Wow wow wow!! Went to fly over Canada Iceland and for a Wednesday night was not too busy.. was able to get a discounted rate for being a BC resident which also applied to my friend's visiting from Ontario. Lineup is quick, washrooms are right beside lineup. They take a picture of your group before you go in and then when you go through the gift shop at the end of the ride you can buy souvenir photo. I did fly over Canada Hawaii last year and it was really amazing. Highly recommend going to this.. parking on the street pay by the half hour right by the cruise ship terminal.
About a six minute walk from the road at the end of the pier. You can buy tickets at a kiosk at the front or closer to the lineup.

Lovely tall buildings.
Great choices of food around the area.
Beautiful hotels.
A tourist spot!
Amazing centre in downtown. It has some cool Events depends on the dates, they have like art, expo, auto show, education, and so on. Located in a great location next to Canada Post with scenic mountain and sea views. Paid parking available on site. Highly recommended to visit here as a tourists.
Was there for a 3 day Anime convention. The convention location is very popular right by the Olympic Cauldron as well the building is very big inside.

I'll mention that last year for past Anirevo lineup for tickets it was inside and below were we were standing rather than outside in the scorching heat so kinda wish they did the lineup inside. The line up outside for pass pickup there was alot of people who got confused mistakenly lined up In the premium versus the regular pass line there was only one sign at the front and were we were lining up people who came from SkyTrain would arrive thinking that's where the end of the regular line was, which it wasn't it was the premium line were regular pass was on The other side closer to the actual convention building so feel they could use more or better signage for next year convention. They do have water station throughout the convention which is nice and convenient. Tho some technical difficulties with the viewing rooms this year and a live vtuber unable to connect so perhaps they need to further prep there technical equipment as some things were delayed or were unable to happen and cancelled if they couldn't fix them for the next day of the convention. The staff are very helpful guiding you if your not sure where to go.

I like that they keep the bathrooms clean on throughout the 3 day event. The waterfront food court is across the street and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes and fast food places close by to eat at. This year they opened up the level 1 balcony it was nice to sit out there and relax previous years it's sadly locked so It was nice to be able to sit out there this year. Also this year for the first time the convention did bring in a Bistro area so people could get food downstairs for the convention so it was convenient if you wanted to eat at the convention rather than walk across the street to the food court, however the bistro was pricier when comparing to the restaurants cafes and food court across or around outside of the convention.

Not sure if they'll bring back the bistro but it was convenient for those who didn't want to leave the convention. The convention has screens showing events by each door tho prior years there has been more signage showing were To go id feel would make organizing people for lineups to make the convention flow easier would be something the Vancouver Convention Center should consider.
I haven't been inside the building, but the plaza and waterfront walkway around is really beautiful. It is an ideal place for early morning or evening walks with views of the harbour and the mountains. It also has a wide variety of restaurants and cafes if you want to sit by the water.

Canada Place in Vancouver is a true icon and a must-visit destination. Its striking design, resembling a ship's sails, stands out along the waterfront skyline. The complex serves as a multi-purpose venue, housing the Vancouver Convention Centre, a hotel, and the captivating FlyOver Canada attraction. The outdoor promenade offers stunning views of the harbor, North Shore mountains, and Stanley Park. It's a fantastic spot to relax, take photos, or enjoy a leisurely walk. Whether you're attending an event, exploring the FlyOver Canada experience, or simply soaking in the scenic beauty, Canada Place offers an unforgettable and quintessential Vancouver experience.

Functions as a cruise ship terminal, the headquarters of Fly over Canada and a great place to walk around. I personally arrived on a cruise here and the customs process was very easy and convenient, they just ask for your declaration card and that's about it. The following day I had the opportunity to walk around and it provides some wonderful and unique views of Vancouver harbour and it's many sights. You can see the sea planes and helicopters take off and land as well as the ferrys go by. Worth walking to the end for some nice photos and a place to chill.
Attended LTX and the convention centre made for a perfect place for it to be held. The location is great and close to waterfront station and there are several places to eat at a nearby food court. The convention centre staff were friendly and knew what they were doing.
I came here for LTX 2023. The venue is great. It's fairly new inside still and the staff were friendly. I was a bit disappointed that the seemed to not understand that some passes were different and shouldn't have to wait in the lines if the passes were prepaid. Overall 4 out of 5 seems fair.

We visited Canada Place which was the starting point of our Alaska Cruise. Canada Place is a famous landmark and symbol of Vancouver, British Columbia in Canada. The Vancouver Convention Center, World Trade Center, Cruise Ship Passenger Terminal etc. are located here. 1986 World Expo was held here. The whole building is made of five fiberglass white sails in the form of a giant tent. Many of the tour buses for sightseeing start from here.

Super nice experience for freshen up your mind. Its bit busy but worth going. If you are going at night time or in windy weather make sure to take warm clothes coz of chilled air. I went there with my parents they loved it.

Fantastic, clean and must visit. You can see huge cruises parked there. Flyover Canada is there as well which is awesome. There are some restaurants, gelato place and gift shop as well. You see beautiful water, mountains and seaplanes flying over and downtown views. Do not miss a walk here.

It's where things are all happening at the Waterfront. With Seaplanes taking off and landing on the water, Cruise ships when they are docked and free transportation meeting points for Grouse Mountain and Capilano Suspension Bridge ticket holders to the venues. The Information booth is really helpful and you can buy tickets for many attractions here

This place has its own charm within downtown. Love the sea wall walk, and golden hour when the sun is setting is super pretty. Sunday mornings can be a bit busy as there are cruise ships that begin boarding. Also, if you are an out of province driver and don't know BC rules, under no circumstances make a U turn there as it's not allowed, I got a ticket last Sunday.

I just visited the lobby and the surrounding area. Kind of cool to look at architecture. It's a big airy space. Several floors high. Let's say 12 or 20 floors the atrium with some good quality restaurants and lounges.
Today was the Planted Expo at the Vancouver Convention Center and it was a buzz of activity. The greeters were very helpful directing us to where our event was. The cruise ships are in and there was a large number of tourists and the convention center does a great job of supplying tourists with every tool necessary. What a magnificent city we live in. Come visit Vancouver, we have one of the greatest cities in the world.
It is a modern venue with the highest environmental green grades. There are endless possibilities for running different conference activities. The views from its waterfront side are no less than breathtaking.

Beautiful place to visit as a tourist or if you live near by! Amazing to come any time of the day. There is a lot of space to walk or take a nice jog. Beautiful scenic views of the water and mountains. Definitely a must if you're visiting Vancouver.
