The Pitch at The Wharf is a great work environment which offers a variety of different options for those individuals that are working 100% remote and even those that are in hybrid positions. if you are looking for a fresh space to work and meet other working professionals then The Pitch is just what you are looking for. They offer a range of different memberships; however, the day pass is an incredible option for those who are still looking around for a place to settle into. The entire team is super friendly, professional, and attentive. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND
I’ve heard so much about the Pitch at the Wharf! When I spoke to Jarrett, he was so polite and answered all of my questions and was so detailed oriented. I really appreciated his patience with me as shared work spaces are new for me! So glad quality customer service still exists! 😄
My team and I did a mini-planning retreat at The Pitch. The space is nice, very comfortable and it was quiet. We had a room with a window. The retreat was very productive and this was a nice way to get away in the city. Thank You for your help Jarrett!
The Pitch is a great workspace environment to work! With a variety of options in today’s hybrid workplace, the Pitch at the Wharf is a great option for a fresh place to work and meet with colleagues and team members. The Day pass is great for short term, pop in days, but the range in memberships is great! The team is extremely friendly and insightful and will make sure your time is spent wisely!
Review for The Pitch:

For two years, I rented an office space from The Pitch. During this period, I found the premises to be conducive for business, leading to timely payments from my end throughout our tenure. However, my experience post-contract has been far from satisfactory.

Despite submitting all the necessary paperwork upon completion of our lease in June 2023, my security deposit remains unpaid. I've repeatedly been given vague reasons centered around "accounting errors." Furthermore, it's come to my attention that several other businesses who've leased spaces with The Pitch face similar challenges concerning the return of their security deposits.

It's disheartening to see such practices from an establishment that otherwise provided a commendable space for business. The failure to uphold clear contractual obligations tarnishes the reputation of The Pitch. It is essential for prospective renters to be aware of these post-contractual challenges when considering The Pitch for their business needs.
My experience at The Pitch was outstanding and I highly recommend it to anyone that is considering CoWorking spaces. I toured several of their competitors and felt that The Pitch provided a much better value. The staff is very friendly and attentive and the location and views are hard to beat.
I came here for a business meeting. The facility is quite clean and has a front desk staff that is eager to assist you. After my meeting, I was able to use the call room for privacy to continue doing other business. The pluses include its on the wharf, which is walking distance to the water and dozens of restaurants. I enjoyed a walk along the waterfront.

Regal Cinema is here, DC Chinatown. I love every place with a Regal Cinema. There is also a DISTRICT E, a Haggen Dazs Ice Cream Shop, an entry to Capitol Arena, and an interior entry to Clyde's of Gallery Place, American restaurant, having parking, then, outdoor for cobblestone plaza is Smoothie King, just across the street numerous eateries that just opened up. This all is in the same block as METRO GALLERY PLACE/CHINATOWN STATION, and a short walk from Martin Luther King, Jr. Public Library.

Gallery places is a metro stop for everything from the Capital One Arena that's known for Sports events, Concerts. Did I mention all kinds of restaurants from every walks of life all your favorite shops it's a city within the city... Enjoy and stay safe
I got a day pass here and worked remotely for a day before heading home from Otakon. The location is very easy to find, the receptionist was helpful and the place feels very cozy and welcoming, unlike some other co-working places I’ve been to. The coffee, cold brew and espresso are great amenities and I got a laugh out of how the mug rickrolled me. Would definitely visit again.

Nice options. Tesla dealer nearby. 2 or 3 good Chinese restaurants. One sit-down Cuban restaurant may or may not be overpriced. Chinese Friendship archway sets the tone. And the Caps play at the arena. GP metro is sketchy, so stay alert.

I like gallery place because I'm a city guy and I love all that the city has to offer. I like all of the good and can tolerate some of the bad. I was surprised at how much open air drug use was going on and being tolerated. Cops were on every corner. Interesting.

The food is always good, and the customer service is top-tier whether you eat at a bar or a table. The menu has several options, seasonal items, and a daily happy hour. Greg is my favorite bartender. Go check him out.

It was an awesome experience. I visited the planet fitness the staff were friendly and inviting. The atmosphere was great!
Gallery Place has turned into a Gathering Place! People are everywhere. They are sitting on the sidewalk in chairs, crates, bikes, scooters, and wheelchairs. There are also young babies in strollers.
There is plenty of smoking going on here.
There is trash on the sidewalks and in the streets.

Good luck trying to get into the Metro.

There is normally police presence, they are out numbered if a fight or disturbance breaks out.
Now I try to avoid this area, due to safety concerns.

This is where the 80, P6, and the X2 Metro bus stops are.

Watch out for the M st gate. If the guard is wearing cammies, you're gtg. If they're dressed up in rent-a-cop gear get ready for some serious power trippin

Everyone was so friendly here. It was a short visit, but it’s a beautiful base & didn’t meet one person who was unwelcoming.
If there was a way to take a tour, it either stopped because of 9/11 or the pandemic. The place was secured and only authorized personnel only. Not upset, but would have liked to know before going in that direction. Using Google Maps got me thinking I could get inside the gate.
Wonderful, amazing, so nice. I like to go there for everyday morning walk. Good coffe shop is there and some brands shop.
Beautifully appointed, spectacularly well-run, and brilliantly located, Mindspace is undoubtedly the best co-working space in DC. The staff offer excellent and responsive service with a personal touch. Oh, and the internet speed is orders of magnitude faster than most office spaces.
Nice and clean building just on Connecticut Ave in DC

Great place, me and the wife sneak off during the week, and its so peaceful. P.S. they will validate your parking if you ask, they won't tell you tho. Oh power reclining chairs too!
Mindspace came through when my work laptop wasn't working with my hotel's WiFi. The space and amenities are nice, but I really appreciated how quiet it was and the different options available for meetings. The staff helped me get situated quickly with no aggressive sales pitches. Everyone wore masks and restrooms were socially distanced. It can be a little difficult to find but the security at the WaPo side of the building will help you get to the 3rd floor.
Loved working here! Beautiful ambience with office spaces quiet enough to get actual work done. Everything was clean and quite new. I've been to a lot of coworking spaces in various cities and this by far has been one of my favorites!

DC IS A GREAT CITY TO VISIT WHEN WE AREN'T IN PANDEMIC MODE!!! LOTS OF MUSEUMS THAT ARE FREE AND LOTS OF OTHER ACTIVITIES DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF YEAR!!! COME VISIT THE WHITE HOUSE AND THEN GO TO LINCOLN WAFFLE HOUSE FOR THE BEST LOW PRICED BREAKFAST. THEN HEAD ON OVER TO ASTRO CHICKEN AND DOUGHNUTS, BEST FRIED CHICKEN YOU'LL EVER EAT. SOME OF THE STRANGEST BUT DELICIOUS DOUGHNUTS THAT YOU WON'T FIND AT DUNKIN DONUTS.

Nice building
I was able to park easily on the side with a nice view of the Century Center. Not crowded at all.
I absolutely love Mindspace. The space itself is always clean and well kept, and is probably the most chic looking of all the co-working spaces I have visited in the DC area (which is always a plus). The staff is extremely personable, and are quick to work through any questions I have -- and genuinely seem to care about each individual company/person here. They've also done a really wonderful job communicating with members and managing the space itself to keep everyone safe and informed throughout Covid, which I sincerely appreciate. I've been so impressed with Mindspace over the last 2 years, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a space to work!
Love this place. Grateful to have it in DC

I went inside here only to go to Morton's. I didn't walk around, but it seems nice inside. It looks very clean, and a nice place to get a break from the outside. It was absolutely dead when we went in here on a Saturday evening, so I don't know what others are saying about it being too crowded. Maybe my experience was different because of the pandemic.

Great location at Connecticut Avenue and L Street NW, with Metro station access next to it. I don't know what part to rate as my business was a tenant in this space briefly, but I visit the building much more for the US Post Office on the lower level. That is the real treasure- a convenient post office. It gets crowded, but the staff tries to move the lines efficiently. There is also a seating area in the atrium, which is a nice break if you want to relax for a moment. Building is clean and well maintained.

Great place to work! Glad I took the job here. There is a shuttle from L'enfant Plaza and great for a lunchtime walk. Zumba on Thursday afternoons is super fun!!!
I was in D.C for a meeting that was hosted at MindSpace! Obvious Pro: the space is beautiful and has plenty of resources and space to get work done efficiently. Even though I was only there for a day, the staff made me feel welcomed as if I was a member- which says a lot because they knew I was from out-of-state so they couldn't "sell me" on a membership. Just genuine people! My cell phone reception was a little wonky in one area but fine everywhere else, maybe just check that out for yourself when you tour the space. :)
Mind Space is an amazing company and an awesome place to get work done. I have a hot desk at the Washington DC location, and I have nothing but great things to say. The community team is super friendly and is always willing to lend a hand. Their spaces are beautiful, and as a freelance photographer, I'm always inspired by their interior design and their welcoming presence. I can't help but to recommend their spaces to any small business or creative professional looking for a place to work
MakeOffices is a great nurturing nest for business owners and entrepreneurs.
I have been working out of The Wharf location for several months now and the place is absolutely stunning.
Great amenities available with many membership options - free beverages (beer included) , 24 hour access, copy/printing services super fast Wi-Fi and more.
All that comes with fantastic networking opportunities.
I can recommend MakeOffices for anyone looking for a professional location to make their venture a success.
Initially I thought was the space to build upon a great work at our company. Overtime, my feelings have changed. The front desk staff come are hit or miss on being friendly and helpful. I feel like I’m bothering them when raising an issue or asking a question. I just let it go and moved on; however, today, I never have felt so disrespected in the workplace ever. In celebration of black history month they decided to play trivia and have some snacks. They often do happy hours around a theme. Today’s theme seemed friendly and innocent enough until I looked at the snacks and how they were displayed and packaged. Although it may seem minor to some, I immediately connected the imagery to cotton in a bag like when slaves picked cotton. I questioned whether I should say something because the imagery although “innocent” did not sit well with me so I said something to the front desk staff, Katie. She immediately caught an attitude and was like don’t make this a big deal. It is just popcorn and if you don’t like it I’ll eat it to remove it....wow. I’m hurt that she one would talk to a client that way and secondly my experience and how I feel about imagery shouldn’t bother me. The workplace should be sensitive and aware and open to different cultures and if someone of that racial make up is telling you the imagery doesn’t sit well, LISTEN.
Nice banqueting facilities. You can get catering or bring your own and bring your own intertainment.

Wonderful place for an event. Not sure about the catering policy, but if I pay for food, ALL of it is mine - including leftovers, for me or my guests', to pack and take.
Saw Kai from across the room!(he was busy prepping for the show) Miriam was quite polite considering we popped in unexpectedly.
