Mostly, they would rather we all died rather than do any work that might risk them breaking a finger nail… if you don’t allow yourself to be humiliated, victim blamed, and forcibly placed into unsuitable inappropriate “skills” groups comprised of sick people that actually NEED help but ALSO can’t get it, then this isn’t the place for you: talking to your hairdresser would be more help —condescending, dishonest, critical, self-opinionated, under-qualified and self-vindicating .. it’s enough to make you wanna jump. And yes, I was also given the number of the Samaritans — hoping someone else will do their work for them | shameful non-service | God help us all

Absolute disgrace

Been waiting 6wks about having a support worker.I keep ringing and been told someone will ring me back latter that day but still not heard anything. This comment someone will ring you back is been used more and more by the CMHT.

Gossip can be highly damaging and deters service-users from reaching out in times of crisis. Their cover-up culture is endemic so taking any action against them is futile. I see the person who spread lies about me jumped ship into the private sector and their new employer has a Wikipedia entry. So that’s fun. There’s nothing more cathartic than telling the truth about those who tell lies about me. 😏

I was very hopeful after getting this appointment and thought I was finally going to get help. The person I spoke to told me they weren't qualified and didn't seem interested when I said I believe I'm perimenopausel. I left feeling a lot worse

If l can l would give minus zero the psychiatrist Dr Kumar l do not recommend go there if you struggling serious with mental healt . After meeting face to face l had suicidal thoughts, person without empathy, he don’t understand completely mental illness and how is work. I highly recommend Coventry psychaiatrist ( 30 park Rd)

Dont know why they bother with this service,
Once I rang them as I was suicidal and was told to ring samaritans,and yet again rang the other day to say I had taken a overdose and was feeling suicidal and they hung up just managed to get through what I did.
They really couldn't give a flying $%/& if we died, hope they all need a service one day that wont help them.
