asked for, we got. The room was beautiful and we got so many compliments. Thank you for making my daughter’s dream sweet 16 come true! Also, compliments to the vendors we used: elegant touch decor, silk and fleur, Ariana Soto and co designs, sound explosions DJ, and morettis bakery.

Carmella truly worked so hard to make my experience of wedding planning smooth as possible she's amazing, professional and organized! The VSB staff were very attentive and very professional as well! Words truly can not describe how amazing my experience was! Book your next event here and ask for Carmella she's amazing!
Beautiful venue with wonderful owners.. party turned out gorgeous and the owners were there from start to finish to make sure everything went smoothly. We added valet , bartender and clean up and it was fabulous , I was able to actually enjoy the party and didn’t have to clean up a thing. The price is unbeatable for such a beautiful place and the owners treat you like family . There was enough space for us to dance , have a bounce house , a gorgeous table seating arrangement and have a children’s entertainment company and they did activities with the kids. The marble wall makes for such beautiful photos. Highly recommend!
Love this place booked twice within a 1 year time frame. Venue’s is the best of all worlds. Small enough for an intimate vibe but large enough to give that “lounge” feel. Owner is very nice and personable- easy to get along with. They make you feel like family. Venue spot is clean and updated. On site staff is friendly and professional. This is my go-to spots for events. You get a bang for your buck.
I have thrown events here for personal reasons and have also decorated for clients here, it is absolutely the most beautiful space! The owner is so accommodating! Anything you need they will try to make happen for you! They also offer a range of different event services and packages, they make your event as worry free as possible. Book TODAY!
I can honestly say that Venus On The Terrace, was an amazing experience to have my daughter quinceñera there. Eric and his wife did something that no other venue owner would of done for me and my daughter. We are very grateful and blessed that I came across them while having to plan my daughter quinceñera in a short time of 3 weeks planning her special day. The place is beautiful reasonable price the staff that he put that night to help me were amazing. The bartender made some delicious drinks. It’s a very elegant venue that you were think by the pictures on Instagram, it’s expensive but not at all. My daughter was amazed by the place, my guest kept asking me about the place I so recommend this venue for any special occasion. If I ever have another special occasion I will rebook them. Thank you so much for all the service you gave me my daughter and my guest a night not to be forgotten. Eric his wife, and all his team are so amazing god bless them. We were more than happy and greatful. Your won’t regret it !! I promise !!!
I recently had my daughter's Sweet 16 there and I have to say, it was just perfexr 🥰. Venue's is an absolutely beautiful place without decorations, so whatever you add to it, only makes the place sparkle even more. You will not disappointed at all. I'll always use Venue's for all of my special events.
I’ve had the pleasure of hosting two holiday parties at Pavilion on the Terrace. Both times the owner Kecia and her staff exceeded my expectations. All I did both times was tell her what I wanted and she did her magic. I walked into the hall the evening of my event and she took my vision to another level. Whatever occasion you’re having she has the decor to match. She takes pride in her business and is there herself to oversee every step. My last event, I stopped by to drop off some thing I needed for the night, she was outside with some of her staff and she was sweeping the grounds. She has the staff to do it, but she takes pride in her business.
Now the food. Quantity 10, quality 10, options you’re given 10, and flavor 10. The venue also has a lot of space as well as many different rooms that you can customize your event.
There’s lots of parking, the view of the water and if you’re like me, you’re love the grounds where you can take loads of beautiful pictures.

We chose The Vanderbilt for our daughter's 16th birthday after having come to see the space and meeting with Brittany, an event planner there. We had come to a wedding there over 10 years ago and remembered that we liked it there. We appreciated how they offered different size rooms which could accommodate our smaller size party and vision, as it was not your typical "sweet 16". We decided to have a brunch. She helped us to stay on track with the details for food selection as well as answering any questions I had immediately. The food was delicious and plentiful. The service was very good. I definitely recommend the Vanderbilt for all types of different events. You won't be disappointed!
Came here to celebrate the passing of a rather forgettable 2023. Great atmosphere food is excellent, speakers are a bit too loud for a room that size, imho.
Pavilion on the Terrace is a hidden gem in Staten Island. Discovered this place last year. From their amazing decor, to the food and drinks would highly recommend. The owner is amazing, attentive to every desire, very professional and personable in every way.
We hosted a holiday party for our nonprofit at the Pavilion on the Terrace. Kecia and her team were stellar. The holiday decor, service, and food all far surpassed our expectations. The attention to detail, from the centerpieces to the valet, was exceptional and very much appreciated.
Our membership was thrilled with the event, some staying long after its conclusion to tour the space.

Every single detail was perfect. The Pavilion on the Terrace team is thoughtful, creative, professional and truly wonderful to work with. This venue is a gem! Highly recommend for any special event or occasion... 5/5 stars!
I have been to Pavilion on the Terrace multiple times and always know that I am coming to a place where I will have an impeccable experience to say the least. To start, when I walk in, I am greeted with a smile. They offered to take my coat, the minute I arrived and escorted me to the banquet hall. In the banquet hall, I felt relaxed but yet energized because of the upbeat environment. The food there is not your "typical" catering hall experience but rather, something unique - like a restaurant. The food is fresh, diverse and tasteful with several options to choose from. Additionally, the service is extremely fast where you don't have to wait for lengthy periods of time for them to pick up the dishes. The bar is beautiful as well and they will make custom cocktails for you with specialty seasonal experiences.

I had my baby shower here last Saturday and the experience was amazing. The owner came and he took pictures of the event. He is very good at communication and responds to messages very fast. The space was just as beautiful. Overall everyone love the space. I will be using them again when i have another event.
We had our wedding reception here on November 11, 2023 & I can’t even put into words how happy we are!! The island chateau is beautiful inside and out, they only host one event at a time which is amazing! The staff is out of this world & the food is delicious and so were the drinks! The owners Tammy & Teri are outstanding people, working with them was the best. They answer any and all questions whether it’s through call or email, they helped make sure everything went smoothly and everything was absolutely PERFECT!! I wish I could go back and do it all over again!! We made the best decision we could have ever made booking our wedding with the island chateau, they made us feel like family and the reception really knocked our socks off! It is something we will always treasure in our hearts & are so grateful for! We hope to have more events at the island chateau for sure ❤️ Thank you so much Tammy & Teri ❤️
What a beautiful place my husband and I got married at the Vanderbilt 18 years ago when they first opened. Our daughter Rochelle just got married there on 11/11/2023 What a beautiful wedding it was everything was done down to the last detail and made the day go so smooth. A Bug Thank You to Britney for taking care of everything and making sure the day was perfect. And stress free. Thank you to the staff and GM. Down to Rob the valet guy. Thank you to all for such a memorable experience can’t wait to have the next wedding or party there.

Brittany making sure everything was perfect for me, Gianna and the staff were all amazing went above and beyond. There are no words that can explain what a fabulous day I had. We had our daughter’s and son-in-law’s baby shower there and and couldn’t have been happier with the venue! Joe and Cathy were wonderful and truly made us feel comfortable and welcome. I had my son’s 16th birthday party at the Gallery banquet room. First off, the event space is beautiful. Joe and Ivelisse went above and beyond to accommodate me from when I arrived to set up. Joe set up the food area, and Ivelisse set up the bar beautifully and I did not have to lift a finger. They felt like family through out the entire party. The service they provided was beyond my expectations. Having them host really made a big impact to the party. Thank you so much Joe and Ivelisse! I will definitely return for my next party, and I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a party venue.

Everyone who attended my wedding told me it was the best wedding they ever attended. The VSB has the most attentive staff. From the moment we booked until the day came our Event Manager Brittany was an exemplary partner in planning this event. As a professional event planner myself I couldn't be happier with every aspect of their service. While I had a large wedding, the multidimensional space can easily be adapted for a much smaller and more intimate affair. Our beach ceremony was incredibly moving and the food quality is tremendous - this is truly the most beautiful venue to get married at in all of New York City. If you are an anti Staten Island snob, I dare you to spend one evening at the Vanderbilt! I am so grateful to have shared this experience with the incredible staff at the Vanderbilt!

The Vanderbilt @ South Beach made our wedding day perfect. From the inception and introductions to the final song. Our wedding planner Brittany was amazing. Her personality as always upbeat and uplifting. She made Jen and I feel so at ease.l all the time. Always reassuring us and making suggestions that were perfect and meaningful. This is my friend's wedding, but honestly, This place is too hard to find for the first time visit new guests. When I arrived, we try to find the entrance in the right direction, we kept circling in here more than ten minutes.
We had visited and spoken with several other venues prior to Snug Harbor, but from the moment we toured the grounds and met with the Celebrate team, we knew we had found our venue.
Our very first phone call and subsequent tour with Josephine were easygoing yet professional, and she took the time to get to know us and answer all of our many questions. We never felt pressured or rushed, and it was a breath of fresh air when compared to some of the more sterile or generic conversations we experienced. This would be true for all of our correspondence with the Celebrate team, and we always felt like we were in good hands. On the day of our wedding, they were there to hype us up, calm our nerves, and remind us to eat, reassuring us that there was nothing to worry about.
Our guests also raved about the food. Food was an extremely important factor for us when choosing our venue, and Relish Catering exceeded our expectations. The quality of food was incredible, and there was such a great variety of options to choose from when deciding our menu.
Finally, regarding the space itself — it is simply beautiful. The grounds at Snug Harbor are unique and truly special. As a Chinese American couple, we were especially drawn to the Chinese Scholar Garden, and Snug Harbor was the perfect venue for us to honor both our cultures. We had an outdoor wedding, starting with our ceremony in the breathtaking Tuscan Garden, followed by cocktail hour at the Chinese Scholar Garden. Our reception took place in the Tented Pavilion, and there was ample space for our 145 guests to dance, socialize, or play lawn games. Although we were very fortunate to have great weather on the day of our wedding (June 10, 2023), it was also important for us to have a fallback option available for inclement weather, and we were relieved that we would be allowed to utilize their indoor spaces - also very beautiful - if needed.
Overall, we would definitely recommend Celebrate at Snug Harbor. We had an extraordinary wedding day, and it would not have been possible without the Celebrate team. Special shoutout to Jessica and Josephine, who were with us every step of the way!

I would highly recommend The Gallery Banquet Room to everyone. We threw a 50th/25th combined birthday party with 90 people and it was perfect. Joe and his team were amazing and were available every step of the way. The food from Defonte's was delicious. Very affordable!
I hosted my baby shower at this venue it was absolutely perfect. the staff and Joe were super helpful friendly and attentive everything was great! Will book again for future events. Great amount of space and very flexible hours for set up
My bridal shower was on 9/24/2022 .. the food, music, bartender & service were absolutely amazing. If i could re - live this day over and over I would. Chris helped my mom so much along with his partners and they were all a amazing from start - finish. Highly recommend the grand plaza.
I had my engagement party at the Grand Plaza. I booked my party with Chris and he went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect! Chris was the maitre d' at my party and he was cleaning up, asking guests if they needed anything, helping things move along smoothly, very active role with his team. My fiancé and I couldn’t have been happier, all of the food was delicious, the guests raved about it. Chris allowed me to come the night before to set up so I didn’t have to worry about it the day of. I appreciated how accommodating he was with everything. 10/10 recommended this place and working with Chris! I truly felt like family!
My Court had a Ball this weekend. We were greeted with a variety of summer cocktails. The first part of the event was held in the garden, with served hors d'oeuvres. Just an awesome atmosphere. The buffet was great, the venue is awesome. Staff was professional and accommodating ❤️👍
We had my sons first birthday party here we were very satisfied with the space and the staff. It was perfect for 100 people. Food was delicious we had it catered from Defonte’s.
My mother and I had the experience to attend a sweet sixteen and the grounds are beautiful, the staff was welcoming and the decorations were superb. My only improvement was the food specifically the collard greens served were so salty. But the other selections of food made up for it. I feel strongly to recommend this event Hall if you want quality. I personally look forward to booking my sip and see for my beautiful new baby. I honestly can't say enough wonderful things about this place since attending. Thank you for a memorable experience.
I attended a bridal shower here and it was the most perfect from beginning to end, as a guest! The food was delicious, the staff was exceptionally friendly and the venue was stunning. If I had particular events coming up I would look into hosting with Celebrate at Snug Harbor, but for now I will definitely recommend this place to my local friends!

Myself and friends attended the Valentine Day event at Pavilion on the Terrace. We got there early, it was beautifully decorated with large heart shape flowers everywhere. Lounge area for relaxing. There was 3D video of you dancing or singing sent to your phone as a gift . To top it off the food was delicious and drinks was strong. There was a live band and the D.J that kept me dancing all night long. Love was definitely in the air. There was so much to do. The customer service was impeccable . I Highly recommend this Venue for upcoming events/rental you will not be disappointed.
The Gallery Banquet Room was ideal and perfect for my Son’s Birthday Party. The space and modern look will get you every time. All my Guest enjoyed it and were asking about it, you will not find a better place for even a better price. Phi and his staff were exceptional, kind and very helpful and the Food was Great. This will be my recommendation and my pick every-time, I look forward to booking in the near future for my next event!
Loved working with Chris. He was very flexible and helpful with all my needs. Made my babies first birthday so special. The day of he was around at all times to see if anything was needed and make sure I was happy. Allowed me to decorate the place the night before. The waiters were great and always around. The place itself is as wonderful and fit well all of our guests. The menu was what we had asked for and the food was up to par. We enjoyed our party and would Recommend Grand plaza to anyone. I would love to have all my future parties here again.

I had my wedding here on 9/11/21 and it was magical. Erin was my event coordinator and she is a gift from wedding heaven. From the very beginning celebrate at Snug Harbor made sure to be attentive to myself and my husbands needs, wants and desires. The team was professional and punctual. Erin is the sweetest most hardworking woman and made sure that I felt calm and satisfied throughout the entire process from day 1 until my wedding day. She is extremely calming, reassuring and on point! The food was incredible and my guests were raving about the décor, ambiance, and staff service. 5 stars for Erin and the Celebrate at Snug Harbor Team. My wedding day went off without a hitch and it was incredible.
It was a wonderful experience working with Tammy and the Chateau as a whole during our wedding celebration. They were flexible in working with us despite the ups and downs of COVID. The food was very tasty and the service was great. The place was beautifully decorated—they worked with our colors and allowed us to preview our video before the day. I will recommend this place on any given day for your ceremony.
I don't know where to begin in describing the excellence of Celebrate at Snug Harbor. There are not enough good things to say about it. We truly felt that it was a once in a lifetime experience, and the most special day of our lives. And that did not happen by chance. It was due to the incredible hard work and superior service provided by everyone with Celebrate at Snug Harbor. Most of all, we would like to shout out Erin. You truly don't need a wedding planner when you have Erin at your service. She made every request possible, and was the most helpful resource and guided us throughout every detail of the process. Not to mention she is an absolute pleasure to work with. We were still able to have a joyful experience planning a wedding in the midst of a pandemic due to the professionalism and elite service from Celebrate at Snug Harbor. We knew that no matter what happened, they would make sure we had the best day.
On to the day itself, the food was incredible! The cocktail hour garden and reception room were stunning. I had my baby shower here early this month. Chris was lovely and displayed everything to our liking. The servers were very attentive and helpful through out the night. I had the best experience in this establishment. My guests complimented how beautiful the room looked and couldn't be happier with the service. Will definitely plan another event here. Having our wedding with Celebrate at Snug Harbor was THE BEST decision we could have made for our big day. The sheer professionalism, attention to detail, and kindness of the staff, plus the natural beauty and splendor of the venue went WAY BEYOND our expectations. Our guests had an INCREDIBLE experience!
First, the space is GORGEOUS. Our ceremony and cocktail hour were in the lush and vibrant Tuscan Garden, allowing our guests to celebrate among fountains, greenery and flowers. We then moved into the Great Hall for our reception, whose towering ornate 30ft ceilings were spectacular and provided great acoustics. The ambiance was warm and inviting, yet with nearly 175 people attending there was MORE than enough space for everyone and a huge dance floor.
Second, the food is INCREDIBLE. Their experienced staff had everything from sushi and lobster rolls to fried chicken + red velvet waffle sandwiches. We can’t emphasize enough the diversity of options and exceptional execution of everything they do. What’s more, their kitchen is extremely accommodating with all dietary restrictions and has a delicious plant-based menu. Did we mention the fabulous open bar?
Third—and the MOST important—what made Snug Harbor the best decision of our entire wedding planning process was their STAFF. Everyone is professional, funny, relaxed and ready to support you and make your day be the greatest day of your lives. John Ianniello (our event specialist) and his team now feel like lifelong friends to us. Like many Covid couples, we’d planned to have our wedding at Snug Harbor in November 2020 but had to move it to June 2021. In the process, John and team were nothing short of incredible, going so far out of their way for the smallest details to make our day perfect (and extremely safe!). When an issue inevitably happened with an outside vendor, we didn’t have to lift a finger; John and Erin covered everything for us. What’s more, we can confidently say that our wedding was extremely Covid compliant and safe thanks to the Celebrate team.

My husband and I got married at Snug Harbor in May 2021 and we had such an amazing experience. John was our coordinator and Shelby was my bridal attendant. John worked with us from the day we booked to the day of our wedding and even after. To be honest, a main reason we chose Snug Harbor was because of John and how personable he was. We trusted him and he came through. He made planning the wedding as smooth as I could have imagined and he helped make the day of our wedding as special as could be. The food was delicious and the service was attentive throughout he whole evening. Shelby was with me every moment making sure me and my bridesmaids had everything we needed. Many of our guests made sure to express to us in the following weeks that our wedding was the best wedding they had ever attended. Every detail was on point. We couldn’t have chose a better place to commit our lives to one another before Almighty God.

I can't imagine having a more perfect wedding day, and it's all thanks to the kindness, support and hard work of Theresa, Ian, Marissa and the rest of their team. They were so attentive and answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond on our big day in ways that blew me away. When it became evident that our outdoor wedding wasn't in the cards due to rain, they worked with my husband to put together a contingency plan that ended up being so much more special than what we had originally planned. I ended up being so grateful for the rain because I wouldn't have wanted to change a single thing about our day. I really can't thank them enough for everything they did for us, and all the small touches they provided (like the way they prepped my bridal suite, the custom dessert chef made for my husband and I, and providing table number holders when I realized I had left ours at home -- at least it wasn't the rings!)

We had another family party at the hall recently. As usual, the place is gorgeous and the Food is off the hook. Defontes of Staten Island Caters it so I already knew it would be great. My guests were talking about it for weeks. thanks again Anthony & Phil
