Walked across the Brooklyn Bridge to explore DUMBO and we were excited to visit the Time Out Market for lunch options. Definitely a variety of things ranging from barbecue to Italian to Thai food. Not as many options as I expected for the NYC location but still very fun with interesting art around the building. Lots of places to sit and enjoy the lively environment. The view of the Manhattan Bridge from the food court was amazing!
Great selection of food ! Why queue 1h in Manhattan when you can get it in 15-20 min ? Pancakes, fried chicken and Texas bbq are super good. Go upstairs for rooftop and great view
It's impossible to sum up into a concise review how spectacular The Liberty Warehouse is. From the breathtaking views, the absolutely top tier staff, and incredible food selection - the LW was by far our favorite wedding vendor (& that says a lot because our day was perfect!)

Jeff, we are forever grateful for your guidance and vision aiding us in perfecting our wedding day. Your vendor recommendations, food suggestions, timeline, etc. - I'd trust you with any choice! Hugging you right before walking down the aisle with my father was the cherry on top of being a Liberty Warehouse bride. Andrea - thank you for also always being so comforting, welcome and kind. You answered EVERY silly little email or question we had - big or small. Your energy is contagious and seeing your smiling face the morning of my wedding was all I needed to know our day was going to be perfect. My bridal attendant Alexandra ... where do I begin?! She was absolutely phenomenal. She anticipated my needs, made sure I ate and drank (both water and champagne), removed random stains that appeared throughout the day, bustled my dress in what felt like 30 seconds, and made sure everything was perfect.

We knew the food and drinks were going to be fantastic from the raving reviews we heard through family and friends - but the LW blew us away. People STILL talk about how good the food was and I'm sure they will for years to come. From the tasting 2-3 months before, you are hidden on-site and try everything that couple is having that wedding night. Most of the options we ended up choosing for our own wedding, too! (pro tip- get the beef lo mein station!!!) Having our cocktail hour food set up for us with our signature drinks the moment our ceremony ended was such a blessing. We ate and giggled and we were simply in awe at how perfect it all was just before freshening up and entering our reception.

The staff at the LW executed an absolutely perfect evening and timeline. They coordinated dances and dinner with our band, ensured the bridal party was where they needed to be and when, and took care of our parents, grandparents, etc. all day long. From the valet and bathroom attendants, to the coordinators and management, and whoever helped gather my belongings at the end of the night - thank you, THANK YOU, thank you. From the bottom of our hearts, our wedding day was absolutely, undeniably perfect. I'd recommend the Liberty Warehouse for any upscale event and can chat about it for hours on end.

My experience at River Cafe was phenomenal. It’s a beautiful restaurant that has a beautiful view and has top notch staff and food. We came to celebrate an engagement and it was a great experience. It felt like the staff cared about the details as we got many congrats from the wait staff. The food was also phenomenal. I got the tartare, beef and a lemon dessert. All three were great. And there was a nice break in between each. The tartare had a nice presentation and the wit staff mixed everything together in a nice display. Also there was a lot of free dishes that came out that were really nice to sample.

Overall the experience was amazing. $525 is a lot for two people but you’re getting the view, amazing staff, and well crafted dishes. I definitely recommend this restaurant! I also plan to return.
Such a cool vibe here. It made sitting down for a meal a little more relaxing and fun. The breakfast we got was good. Coffee was excellent and the French toast was good. The B.E.L.T. I had was really good.
We photographed a May wedding here this year and fell in love with the Liberty Warehouse. Everything was perfect, from the endless skyline views to the trendy industrial feel. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, too! Plus, Red Hook is such a fun neighborhood with plenty of quintessential Brooklyn nooks and crannies, you just can't go wrong. Thanks for having us! We can wait to come back next year.

I was here with whiskeys of the world. The staff was kind. The venue was beautiful. Even with a lot of vendors loading in and out, the loading dock was not too hard to use.
We celebrated Thanksgiving at The River Cafe and had one of the most exquisite dining experiences that was almost impossible to articulate in words! The service was exceptional and everything from the warm bread , appetizers, and main courses were delicious. We may never roast another turkey! I didn’t take photos of the meal since the restaurant prefers if guests limit their picture taking. I did photograph one of the desserts that was a chocolate version of the Brooklyn Bridge, that was as delicious as it was beautiful.
The ramen was good, the atmosphere is marketplace like. It was still pretty pricey for what it was and I would recommend checking out some of the restaurants in the area that would cost around the same. If you’re settled here, the broth was good and the portion was good. It was difficult to find a table.

The setting is incredible, out of a NY rom-com. Must be incredible at sunset. We went there for the place, expecting to pay for service and scenery mostly. But we were actually pleasantly surprised by the food, and a bit disappointed by the service.
Food: The appetizers ticked the umami checkbox with smoked fish, dashi/mushroom broth and parmesan cream. They were delicious. I enjoyed every dish after that, including the complementary courses. Only lowlight was the dessert, which was a bit basic to me (literally a Brooklyn Bridge chocolate cake though). The cheese platter (all american) was to die for.
Reasons for disappointment: 25min wait time despite reservation / cocktails that were not good at all (my violet-gin cocktail was "flat" with no flavor nor acidity to balance the sweetness, while the egg whites left me nauseous all evening).
Service: One waiter with a foreign accent was just amazing, smiling and cheerful, but the rest of the staff was a bit cold. No apologies for the wait time, or for the very dusty glasses that we had to change twice. And no special attention for our birthday (candle/anything) despite the fact that we had specified it at reservation.

Overall a very good dinner but there are major service watch-outs for a Michelin-starred restaurant.
Amazing market. Tons of food but we didn't eat there. Five floors includes rooftop with amazing views of Manhattan, Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges, Dumbo, etc. West Elm there too. Walking to other great spots as well. Tell 'em Barsnobs sent ya!

From the moment I placed my catering order with Da Nonna Rosa for my baby shower, I was met with impeccable service that made my special day all the more memorable. Handling my requests with the utmost flexibility, they accommodated several adjustments to my order without hesitation. On the day of the event, punctuality was at its finest; the food was delivered right on schedule, steaming hot and ready to be savored.

The portion sizes were generous, striking the perfect balance for our guests, who were delighted by the hearty servings. Each dish was a hit, but the meat lasagna and veggie lasagna, in particular, stood out with their rich flavors and comforting, home-cooked feel. The chicken parmesan was another crowd-pleaser, with its perfectly breaded exterior and succulent chicken. The freshness of the salad provided a crisp, light counterpoint to the hearty mains, and the garlic bread was the epitome of garlicky, buttery perfection, serving as the ideal complement to our Italian feast.

I would heartily recommend Da Nonna Rosa to anyone in search of top-notch Italian catering. Their dedication to quality and service has firmly established them as my go-to choice for any future events. Whether you're organizing a small gathering or a large celebration, Da Nonna Rosa's catering is sure to leave your guests with a delightful taste of Italy.
We got married a couple months ago at Deity. We truly had an amazing experience. Everything went very smoothly from the beginning, the pricing was very transparent and it was clear that Anna and the staff ran a tight ship--its obvious that they know what they're doing and that your day will be organized and run on schedule. We went for a tasting which was super fun (and so much food!); the chef changed between tasting and the wedding but the food on the day of was even better! All of our outside vendors were from Deity's recommended list, it's a great place to start if you don't really know anyone ahead of time.

On the big day, I had I think 12 people with 4 makeup/hair artists getting ready with me, and we all enjoyed the suite and rooftop. My partner and the best man joined us later. It was great and very relaxing to know that we didn't have to travel anywhere, just head on downstairs when it was time. Our photographer even told me I was the most relaxed bride she'd ever seen! Prior to the ceremony, the Deity staff made announcements in English AND in Spanish (my partner's family/friends are Spanish speakers) which was really great and felt very inclusive. Everything during the ceremony was seamless, the quick rehearsal made us look like we'd done this before. (We hadn't!)

Cocktail hour was super fun, we opted not to go upstairs for a private moment and some hors d'oeuvres by ourselves because we were having such a good time with our guests but having that option was great. I was moving around too much to actually try all of the passed apps but hey that's life!! All the food at dinner was great, I was a little hesitant about family style but it looked like plenty of food on the tables and when we walked out, there was still a bit leftover so everyone seemed to have eaten their fill! Vegetarians and kids were well taken care of. Also the space is really beautiful for dinner, it felt intimate, we had about 110 people. Deity easily accommodated my last minute (mid-cocktail hour!) table change which was really really great.

For the dessert/dancing part of the night, we had an absolute ball! Our DJ (CEO) had almost everyone, particularly my dad, dancing the entire time. We have great photos of our guests dancing and drinking. Anna and the staff arranged our desserts (mini Italian pastries and a small cake from Monteleone!) so beautifully. Its also great that the Lounge is open during dancing for people who want a bit of quiet, I took a little break up there at one point.

I had been a little worried about the stairs, we had a couple folks with bad knees but no one over 70, and it was fine. The additional bar tab after the credit was a bit more than we'd expected although we still paid less than the charge for an open bar. The service charge being included was really nice, on all the wedding advice sites people are always agonizing about who and how much to tip and I didn't have to worry about that at all. I would definitely get married at Deity again!!!

I recently dined at a this lovely Uzbek restaurant in Brooklyn, and I was truly impressed by the authentic flavors of the dishes. The food was delicious, and it felt like a culinary journey to Uzbekistan. The ambiance was warm and inviting, adding to the overall experience.

However, there was one drawback that affected my dining experience – the music program was too loud. While I understand the desire to create a lively atmosphere, it made it challenging to have conversations at a comfortable volume. I believe that a more moderate music level would enhance the dining experience without compromising the restaurant's vibrant ambiance.

Despite the noise issue, the restaurant's authentic cuisine is definitely worth trying, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a taste of Uzbekistan in Brooklyn.

It was clean but we were rushed out for my niece's 2 year old party way before our time to leave because another group showed up and came in our party letting us know we had to leave because it's their party turn, very very unprofessional, we will never come here again👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
I hosted my son's Royal 16th Birthday Party 🎂 at Suite415. Again, thank you thank you for business 🙏 Although I didn't get a chance to meet the owner (Michael), the your calls & text messages, you made sure everything was perfect. I hope in the future, I'll make sure to keep your number for any events I have. ✨️

We celebrated our engagement here on a quiet winter night. Our entire experience was excellent. All the dishes were inventive, unique and delicious. The service was excellent. And the vibe of the place is charming and classy, with an awesome view across the River.

I highly recommend the River Cafe for any special occasion.
This spot offers an unbeatable view of the Manhattan skyline from Brooklyn. The location couldn’t be better. The food and drink options are top-notch.

The only hiccup is the petite terrace. Some folks were enjoying their fare outside the designated area, despite glassware rules. As for pricing, non-American visitors might find it a tad steep. Oh and they have very looong line for the washrooms.

Overall, a memorable experience!

We had a very romantic time with exceptional food and wine. Already knew that this is one of the restaurants that has everything, the vibe, food, service and so on. All the course was phenomenal, very delicious and served with perfection. (We were delighted with the chefs surprise too!) Would love to revisit it on our special day.

Not sure you could make worse tasting food on the professional level. Tasted the different dishes we got several times and could not decide which one we received was worse! Paying $30 per meal and not getting anything resembling an acceptable well cooked dish at a place that claims to be authentic southern Italian is straight up disconcerting. Please don’t make the same mistake we did and go literally anywhere else for either a far better product or a far better value. Da Nonna Rosa is just flat out worthless.
I photographed this couples wedding a couple years ago here during the fall season. I highly recommend it! The food is amazing but more than that they treated me as a vendor exceptionally well. I had an amazing vendor meal which and I felt like I was one of the guests. The views are breathtaking and a wedding photographers dream. I loved the garden area where the couple had their ceremony. It felt very private all while being in the heart of Dumbo!

The venue is stunning, but the sales manager was incredibly disrespectful. I ruled out this venue because Jeff was dismissive and rude. The location is also inconvenient and the neighborhood surrounding the venue is not inviting but interesting. They do only in-house catering and the menus are very traditional and dull. Any wedding looking to have a customized experience should look elsewhere.

A very special restaurant. Divine food and wines, in the most stunning location ever. Prepare to have your taste byds tantalised with every bite. That's what this restaurant is all about. The flavour combinations are insanely delicious, yet the menu is quite traditional in style. The view over the Hudson to Manhatten is astounding. I recommend getting there in daylight so you can watch the sunset over The Statue Liberty in the distance. Absolutely blown away with this place!

I hosted a birthday party here and admittedly, this was a last resort type of venue. This is a nice venue for a small gathering, kid’s party or sit down dinner. My initial interactions with the owner was pleasant ( of course they’re nice when money is involved). However, I quickly ran into some issues.
First, this place isn’t an ideal venue if you require a kitchen-it’s too small and there’s no space for a kitchen!
Secondly, my guest were sitting in the venue with no AC. When I called the owner and inquired on why the AC wasn’t on prior to the guest arriving his response was a bit rude. He implied that I needed to ask for the AC to be turned on. Really? It was about 84 degrees outside and it’s summer AND you’re fully aware of an event being held at your venue. I thought this was a no brainer! So he sent someone to turn on the AC. We did sort of underestimate the number of people attending the event but things happen.
At some point, one of the ACs stopped working and I didn’t want to make a big fuss about it so we decided to not contact the owner.
Lastly, I was told that the bathrooms would be cleaned; though I wanted to say the bathrooms were cleaned, however, they need to be renovated! One of the doors for the bathroom did NOT lock and it was a bit of an annoyance.
I thank God that I was able to hire a serving company as they were really a big part of the event. My vendors were nothing short of amazing!
Deity was the highlight of our wedding! We booked it immediately after touring and meeting Caio, and it was one of the best decisions we made. Caio was so kind and knowledgeable, and it was clear that he really cares about what he does and wants to make your wedding day as great as possible.

To start, the team at Deity makes the whole wedding planning process enjoyable. This venue provides so much, which makes the process of choosing vendors way less stressful. It’s so affordable for all you get. Catering, some decor, and a DJ are all included in the price. The best inclusion was our wedding coordinator, Anna. She made the process so easy and was one of the best people to have around on our wedding day. She was our main point of contact leading up to the wedding, and she answered all of our questions and gave amazing suggestions. Anna is the main reason the planning process was enjoyable. There was a moment right before our ceremony where the bridal suite was a pretty hectic with people, and Anna suggested we move everyone downstairs to take 10 minutes to ourselves before we really start the night. It was such a great suggestion, and we really needed those 10 minutes. We also got 15 minutes to ourselves during cocktail hour to sit and eat all the apps we picked. These little moments ended up being so special and helped us slow down to take in the night.

Moreover, the space is so unique and beautiful. The different floors gave each part of the night its own special feeling. Getting ready and having the bridal suite in the morning was phenomenal. It is such a gorgeous area for getting ready pictures, and had ample space for my fairly large bridal party. There was one point of the day where me and my bridesmaids laid in the bed with iced coffee…. A much needed moment you couldn’t get anywhere else lol! And the roof was PERFECT for a first look. I can’t wait to see our pictures in all the unique spaces. I was a little nervous leading up to the wedding about having to move our 100+ guests between floors, but it went with ease!! The staff made sure to get the names of guests who may need extra time moving through the spaces and gave them just that. Our guests actually ended up really enjoying this element of the venue and kept saying it was unlike any wedding they’ve been to. We also LOVED that moving to the cellar to party gave people who wouldn’t normally leave their table the chance to actually be up and participate.

Most importantly, the food!! And the drinks!!! We still talk about our tasting LOL. Seriously, we were able to try 33 things at our tasting, and everything was so fantastic. It made it hard to choose for the actual wedding day. I’ve heard that lots of couples don’t even get the chance to eat on their wedding day… not us! We were able to enjoy every single thing we ordered. We also made signature drinks and one of them was the bartender’s own creation, which was amazing. Our guests loved the food and the fact that it was served family style so everyone could have some of everything.

We are so SO happy with how our wedding turned out, and a lot of that we owe to the team at Deity. We cannot recommend them enough. We cannot thank them enough!
The Liberty Warehouse is not only breathtaking with it's views and ability to make the space unique with every event there, but the team there is second to none. Jeff was absolutely amazing from day one. When we went on our initial visit and met with him, we knew right then and there we didn't have to look any further - and we didn't! We were sold on the stunning venue and were immediately envisioning how we would make the space our own on our special day. We could also tell we could put our full trust in someone like Jeff. He was extremely kind, responsive, knowledgable and honest throughout the entire process and it really felt like he was looking out for our best interest. We loved working with him and it was no surprise that his staff is just as incredible! Everyone involved in our wedding day and the visits leading up was an absolute joy to work with. We could not have been in better hands and truly felt like we were part of the family by the end!
As for the day of - there are almost no words to describe how perfect it was. Unfortunately, the weather did not hold out for us to have the ceremony outdoors, but the venue has two floors and the staff was able to audible the morning of to bring the ceremony indoors on the lower level. It was still so beautifully done, you would have thought that was the plan for the ceremony from the get go. We were able to have cocktail hour both indoors and outdoors on the promenade, which allowed our guests to enjoy the stunning views of the Statue of Liberty and lower Manhattan. The cocktail hour - food, drinks, everything - was unreal! Our guests raved about it. The reception was upstairs and it was absolutely breathtaking and everything ran so smoothly. We truly had no stress. The staff was incredibly attentive to our guests, the food was such high quality, and everyone had an absolutely phenomenal time. The dance floor was packed the entire night! We received compliments from so many guests that it was the best wedding they had ever been to (and we had some seasoned wedding guests in attendance!). I don't think there is a better feeling than hearing that after putting so much time and effort into such a huge life event. We have the Liberty Warehouse and it's top notch staff to thank for that. We are so grateful to them from the bottom of our hearts!! We could not recommend this venue more. 10/10 would recommend to everyone and anyone! Hands down the best venue in NYC!!
This is absolutely one of the most incredible venues for a wedding. I've been to 2 different weddings here. Top of the line! I'm sure it is very pricey but you certainly get what you pay for....just magnificent!

August 6th, 2023, will forever be etched in our memories, not just as the day we said "I do," but also as the day we experienced the magic of Deity.

From the moment we stepped into Deity, we were captivated by its beauty. The venue effortlessly marries elegance with charm, creating an ambiance that's both intimate and grand. Every corner, every detail, whispered tales of love and celebration, making it the perfect backdrop for our special day.

But what truly set our experience apart was the staff. Their dedication to ensuring our day was nothing short of perfect was evident in every gesture, every smile. And at the heart of this incredible team was Anna. As our coordinator, Anna was nothing short of a fairy godmother. With a meticulous eye for detail and a passion that's palpable, she orchestrated an evening that was seamless and unforgettable. Every moment flowed into the next, allowing us to be present and soak in the love and joy that surrounded us.

Now, let's talk about the life of the party - DJ Jamal. If you're looking for someone to elevate your event, look no further. His impeccable taste in music, coupled with his ability to read the room, ensured that our guests were on their feet all night long. From timeless Latin classics to Hip Hop hits, and of course hitting every point on our music wish list. Jamal's set had something for everyone. We can't recommend him highly enough!

And of course, what's a celebration without delectable food and drinks? Deity truly outdid themselves. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, tantalizing our taste buds and leaving us craving for more. The drinks, crafted to perfection, were the cherry on top of an already sumptuous feast.

If you're on the hunt for a wedding venue that offers not just a beautiful space but also an experience, Deity is the place to be. With a team that's as passionate as they are skilled, and offerings that are high-level tasty, your special day is bound to be everything you've dreamed of and more.

Thank you, Deity, for making our wedding day truly magical. We couldn't have asked for a better place to start our forever.

Had a good experience at this place in Dumbo. We came on a weekday and had a lot of good food options. We first went to Clinton St Baking to order an Iced Chai Latte and Mixed berry scone then I had pork belly buns and my friend ordered a vegan Indian dish. Food was delicious and they are a bit expensive but worth it. Went to the rooftop and had a great view and there are other food options to try as well. It was my first time here and will be back to try other places to eat there!!

I had my wedding at The River Café and it exceeded by expectations. The food was phenomenal and the service was even better. My guests felt well taken care of and they said it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. Alyson was always easy to reach during the planning process and was helpful in answering all of our questions. It was really one of the best nights of my life.

waiter polite service fast BUT
the food is not tasty; the kebab was served without chopsticks, not fresh, it looks like it was collected from other plates and heated. was not fresh. also ordered the liver three sticks and brought 6 dry pieces
very disappointed
We got married at Deity in May 2022, but wanted to share our experience there. The staff at Deity made our day one to remember. Deity is a lovely venue with a surprise on each floor. The vibe is so cozy, warm, romantic, and welcoming. We were not looking for a typical catering hall wedding venue, and no other place we visited came close to Deity.

Anna, the wedding coordinator, was simply incredible. She is fantastic at helping brides, grooms, and everyone in-between create their visions. She answered every email I sent and every request I suggested.

The food tasting we had at Deity was nothing short of terrific, and the food the day-of was no different. We chose the family-style dining and it was a huge hit with our guests - everyone was able to try a little bit of this and that. Dessert was not included, which was fine for us.

Deity offers a DJ at no additional cost, a vendor they have worked with many times in the past. As we got closer to the wedding, we felt a little bit nervous about this. However, we were wildly impressed with Ben - he definitely picked up on the music we were looking for. I would pay for his DJ services independently, outside of Deity... that's how much we liked him!

The bridal suite is absolutely beautiful. Though it is not included in the pricing of the venue, we felt it was worth paying for (especially for pictures, hair, and makeup). I do wish Deity would permit the couple and bridal party to use the suite for the duration of the night, since it's a cost the couple opts to pay additionally for.

We had 117 guests attend, but felt 100 would better suit the venue for space reasons.

It's worth mentioning that while we were venue shopping, we felt like there were costs for every little thing. Deity does not surprise you with costs; there were NO hidden secrets, unexpected surprises, or add-ons for every aspect of a wedding where it becomes overwhelming. The costs that we received in December 2021 were the costs that we paid in May 2022.

I wish we could do this day over again and again for an eternity. Thank you to the Deity staff that made it all possible!

Updating from 4 to 5 after coming here multiple times and receiving great service and food!

Solid italian spot. Their personal pizzas are good value. Chicken alfredo lasagna was good, but not great (the chicken lacked flavor)
We had the most fantastic time getting married at Deity! We were immediately impressed after taking the tour. So much is included in the reasonable price, the interior is beautiful, and the get-ready suite and rooftop is a major plus. We were not disappointed.

We knew we were going to have a small wedding with a bit of a complicated intercultural ceremony. Anna worked patiently with us for months to pin down every moment of the day. It was also very easy to plan using their recommended vendors (Stonefruit Botanical and Le Image), since they were already familiar with the space.

We made so many precious memories on the day-of — despite the torrential rain! The ceremony went perfectly, the food and drinks and dancing were great, and our guests had a fabulous time. The two of us had a lot of fun, too!

We were a bit sad that the rain stopped us from taking pictures on the rooftop. But later in the night, Anna noticed that the rain had let up, and took us up for some portraits. That was so thoughtful! She also made sure we had a private moment after the ceremony to eat and catch our breaths, which felt magical after such a whirlwind of an evening.

Overall it was an amazing experience. We are deeply grateful to Anna and the whole team for giving us such a beautiful day. We highly recommend Deity!

One of my favorite neighborhood pizza spots in NYC! My husband and I were regulars for years and we ended up hiring Da Nonna for our wedding catering. I couldn't have been happier with that choice! The team went above and beyond to accommodate our vision and the food was excellent. Can't say enough good things about this family business.

Great place to rent for any type of venue... Cost sufficient and the historic ambiance really makes it a good vibe.
Great venue for my 2023 senior prom. It used to be a warehouse so the look and vibe is interesting. It's right along the water so there's a good view. You can see the Statue of Liberty as well as Manhattan, especially at night. There's a great dining area that is decorated nicely and has a central area for DJ and dancing.
Long story short - have your next event at the Liberty Warehouse. We were bowled over at the organization, the quality of food, the level of service, the attention to detail - EVERYTHING! Andrea and the staff gave us the absolute wedding of our dreams. From the moment of our first site walk, they made everything pleasant and easy for us. We didn’t hire a wedding coordinator, so faced pressure to get the details right ourselves. Liberty handled everything the night of the event and even took care of things we hadn’t thought of. Months later guests are still telling us our wedding had the best food they have ever had at a wedding. The views! The service! The elegance! The food! You can’t go wrong with Liberty Warehouse.
My husband and I recently had the pleasure of hosting our wedding at Deity and were blown away by the entire experience. From the moment we stepped foot into the venue, we knew we had found the perfect place to celebrate our special day.

The first thing that struck us was the venue's unique ambiance. Deity combines old-world charm with modern elegance. The beautifully restored 150-year-old building showcases exquisite architectural details, creating a romantic and intimate atmosphere that instantly won our hearts. The carefully curated decor and tasteful lighting enhanced the overall aesthetic, setting the stage for a truly magical wedding celebration.

The staff at Deity were an absolute delight to work with. From the initial planning stages to the day of the event, their professionalism and attention to detail were incredible. Our day of coordinator, Anna, was incredibly knowledgeable, organized, and accommodating. She worked closely with us to understand our vision and executed it flawlessly. The entire team, including the waitstaff and bartenders, were friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt welcomed and well taken care of. A day of coordinator can either make or break your wedding, and Anna is the BEST in the business – our entire wedding party still talks about her as a highlight of the day!! You won’t find anyone like her!

One of the standout features of Deity is its versatility. The venue offers multiple spaces, allowing for a seamless flow throughout the event, including getting ready in the suite (worth every penny!). We started with a heartfelt ceremony in the stunning Loft space, followed by a cocktail hour in the speakeasy-esque bar. The transition between spaces was effortless (which was our biggest concern with the multi-level venue), and our guests were in awe of the seamless coordination. The highlight of the evening was the reception in the Cellar, a hidden gem with its exposed brick walls and disco ball. It provided the perfect setting for an unforgettable evening of dancing.

Another aspect that impressed us was the culinary experience at Deity. The food was absolutely divine! The in-house chef is incredibly talented and our guests raved about the delicious hors d'oeuvres and main courses. We chose the standard family-style option and are glad we did – guests loved the ability to try all of the main dishes and sides.

Many other reviews mention that Deity is all-inclusive – this helped contain costs, have a seamless experience, and reduced the number of choices we had to make. The DJ being included was fantastic – we were a bit worried about not being able to choose our own, but Ben was amazing during planning and on the day of the wedding. For the vendors we did need (photographer, videographer, florist, dessert) we took advantage of Deity’s suggestions and were thrilled with the quality of each vendor recommended (Photography: Robert Carlo, Videography: Le Image, Florist: Charlotte Taylor at Floral Heights, Empire Cake, CityCakes).

To sum it up, our wedding at Deity in Brooklyn was an absolute dream come true. The combination of the venue's breathtaking ambiance, attentive staff, exceptional cuisine, and seamless execution made for an unforgettable experience. If you're searching for a wedding venue that exudes charm, sophistication, and provides top-notch service, Deity should be at the top of your list. We wholeheartedly recommend Deity to anyone seeking a memorable and enchanting wedding day. Thank you Anna, Caio, and the Deity team!!!

Truly a distinctive venue in Brooklyn, NYC. Offers a view of the NYC skyline and Brooklyn for a stunning backdrop. As a wedding videographers in New York, we find every corner of this venue provides a distinct look.

The best thing is you can customize the venue can be transformed to suit your vision and style.

The venue has a dedicated space for load-in, making logistics much more convenient.

As wedding photographers, we love to capture moments at The Greenpoint Loft.

Can't wait to come back to this place.

Clean empty space. Very attractive 'blank slate' inside and comfortable for a small group. Very shady neighborhood and parking is very difficult to find.

Beautiful venue where we celebrated our daughters wedding. DIY to your hearts desire. Staff, beginning to end, attentive and responded immediately to any questions or concerns we had. Work with their list of vendors, they are fantastic. Highly recommend Greenpoint Loft for a memorial wedding.
If you're looking for a stunning and sophisticated wedding venue in New York, look no further than the Liberty Warehouse. This place is absolutely amazing! From the moment you step inside, you're transported to a world of elegance and romance.

The reception area is just breathtaking, with a perfect combination of industrial-chic and modern decor. But the real star of the show is the outdoor zone with a stunning view of the Statue of Liberty and NYC skyline. This place is a dream come true for any photographer or couple looking to take some truly epic shots.

But what really sets the Liberty Warehouse apart is the catering. The food is hands down the best I've ever tasted. It's clear that they use only the freshest and highest quality ingredients to create dishes that are not only delicious but also visually stunning.

Overall, I can't recommend the Liberty Warehouse enough. If you want a wedding venue that's romantic, sophisticated, and truly unforgettable, this is the place to be. From the gorgeous reception area to the stunning outdoor view and amazing catering, you won't be disappointed.

This is such a great place Beautiful historic building.
Awesome for weddings, holiday parties any event held here is just mesmerizing
Not your typical wedding venue! Getting married here is a barn rustic vibe with quintessential New York City grit mixed together in a vibrant part of Brooklyn. Inside, you have beautifully textured walls and a barn style interior. Upstairs, you're treated with a clear view of the New York skyline and an iconic NY water tower. Angelito Jusay Photography has been there several times and the event team at the Greenpoint Loft is top notch. We have included some photos from our last wedding there. Can't wait to go back!
Stop the search you’ve found your venue! After spending years searching for wedding venues in multiple cities, when we found Deity online we thought it was too good to be true. Weddings are expensive and in our research we found way too many venues that would nickel and dime you for everything. One of the things we loved the most about Deity was the all-inclusive cost with no hidden fees. We scheduled a tour with Caio and fell in love with the venue. Deity is a beautiful, multi-floor venue, that is filled with NYC charm. We really appreciated the wedding flow across the different levels as the night progressed. The downstairs dance floor helped keep our guests dancing all night long. We rented the bridal suite and it was the perfect space to get ready in. We did the first look on the roof, and then we took a trolley with the bridal party to take pictures in Dumbo. The food is also amazing! We did the tasting and left very full and with leftovers. Guest kept raving about how good the food was! The bar and its staff were a hit with the guests as well and provided top notch service to all. Anna, Deity's wedding coordinator, and Caio were a pleasure to work with both professionally and personally throughout the wedding planning process. We had a few planning meetings leading up to the wedding to discuss the details with Anna. We are happy to say that these meetings helped ensure everything on our wedding day went according to plan. On the day of the wedding, Anna + Team did all the behind the scenes magic such as coordinating with the florist, setting up the dessert table, décor, etc. so we could enjoy the day. Anna has superb attention to detail. For example, the bride had lipstick on her teeth right as she was about to walk down the aisle and Anna quickly gave her a tissue to wipe it off. The effort Anna put into preparation beforehand helped ensure that the flow of our wedding day ran perfectly, and it did! We couldn't recommend this venue enough.

Greenpoint Loft was the perfect venue for our wedding! The size was comfortable and spacious for our 100-person celebration and our guests have reiterated that to us ever since. The mezzanine and rooftop in addition to the main space gave people an opportunity to disconnect from the dance floor to view the party from above and enjoy the skyline and fresh air. I was delighted that I could see the Empire State Building from my seat at the dinner table and loved the natural light streaming through the skylights during the ceremony.

We planned the wedding ourselves and all communications with the venue were quick and efficient, as was scheduling a tour. Their preferred vendor list is sizable and is where we found both our caterer and coordinator who were great. It was enormously helpful that they already knew the space and if you’re not sure where to start with hiring vendors, start with the preferred vendor list!
Talk about a fun time! Greenpoint Loft makes it so easy to customize your wedding day to the space. As Brooklyn wedding photographers, Megan & Kenneth, we've been to this space countless times and can't get enough of it; every wedding there is unique and amazing! The large space always makes for a great dance floor. Whether you're bringing in a live band or DJ setup, there is so much opportunity here for a great event. We'd recommend having a planner or month-of coordinator on your side to ensure everything runs smoothly :)

I would love to give this wonderful place 5 stars, but this is where it gets 4 stars. My family searched all over Brooklyn, we came across this place by chance. Now this is why I did not give it 5 stars. Extra money was paid to have the place set up,(table&chairs) when we arrived, all we needed was the code to the key lock hanging on the outside of the door. No one was there to meet us or have the place set-up. It took 45 mins, before we were able to get in.
This put us behind the 8 ball. Now on top of being 45 mins late, we now had to set up the tables and chairs.which was really a problem, but when you have over 80 pls friends and family showing up, it slows things up. But coming from the food&service industry we where able to set everything up. Now this is what I saw, the place was spotless! I mean spotless, the place was clean, not a speck of dust anywhere, and they are still working on the place. The bathrooms, upstairs and downstairs were clean, nice smelling, plenty of soft tissues and hand towels. They also have a backyard that was just wonderful. Now the reason that I left out the last star was that at the end of the night, we again had to break the place down. We did not even know where to put the garbage at. But in the end the folks that were supposed to break down the place did in fact show up. Money was returned for any and all things that were extra. Now please dont think that this is a problem. The folks are wonderful, management is Awesome. We will host as many parties as we can. I cant wait to go back. I figure that when they get the small kinks out, it will not only get the last star, but will be a place with a long waiting list to get in.
So book earlly.
Thanks for reading.

We are going to throw even more events in this space guaranteed. 10/10 would recommend. The bathroom layout is great. There’s is literally nothing bad to say about this venue and the amazing people that own and facilitate things here. The best!

I'm not a big wedding lover, but the event I attended at Weylin was really nice. The space is great, not gaudy like many other wedding venues I've been to. The food was very good as well. Overall a really nice Sunday.
I had my wedding here in February and it was an amazing experience. I only had 5 months to plan from the engagement to wedding day, and was blessed to find Deity. The pricing, venue and everything offered was great, but visiting the venue and speaking to Anna the coordinator solidified the choice for us. She was wonderful, attentive, answered every question we had and was so clear and kind to us. The owner Caio met with us when we decided on the venue and made our deposit, and he too was wonderful. He made us feel so special and it was a really intimate yet professional experience. So much was cared for when choosing this venue, the catering DJ all of the chairs/tables. It truly felt like all we had to do was show up, although we did have to get our own photographer + florist/decorations + dessert. That was nothing compared to everything they did for us at Deity. The food was wonderful, we opted out of a tasting but we’re assured we’d be happy and we truly were. DJ Ben was AMAZING and had our guests dancing all night. The staff on the day of were so polite, so helpful and seemed happy to be there.
I can’t thank them enough for making one of the most important days of my life SO special.
As a wedding photographer, Greenpoint Loft in Brooklyn is one of my fav places, one of the best wedding venue of NYC where to work and create a beautiful wedding. My experience is very good and undoubtedly highly recommended.

Just stopped by for dinner and was nicely surprised… they served everything pretty fast considering only 1 waitress and almost full house. The food is very delicious.
Especially kazan kebab🤤. The only thing I would not recommend is grilled shrimps… too dry. In general, very good experience.
This space is absolutely beautiful and the BK Venues team is really easy to work with. We wanted an interesting space for our wedding and until we found this one we felt like we might be priced out of having our vision. The space is a blank canvas and it allowed us to invest in what mattered to us most and not be locked into services or features that didn't matter to us. I'd highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for a great venue. Multiple guests came up to us to tell us how beautiful the space was, and all we did was have some twinkly lights hung, the rest was just the character of the place and the amazing view. Plus all our vendors were familiar with the venue, which also really helped in terms of making the evening smooth.

The Weylin is one of my favorite venues to photograph weddings and events at. This space is so versatile and you can bring your own design to create your dream event or wedding. The staff is very friendly and accomodating and I love the neighborhood too. As an NYC Wedding Photographer, it's hard to choose favorites, and this venue by far surpasses a lot of venues I've worked at. Here is a recent wedding for you to gain some inspiration from.
*Post-wedding update*: It has taken me days to find the words to write this review, and it essentially comes down to: just book Liberty Warehouse. From the moment we arrived for hair and makeup, to the moment we left after the reception the staff took care of every little detail and request and my husband and I were never bothered.

They ran the event perfectly, kept us on time, took care of our guests every ask ("They were everywhere! There was always someone there to help with finding the bathroom, getting a drink, directing us to seats, it was incredible how nice and friendly they all were!"), and were just the kindest people all around. Our maitre'd and my bridal attendant were INCREDIBLE. I am just so thankful for the entire staff.

Beyond the service, the food was so, so good. We had multiple people come up to us at the wedding and call us in the days after to compliment the food ("I have never enjoyed the food at weddings until today. I can't believe how delicious everything is. I was blown away by cocktail hour, but it kept getting better") and the presentation. Also, our guests never waited for drinks. With so many waiters taking care of tables, and the perfect bartender to guest ratio, everyone was well taken care of.

To Jeff, Juan Diego, and every single person that helped us and our guests last weekend, we owe you all the gratitude and will forever be thankful to all of you for making our day so stress free, fun, and memorable.
______________________________________
Our wedding isn't until March, but I needed to stop in and rave for a second regardless. My fiance and I knew this is where we wanted to get married for quite some time and after spending 10 minutes with Jeff we were even more convinced.

Beyond the beauty of the place, this staff seriously knows where they're doing and Jeff is just the best. He's incredibly responsive, never gets annoyed with all of our questions, and always guides us in the right direction.

Wedding planning can be stressful with so many moving parts and so many decisions to make, but we've been pretty stress-free knowing that we can say "Jeff will know how to handle this" or "Jeff will make sure it's taken care of". It's the most comforting thing knowing we're in great hands and we, as well as all of our guests, are going to have an incredible evening filled with fantastic food and service.

First time eating here by a friends recommendation & it was delicious !! Since we're always in the neighborhood decided it was time to try Da Nonna Rosa, definitely did not disappoint ! Had the Penne Vodka with Grill Chicken, asked for an addition of Asparagus to my dish & it was cooked perfectly. This plate happens to be a favorite of mine so I'll add this place to the list. The bread was amazing as well, quite difficult to stop at one portion ! Tiramisu happens to be my very favorite dessert & it was beyond delicious !! The staff is fabulous as well, checked in on us several times to be sure we had everything we needed. Really enjoyed the atmosphere of this restaurant, love the old school Italian feel.. Sorry to read some of the negative reviews but I share the positive experience I had & quality of service/food. Will be back again for sure !!
This venue went above and beyond my expectations for a wedding event. It’s by far THE BEST venue for food catering. Cocktail hour included an open bar, servers walking around with drinks and food trays and there was also tables for charcuterie, tacos, poke bowls, mini cheeseburgers and more; mostly American cuisine, and the most impressive by far. You know the food is top notch when when you don’t show up hungry and go back for seconds and thirds because you fear you’ll never taste something so good again.

The venue was also beautiful. Rustic and simple. The dance floor was big enough for about 200 people and the set up was very simple and romantic. The appetizer gnocchi was out of this world, the branzino filet and beef were delicious and the deserts were perfect. I met a vegan who was also very satisfied and impressed with the alternative food options as well.

The view is great and the reception was short and sweet. It may get a little loud due to uncontrollable circumstances like helicopters…but that’s not a deal breaker. This place is 100% worth it for an event due to the food and scenery.

I did the decor for a baby shower there. The owner Michael is so cool and the space is very open to your vision.. check it out. You wont be sorry.
Went to a wedding here recently and it was a nice venue. The stairs to the roof area and upper lounge were a bit steep and scary, but if you made it up then you got great city views. I also felt bad for the bride as the bottom of her dress got black from the floors — we were told that was the nature of the venue but I’d guess it could be a little cleaner. Overall, it had a very Brooklyn vibe and we had a great time.

Great for any large event, wedding , conferences and etc.

They lent out umbrellas in the rain which was very impressive.

A great place for a conference or large event. It's a 5-6 minute walk from the subway, probably had nearby parking (or hired valets could arrange that). Inside, there's a gorgeous domed ceiling with frescos. The sound system was great-- always a concern in a large room. Food was fabulous, too!

I imagine it would also be great for a gala event or wedding.

The Weylin is a gorgeous event space that used to be an old school bank. Depending on the event being hosted at the venue, you may or may not be able to explore the many rooms and areas in this very spacious and beautiful location. The only thing good about this place is it's bright decoration that can hold it's one star rate. Other than this is not worth to give a star.
To start of, they didn't provide seats that I requested and booked few days ago with down payment for banquet and even with rude attitude, dean waiter rejected to provide it even though seats were empty.
Secondly, foods were not fresh nor well cooked. Despite, I order event few days earlier, they just provided me frozen food that are prepared few days ago. Also, dishes are not tasty compared to it's price. You just will need to bite it to feel it's taste and won't be able to eat rest.
Additionally, waiters arr not attentive for calls and will hold back for rest of the night once they see you are serving yourself.
If you gave down payment, don't forget to mention it. Otherwise it won't be deducted from your final payment and they will forget about it.

Dirty hall and disgusting bathroom. Unprofessional and unreliable food and service. Boiled beef main course tasted horrible. Not enough food. Some of the food could have come from the frozen section of a supermarket. Uncaring and unprofessional staff. Bring your own professional caterer!

The servers are not knowledgeable about the food that they are serving. All servers must taste the food before they serve it!

They must hire professionally trained chefs, professionally trained waiters, greeters, and managers. Unprofessional service is unacceptable.

I was surprised of how amazing the hall works. The workers are nice and not rude. The cooks make a marvelous set of dishes. And the management is so attentive of every detail. the location is well known for how great the service is but you have to live it to really know how great it is, I recommend this location to everyone.
Im a relative of a family that recently had a wedding last month. I was surprised on how good i was served and how neat the place looked. I personally gave my compliment to the manager Jeff and he nicely appreciated my compliments. I must thank the Eden for such a great work on the place. I have been here more then once but last time i was here the location did not look as beautiful as it looks now. The renovations are amazing.
