Took about 30 minutes to drop the trailer off. Fast efficient.
One of the drivers from this rental company almost ran my partner and I off the road! He almost caused a car accident. The date is may 12th of 2023 8:12pm when he almost crushed us. His plate number is 2360620. This incident scared us to death! So dangerous to the road and something should be done about him. He should NOT be on the highway or even driving at all. Also was speeding 90 in a 70! So unbelievable!
Quick pick up, lots of room to maneuver. Fast in and out process. They do allow overnight parking at the gate but you must stay hooked. There's room for one or two trucks if side by side.
We rented a couple of flatbeds from their Jacksonville location. After the one-year retail agreement ended, we returned one flatbed but the other had mechanical issues. I contacted my account manager about extending my agreement and he did. Another employee filed a complaint with the local police department and I now have a warrant.
We leased 4 dry vans in 2020. One of the dry vans were totaled June 2020 but we have been charged every month for a trailer that we no longer have. The insurance company paid Milestone, but they continue to charge us for this trailer!!!
In addition, we leased them with work tires. When we returned them with newer tires, we were billed as if they issued the trailers with new tires!

Trailer is in good condition, I inspect it inside and out all the lights work properly found screw in the tire told them about it and someone came right out to fix it..

They called ahead to inform them that I was coming so that helped expedite the service that was needed.
The service person was helpful and quick about getting help to me so I could get moving again.
The lot is full of trailers and kinda of hidden by high growing shrubbery so if your not looking closely you're gonna pass it.
Like I mentioned the lot is crowded and the space to maneuver is tight so understand the traffic pattern going in and you won't get hung up or upset over nothing.
The office to check in is a grey building close to the street but behind you once you pull in to the stop sign.
