I have been coming here for over a year. The staff has always been very nice.
Great experience. The store was clean and not busy. I had my hands full with Amazon returns and a baby. One of the employees was nice enough to open the door for me which honestly made my day.
I came here for a return, it's clear most computers are down right now but it seems the guy here got it to work in the back, it seems like a stressful time but he was able to help me process my return quick and with no problems glad he's here
They refused to notarize my document because they did not have 2 associates staffed. There was not another potential customer there or even one walking in as I am outside leaving this review. 0 ☆
Late. Never open at 9:00. The time is 9:13 now and I’m still waiting. They never open on time. Always late. This is not a first time.

If you are running late in the mornings, don’t come to this location. It is 9:06. You open at 9a.m. You have five clients waiting on you to appear. I called your number and no answer. Is this often? Is this a reliable location? I know from experience it’s happened to me once here before.
This locations has a sign that it opens at 9:00 a.m. This is not the first time this happens to me here.

This is is not good for business. I won’t be utilizing this location nor recommending it to anyone.
The staff here doesn’t have keys to open the gate to assist the people who are trying to drop off or send items.
The staff member that is here with no key is keeping us up to date of him trying to reach out to management/ owner.
Special thank you to Jonathan for keeping all six of us up to date and for trying to reach management; which was nowhere to be found. By the way, you ended up loosing everyone waiting except for two of us that where dropping off.

Harbor Freight is always good!
The men that work here are so petulant and miserable it’s laughable. I can always expect an unpleasant experience and weird behavior in an attempt to convey misplaced anger. Stop ruining our experiences and work someplace else if you hate being at this store. It’s quite simple.

The business I was looking for that shows as being here and open is, in fact, not here.
Although Montgomery Village rocked back in the 80s with their movie theater and toy store, and other cool stores... Now we have Big Lots which is nice, but we need more great spots here. But it's looking promising here
This store is really helpful the service is always quick and to the point, every time I’ve come in they always greet me and help me with whatever I need whether it be a notary or help getting a new passport picture taken and of course when ever I ship they always give me an estimate for the shipment which helps me decide on the best shipping option. Great Store!... update i used to hold this place in very high regard as the old workers were kind and knew what they were doing however they have had a change of staff or something and now have people who have little to no clue as to what they are doing, im sad to see my favorite ups store having gone so far down hill, sad to say they old kept one person from the old staff who actually knows what they are doing. safe to say i wont be coming here for a couple on months until they figure out what they are doing!
Busy, but nice to shop here.

Chipotle... that's all. Lol...okay just kidding but NOT. Chipotle came directly from Heaven, especially today as my stomach was literally touching my back. I just inhaled my veggie burrito bowl and now sitting back watching Big Bang Theory from Season 1. Life is good!
Parking spaces are to Dag on small other than that the place is nice

J & R Jeweler is a great place for watch battery replacement. Price is very reasonable. Always pleasant!
Busy place with decent selection
There are A lot of store , you can survive for a long time if you only shop in this shopping center . Never get old
