Better pizza than what's around the area.

Dollar tree is my favorite place and there's also a parcel store to mail packages, etc

I'm not a big pizza guy but I like this papa John's location I've always go there with my son whenever hes in the mood for some pizza that's where we go for some easy and quick outdoor pizza

dirty, only good things are the donuts and papa John's, Italian villa is kinda mid and everything else is pretty ieerevelant with items you could get at Walmart

Very little people coming here pretty rundown area, I’ve lived in Allen for a long time and it still hasn’t changed for the past 20 years I’ve been here. Use to be a big lots that went out of business there also use to be a lot of other stores but they never survived there is there was another big name store pretty sure it would revive the area

Went to the donut shop on the corner awesome donuts and great service.

It's old. Been shopping here since I was a little kid and some of the businesses are still there. I'm 40 now. Rod's Barber Shop, Cindy's School of Dance and Italian Villa. Italian Villa is one of my favorite places to go. Amazing Pizza (when they don't burn the bottom, happens every once in a while, but worth going back again and again)

Decent place 🙂. The parking lot needs some updates with patches,holes, paint and trash. Napa auto parts has a great store front there and really good staff.

Thank you for allowing i to collect nthe gift that other leave outside and inside the dumpsters. Many things which are thrown away still have life within m but most will not notice or care. Sincerely, Jamesh the humble

Nice clean area

Shopped multiple times and service was fine except last week where I had to wait for more than 15 after the ready alert and informing then from.app that I am there to pick. I had to call them and inform later, where I could see the store was empty and the person who took my call and he delivered the pizzas for me and one another customer who also reached.the same time as me. May be an one time thing, otherwise all my experiences were great.

Clean, lots of parking and great stores.
Having lived in Austin for several years I met and stole my wife away from the beautiful city.
We just came back into town from NY after being away for three years and found a Mr. Gatti's had moved into the parent neighborhood, we absolutely had to come get some pies. We just need a lil arcade room in one of these spots for the kids to enjoy or a nice pet friendly hangout so the walk to the neighborhood would allow for rest and water. Great upgrade guys!

Young Donuts is the best

I love Dirt Cheap and today's visit did not disappoint! I spent way more than I should've but I got some great deals. Definitely stop in for some great deals but be prepared to do a little digging. In the end it'll be worth your while.

Donut store is good. Dog groomer is good. Not familiar with others.
