Had time to kill so came to explore this mall.
Eh.... It's not my style. Not my kind of mall. It has a few toy stores catering to Anime and other Asian children's toys like Sanrio. ❤ Sanrio, HUGE Hello Kitty girl. And yet, still not my thing.
They have mainly want to be high end food shops.
Kura revolving 🍣 for one. Been to their Fort Lee location a few times. The novelty of the conveyor belt rotating around wasn't a novelty for long and died an extremely quick death. Hunt up my review of them to find more details. Bottom line, when I'm craving sushi and sashimi, there are better places to go. As a matter of fact, I was meeting with a gf last month, and she suggested this as one of the places for us to eat at. I told her PASS. We prefer HotPot and thats what we had.
There is a hot pot restaurant right next door. Looked good. Might actually give them a try next time I'm in the hot pot shabu shabu mood. Their promotion of spending $500 and getting $49 bonus is extremely lame for lack of a better word. Why the heck would I deposit $500 up front to get a measly $49 bonus? Like I have a spare $500 lying around that's just sitting here collecting dust bunnies.. I would have to had a lobotomy to do that. Eating $549 of shabu shabu would take me about 2 years minimum. Would the restaurant still be there in 3 years?
This would be beneficial if it were a party of 10, @ $50 pp. It's not as though hot pot is something that has to be eaten out. It can be done in the comfort of home.
The decorations are pretty though.

I go here often for the pharmacy, sometimes for the eateries. Today I visited Maxin Bakery which for some reason doesn’t appear on Google Maps. The choices were interesting and not what you’d normally see in a typical American bakery. This was more of an Asian style bakery. I attempted to buy a bacon and scallion bun but the item I got was on a mislabeled shelf and it actually had hot dog pieces in there, which wasn’t bad. I asked for it to be warmed up and didn’t expect it to be microwaved (in the plastic bag too!) but ok whatevz. They didn’t give me a plate or fork to eat it with but I managed.

Parking here is horrible. But the Chase Bank does have an independent parking lot.

Very small mall with a few restaurants, shops and a bubble tea place. Not really a typical shopping mall. More a place to go for a specific shop and then move on.

We went to Kong Shik Tong for lunch and then Moge Tee for a drink. Check out the google page for each specific store for my review.

Multiple restaurants on site. Shanghai, Hong Kong, Japanese style snacks and Cantonese styles food, bubble tea so on.

I drove a friend there for an errand. The parking was easy and the area looks clean and well kept up.

The plaza has a variety of stores available with a shared parking lot. However everytime I've been here there's never a parking spot available. Not sure if the reason is because employees park there as well or customers of outside businesses park there too but I always have to go and find meter parking a block away.

Great place for everyone to see and visite, just a pain with parking especially on weekends.
EXCELLENT LOCATION FOR A CAMPAIGN HEADQUARTERS. LOTS OF STORES IN THE AREA. EASIER PARKING THAN DOWNTOWN JAMAICA OR FLUSHING

My only thing is even with covid out. This place was packed parking wise. Make sure you have you mask coming here. You are not alone.
I love the food but if you don't look like the neighborhood folks, 😉 people look at you like you're from another planet. By the way money is 💰 and they should post all signs in English.

Went here for Dumpling Galaxy. It's a bit out of the way compared to the other malls in Flushing. Dumpling Galaxy itself was quite good, but there are equally good spots for way cheaper in the neighborhood (albeit without the quirky offerings).

Pho Best just opened inside the Acadia mall few months ago. It's steps from the well known Dumpling Galaxy. This review is for the mall but you must check out the dining options found inside. The pics I've put here are all from Pho Best. The mall houses a Pharmacy and mini vendor carts or booths selling make up and phone accessories. There is also a Maxim Bakery, Dunkin Donuts, Niu Hot Pot, Sushi Burrito and another Small Asian Noodle Joint. There's also a pharmacy, hair salon, and parking garage on the lower level. Very convenient but not too much foot traffic. There's a Bank of China just adjacent to the mall entrance.
