I do t like your coffee very strong
Just sharing that I now will NEVER EVER enter another Starbucks. Going entirely cashless just shows their support of WEF. Happy death to Starbucks; you will not survive this time coming. Notice how many are closing globally? At least 10 have closed just in my area. CIAO
Starbucks South Surrey 17 and 152 overcharged me $50. On what was supposed to be a $15. Refill on my sbux card. Refilled my card for $15. And location refused to refund the $50. Even after showing them the $65. Withdrawal from my bank account.Employee admitted she made the mistake, and the location still did nothing to rectify. Went to customer service 1800, have to wait 3-5 business days to hopefully see the return…was told I have to call back to follow up. No apologies…been a long time customer. Pretty expensive 2 cups of tea today. Unimpressed!!!!
So the underground section where London drugs, tim Hortons, etc are.... The public bathrooms have NEVER been open. A staffer said to knock the door or grate as the janitor might be sleeping in there.

Seriously? Rather than open the bathroom to customers of aforementioned shops, this public space refuses access to the toilets?

Shame.
Starbucks continues to abuse its position in market pricing by raising its prices multiple times while posting high profits during a period of high inflation. Congrats, you are the antithesis of social responsibility.
I think Starbucks corporate needs to visit its stores from time to time. There is a problem with customer service that is causing this business to decline. A Starbucks employee has very limited experience as a result of a low salary. However, this large business is losing business due to poor customer service. I have so many terrible experiences in Vancouver and today I really want to talk. I usually go to UBC Vancouver at 6138 Student Blvd. They always make mistakes in order. I was there today as well, and I noticed three employees talking about their own lives and customers were lining up. Then I ordered, but as usual they made mistakes. I am really tired of this place. Someone needs to point them in the direction of great customer service. I paid $7.00 for a latte, but it was wrong and I threw it away. Starbucks needs to improve its customer service if it wants to stay in business. In spite of the excellent quality of the product, most stores offer poor customer service.
I am sick and tired of waiting so long for a coffee because those poor ovetworked baristas are filling crazy numbers of mobile orders. Not cool for your regular customers. Certainly don't feel like an appreciated customer when mobile orders come first.
I would not waste my time trying to reason with Starbucks again.
I was a little girl and they always allowed me to Adventure everywhere I wanted to go and they let me and they were very very kind
A very elegant and beautiful place. Welcoming
every thing u need is there
This is a good place but not that big as Metrotown
Clean. Just be careful with some junkies they are really intrepid and can stop you.

Good downground passage for people taking skytrain. The shops there is a bit more expensive.
This Starbucks is in a great location with extra friendly staff, a big study table and lots of light. There is nice outdoor seating as well and three bathrooms. People really use this place to study or meet up because it is so comfortable
Based on my personal experience that is my opinion:
Range 0 - 10
Service or Product: Depends on
Customer service: Depends on
Environment: 4
Cleaning: 4
Washroom: 2
Cost: 4
It is under street. It is tiny but it is really helpful. It is a short (and covered) way from Canada Line to Skytrain line. Try this shortcut.
