Was absolutely rude and insensitive. Hes only for the money. If your insurance doesnt cover it, your out of luck. Very harsh. Would not recommend to anyone who wants ACTUAL help.

My personal experience with Lotus counseling has been my interactions with the staff and counselors. They have always been very professional and very welcoming. I have referred clients to this center and will continue to do so.

My husband and I were lucky enough to stumble upon Dr. Victoria Raymond in Brickell back in 2016 and it changed our lives forever, both as a married couple and as individuals. Truthfully, before I met Victoria or engaged in couples therapy I was under the impression it was completely taboo! It’s something I never in a million years thought I would be apart of and boy was I wrong! After a few sessions I would count down the days until I saw her next! My husband and I did many sessions together and separately, to this day I am forever grateful.

Victoria is a professional, compassionate, extremely gentle and open minded which allowed us to feel free to discuss our deepest issues and/or personal troubles without hesitation. Victoria created a neutral space for us to communicate and still to this day we are able to use those skills learned in therapy to navigate our relationship through this crazy - beautiful life.

For those who are struggling or even for those who are happily married Victoria is equipped with a set of skills like no other. I feel more confident as a wife, new mother, sister, daughter, friend, coworker and even as an individual because of Victoria’s guidance and the work she allowed me to do throughout our time spent together. She is truly amazing.

Lotus Counseling walks the walk. They truly live up to their word of caring and being patient centric. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help.

All this Dr cares about is money don't waste your time on wasted talent. Unless you have tricare he will try to milk every penny out of you.

I had a terrific experience at Lotus Counseling Center. A very talented team of therapists. I recommend them highly!

My experience with this practice deserves 5 stars because they were able to pinpoint my problem and help me get better after the first visit. Dr. Carter does brain mapping where he can tell you exactly what is going on in your life and he was able to restore me to good health with the proper medication. One of the technicians Andre did the brain mapping with me and was very professional and made me feel at ease during the process. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for psychiatric help.

Everyone is very friendly and it's a very comfortable atmosphere. I completely feel like I get the proper time and attention needed for me.

My main review is under Lotus' Brickell location, as that is the office we visited most frequently, but I had to review the Aventura location since our therapist was able to accommodate our schedule there on a few occasions; this is one of the many reasons I love Lotus! The staff is caring and accommodating and at the end, I had always walked away feeling lighter, brighter and empowered!
