I came to this location to buy a balloons, the lady told me I have to wait an hour to get it since she is busy. And another one also busy. And ii is no customers in the whole store. Lazy people. The worst customer service.
My Balloons were done on time. They had to substitute my initial balloon choice and the prices are a bit crazy but thats Ny for you

Extremely unprofessional!! I called a day ahead the day prior to get business cards printed for an event. The man on the phone was not friendly but I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. I placed my order for the next day. I arrived for pickup and the man in the shop couldn't locate my email. Then AFTER I waste my time resending it to him, he tells me he can't print it on the day of. Which is why I placed the order the day prior!!! Which left me with no cards for a business event.
I enjoyed excellent service and a superior job with a very fast turnaround time at PrintOut. I would definitely use them again!

We've been printing by them A LOT for a while. Recently, they made mistakes, refused to take responsibility and charged us for it. We tried contacting them regarding the issue but there was no one to talk to. We're now printing with their competition. Not a smart way to grow/hold on to your customers.
This is the place to go whenever you need some printing on anything. Good service. Quick service, pleasure doing business with them. Highly recommend it

Fraud Alert! Our company placed an order for delivery a week in advance for our event. The order was cancelled an hour before the scheduled arrival, with no reason provided. Customer service stated they could do nothing, as it was fulfilled through the Atlantic location. I was told on three different instances that the manager of this location would reach out, which they still haven’t (its been almost three months btw). Upon contacting corporate, they attempted to scam us by saying our Amex could not be issued the refund, despite it being the original payment method. They kept asking for personal debit information and then rudely hung up after the attempt was unsuccessful. We tried to resolve this with PartyCity as we have previously relied on them for our business events. Ultimately, this location and the company cannot be trusted to deliver, or provide adequate customer care. To resolve this, we filed a dispute with our banking; I advise anyone to go this route before their personal information is stolen by trying to resolve through “corporate”.
Very disappointed in Atlantic ave Party City in NYC. The cashiers are eating pocky sticks while checking out guests, they’re behaving unprofessionally and with no manners. The store manager was nice and polite and helpful but the rest of the people need to get swapped asap. We ordered balloons delivery for the next day and they sent us blown out balloons. The bill was almost $400 and we even gave them the tip but at the end we ended up with blown out balloons. Total disappointment. I really wish I could give this place more stars but unfortunately until they make some changes I will have to give 1 star.

After years as a happy customer for my business printing, I no longer will print here due to their bait and switch/ ripoff pricing. I put in an order as usual and the price they quoted was 3x more than it ever was .
Great to work with. Received the first version and it wasn't printed properly, no problem sent out a replacement and had in a few days. Helpful via email and phone. Will continue to do business with!
UPDATE: why isn't anyone picking up the phone? or returning voicemails? The supposed owner's automated response doesn't help me

Old manager was amazing . The new young kids that run the place are dishonest , will paid your bill and pretend it is normal prices . I have invoices from here for years - these kids are fleecing you . Frauds . Can no longer recommend .
If you want a banner or poster printed well and quickly by people who will review your work, then print here! They are incredibly nice, fast, and wonderful! We use them for our banners and posters at March for Science NYC! Check out how nice our banner looks in the photos! This will make any statement loud!
I've been a professional photographer for 25+ years, exhibiting in galleries, publishing 6 monographs of my work and working with the leading magazines and brands. Mega Format beautifully printed (3) 8x8 ft. vinyl adhesive prints for an exhibition of my photographs at a gallery in Dallas. The reproduction quality, color balance and skin tone reproduction were spot on, I couldn't have been any happier with the print quality. The large format prints were the centerpiece of the exhibition.

These guys turned it out for us! We had an event this weekend and needed two shirts printed. They got the job done in less than 3 hours and the colors are exact! We use Neon fluorescent pink in our design and we’re worried the print may not be able to print that. It did and we are thrilled! Very responsive and very grateful for this team.

In the end of April we were looking for a company that could do various small retractable banners and also two major backdrops (15 and 20 feet long) for our event. We had only 2-3 days to produce everything and we really needed the best quality in the market. We found MegaFormat on Google. I first spoke to David who was amazing explaining how everything would work. He was very good in confirming that all the design material was received - we sent it in batches. He sent us the templates for the design for the size and formats we needed and gave us guidance. We welcomed 150 very high level authorities from various countries in the UN headquarters, and thanks to MegaFormat we had our banners ready on time and with amazing quality. The large format backdrops were ridiculously easy to assemble. It took us about 15 minutes to set it up completely. David also showed to us how to assemble and disassemble the banners and backdrops. MegaFormat thank you very much for your fantastic work and great support!
Mega Format really came through for me for a recent conference. I needed fast printing for a retractable banner and for a hanging sign. Mega Format was able to print and ship in just a couple days to ensure I received the signs in time. Plus the quality of the products was exactly as expected. Would highly recommend!
Good place to shop, however, I purchased balloons at 3:30pm today. By 10pm, my balloons were on the floor. (For my daughters sweet 16)!!!!!!!!
