Nice food court with a variety of options for a quick meal.
Great indoor underground mall, if weather outside gets bad or don't feel like spending time outside good place to hang out. There are eateries, plenty of shops for window shopping and central open area to relax watching colored fountain.
Wow! Right in the heart of Montreal Downtown. What a place! You can just lounge around, listen to the music or watch some event happening or just go down and grab some food at so many wonderful food outlets providing every cuisine you can ask for. Also you can go further underground to enter the underground passages and entrails of Montreal downtown!

Place Ville-Marie, a true Montreal icon, offers a blend of sophistication and convenience. The modern architecture is a sight to behold, and the diverse range of shops and eateries is a shopper's paradise. While the indoor spaces are impressive, the outdoor plaza could be more inviting. Overall, a top choice for both visitors and locals.

Our room was small. Having said that, the decor was beautiful and the designer made great use of space. Gorgeous washroom. I loved the shower. We had a small window in the room, reminding you it's an old building that has been renovated. Nice details in supplies - lush towels, nice selection in mini bar, red wine & wine glasses and wine opener awaits. Nespresso machine and cups ready to go. Bottled water. Individual Shampoos & hand cream. The hotel itself is charming. It is valet parking only. I believe that was $47/night. The location is special - perfect. The hotel offers a rooftop terrace for drinks and meals. It's also connected to a restaurant on the main floor. There is a shop that offers casual wear and some art. We didn't have time to take advantage of the spa facilities. Service was excellent. They do turn over the bed in the evenings. They replenish your room in late afternoon. Everything felt new and very clean. We loved it and would definitely return. Enjoy your stay! 🍷

Very elegant boutique hotel in the heart of the Old Port. The interior is beautiful, the rooms are clean and the service is very efficient. Drinks on the rooftop terrace are great with nice views of the waterfront. Keep in mind that due to its location it is very busy, crowded on the street level and looking for parking is pointless. They offer on-site valet parking which is worth it just to avoid the headache of old port traffic. Obviously everything you could want is a few steps away and there are dining and cafe establishments at the ground level (Maggy Oak's and cafe Olympic).
UPDATE: I went this week and the person at customer service was rude. I asked at what time they close and she said she did not know. How can someone at the info desk not know basic info.!! I would say there are the basics like Iga, Jean Coutu and Dollarama, a Liquor store and Winners. So the basic everyday stores you have there like grocery store and pharmacy etc with some various boutiques also but its not like a mega shopping for clothes kind of place.
It is however very modern, clean, spacious and pleasing to the eye due to huge waterfountain,a glass elevator, and these cute coloured big chairs on ground floor which kids will like. It is architecually pleasing. In that area they have presentations, shows or exhibits a lot of times. For sure in the winter during Christmas the place is decked out. Its airy, many exit locations leading out to either St Hubert street or St Catherine and its across from Place des Arts. Its wheelchair accesible!!! Its a nice mall for relaxing and light everyday needs shopping. Not so many clothes specific stores. The ones that are there are for the more mature. Also big food court with lots of options!! Its also connected to metro place des arts.

I've done a fair amount of travel, and this is one of the best hotels out there. Exceptional service, nice design/ decor, comfortable rooms (great showers!), and a perfect location for enjoying Montreal. The staff are very polite, professional, and helpful (and they're very patient whenever I try to practice my French, which is terrible). Can't recommend the William Gray highly enough.

A shopping mall located downtown. Regardless of its size, the impressive interior grabs your attention as soon as you enter. The stores inside don't differ much from those in other malls, but with various events held each season, it's a place worth visiting at least once.

Lovely hotel, great location. We love the rooftop terrace for drinks and dinner and the library/coffee shop area. We’ve stayed at this hotel several times, but this time was a bit less impressive than before. We were first offered a room with very tiny windows that felt claustrophobic despite high ceilings. The second room offered was much better in terms of light but overlooked a noisy back alley where bins were removed early in the morning. We still had a great time, but for the price, I have very high expectations, so 4 stars from me this time.
Complexe Desjardins is a captivating destination that mesmerizes visitors with its stunning interior. The grand architecture and captivating design create an unforgettable experience. It offers a delightful mix of shopping, dining, and entertainment options, making it a must-visit spot for locals and tourists alike. The interior is truly eye-catching and impressive.
Really fantastic hotel in an ideal location in Old Montréal. The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. Loved the spa. One complaint was the room we were given was by the elevator and the room opened right to the bed rather than down a bit of a hallway which is typical. The TV was placed in an odd location which made watching it hard. The housekeeping was terrible! They constantly came late after we’d returned to rest after all day out, forgot to replace coffee mugs and take old ones, didn’t leave new wash cloths, never once replaced lotion. For such an expensive luxury hotel, the housekeeping was really oddly sloppy. We did love the front desk people, spa and concierge. Maggie Oakes was pretty good too. We will be back but will ask for a better room.

Last night of the Giant Robot downtown... Circus style... Too cool... Especially for free!!
We were invited to a wedding so no comment on the rooms as we did not book one. Speaking about the establishment per se,it was fantastic. The first and most important factor would be it’s incredible staff. I am speaking top of the trade attendees.
The hotel itself was gorgeous and comfortable. Restrooms plentiful.
I did notice a spa which was being frequented which is a nice touch to a hotel.
Location is great if you’re around the downtown area.

Loved it here. I didn't care for the music, but there was a group of people playing music that I enjoyed. Otherwise, we waited for the show, but it took too long, so we left. But I am glad that this place was nice and clean. I was not expecting it to be with the crowd.

I went to the terrace, had a cocktail and some entrees, everything was delicious and the view, omg the view, since it's in Old Montreal- old port, you get a view with water surrounding you. Gorgeous place and the waitresses were really nice. They even charged my phone 💚

Great place to browse, shop and enjoy their exhibits. We were here 4 weeks ago and they had a beautiful floral exhibition in the main concourse.

This mall was extremely spacious. As can be seen in the photos, the fountain was the centerpiece of the mall that had a beautiful blue glow. There was a good variety of stores, not just clothing. I even saw one selling fur coats and accessories -- something that I've never seen in Ottawa.
An amazing shopping and retail center in the heart of Montréal City.

From tons of eateries (ranging from poulet rouge to Thai express), this place caters to every palate. The shopping center offers a range of retail and off-retail choices, Dollarama to several boutiques and locally sourced brands.

When in Montréal and if you're in need of a reliable place to shop, this is the place to go!
I'm reviewing the Fleurs de Ville that's presented here, every year is absolutely fantastic display of ingenuity and artistry, absolutely beautiful arrangements, and it's free.

Despite the place itself , the food I had from Chikin was absolute garbage!!! The service was unprofessional and rude when I complained about the Chicken that was fried in leftover oil dark oily and disgusting. The management refused to refund me . I would never recommend eating here !!!
I recently stayed at Hôtel William Gray and I have to say I was blown away by the experience. The hotel is located in the heart of Montreal's Old Port, and the location couldn't be more perfect. Everything you could want to see is just a short walk away.

The rooms at Hôtel William Gray are spacious, elegant and comfortable. I loved the modern decor and the fact that they have kept the building's historic charm. The amenities in the room were fantastic - from the comfortable bed to the luxurious linens and the Nespresso machine, they have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They went out of their way to accommodate any requests I had, and provided some great recommendations on restaurants and things to do in the area. The hotel also has a great rooftop bar with stunning views of the city.

This is at the heart of Montreal. Everything is here that is important and busy. Lots of restaurants and places to go and universities. Beautiful buildings, beautiful architecture, young people, mostly students come here to study or make money.
This place known now as a community is the highlight of this place. Recent rebranding of this place is a testament to Creative adaptive change well worth the effort to see a vision transformed into reality. Details and explanation forthcoming.
Very dreary. Most of the shops are very small and cramped. Many were closed on Saturday. Not much to see.
