This place is really wonderful. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. I don’t usually do membership-types of things, but the one that they offer is really a good deal and pretty much a no brainer if you get regular services. I also want to give a shout out to Christa. Not only is she really good at what she does, but she takes the extra time to make sure you are happy with the treatment. I have seen her now 3 or 4 times for Botox and I have been so pleased with the results! She’s keeping me looking great without looking overdone! ☺️

I love VIO Med Spa! I am very particular about who I trust to do my injections for toxins and filler. They do a great job. Stacy is extremely skilled and has an incredible understanding of anatomy which results in her enhancing my look allowing me to look more youthful and refreshed while maintaining the integrity of my facial structure so that I look like myself. The end results are fabulous. Stacy does a great job. The staff there is always kind, professional from the phones to the waiting room. Jessica will get you scheduled and make sure that you are all set from start to finish. I am so happy with the results that I actually am posting a picture of my actual face on a public form so that should tell you that this place uses highly skilled Medical Professionals who have the appropriate and latest medical knowledge to do aesthetics.

What fantastic way to start a birthday. Amanda was amazing. She is very thorough and ensures your skin can tolerate scheduled facial and if not she recommends next step until you can safely have it vs just having it done for business reasons. You feel that she sincerely cares about your skin and your outcome. My face was glowing and looked fantastic and I didn't even wear makeup for the rest of the day. I highly recommend Amanda.

Euna is amazing! Everyone on the staff is so kind and welcoming. From the first time I walked in I felt at ease. Everyone is open to answering questions and the treatments are wonderful! I’ve noticed a huge difference in my skin and have been happy with all of my treatments!

A wonderful experience every time I am in the office. All of the gals are so welcoming! I have seen Ali and Sarah and both are extremely knowledgeable, patient and want to get you the best results for whatever you are in for.

I just had my first microneedling treatment at VIO Medspa, and it was such a great experience! Christa was amazing—she took the time to explain everything, made sure I knew what to expect, and was so gentle and reassuring throughout the whole process. I felt totally comfortable in her hands. Brooke at the front desk was a total sweetheart too—she welcomed me with such a positive energy and made everything easy and stress-free. I’m really excited to have signed up for the membership and can’t wait for my next appointment in a few weeks!

So far I have had two visits (facial appointments) with Amanda Young. I did observe that she is pretty alert to her client needs, and addresses each one immediately. The spa’s interior is also beautiful and well thought-out. The front desk Professional? Always Warm. Knowledgeable. Welcoming. They are also patient and accommodating in scheduling, and swiftly responsive to text messaging. I am sold 😃. I will keep returning.

Laura is the absolute best! I have been going to her for a while now and we’re working to get my face wedding ready! I always leave feeling so refreshed, clean, and knowing my face will begin radiating right away thanks to her. Went to Euna for a lip filler/brushing consultation and Dysport and I could not be more pleased. The office is so cute and the front desk girls are so friendly and helpful! Eden was my injector and not only was she just the nicest, she was also so thorough and knowledgeable. I really felt at ease with her and felt so comfortable during the procedure. When we started the consultation for lips, I didn’t feel any pressure at all to make a decision that day and felt like she gave me great advice based on what I was looking for. We even got to talk about our rescue pups which is always my favorite thing to do! I will definitely be back and am so happy with my visit and my results!

I love Euna and the staff there. They are so knowable and take such great care of their clients. I had my first Botox treatment with Ali - she was so warm; I could have stayed all day chatting away with her & the results were amazing. For it being my first time she really put me at ease!

I also was able to use Laura to help me with some skin care needs, specifically, to create a plan for my melasma. She recommended some wonderful products and took the time to get to know me as a patient.

The absolute BEST of the best! I make time every few months to travel from nyc just to visit Euna because of how much I love it there. The staff at the front desk are always so kind and welcoming. Ali is absolutely amazing. She listens to you, asks questions and follows up to makes sure whatever services you get meet your expectations. And the results are phenomenal. Laura’s facials are unbelievable too. I barely ever wear makeup thanks to Euna. It’s so clear Ali and Eden hire staff who are so knowledgeable and genuinely care about their patients. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Ive been going to A New You med spa for about a year now. Overall, I really like the staff, the service they provide, and the prices for the service. However, if it is a glitzy, high-end, and somewhat pretentious med spa you are looking for, this spot is not for you. This is a small business that is run by authentic, kind, and generous women who have your best interest and happiness at heart. Have I ever had slow responses or difficulty getting a person on the phone when l’M available? Yes. Have I had a treatment that I felt didn’t work the way I thought it would? Yes. But I’ve also had those experiences at high-end establishments, along with terrible customer service because I’m not a fully primped socialite. I’m an average 50-something that really values the personal treatment I get at A New You. The kindness and authenticity of this place make the small inconveniences worth it. And…most of the services I have had have worked!

I spend thousand of dollars in treatment here, and spent over a year doing treatments. They kept promising results that never happened. Not to mention they burned me! They left me unattended during a treatment which burned my skinned to the point it had bubbled up and blistered in several areas. After all these treatments several members told me they were never properly trained on how to use the equipment and had not been administered the treatments on the right settings or on the right time. I called and asked for all my records, which I have yet to receive this was months ago, I also called after a 3 month wait period where they told me there would be results….. guess what no results. They said they would call me back with some sort of a solution and no one has called yet and this was months ago as well. A complete waste of money, and time.

Morgan did a wonderful job on my lip injections. I was super nervous however he made me feel super comfortable and calmed my nerves! They turned out exactly how I wanted!! I would 100% recommend!

I was hesitant to book cool sculpting because I wasn't sure if it really worked. But over the years I gained excess weight in my middle section thanks to being at my computer most of the day. Morgan explained everything in detail and it was an easy procedure. I highly recommend booking a few sessions bc I saw a big difference after the last treatment. Thanks for the great work, you helped me gain some confidence back.

Morgan is incredible! I absolutely love his work. Ive had lip filler for almost 3 years now, 1 with a different doctor and 2 years with Morgan and I wont Go to anyone else ever again. He Is extremely professional and answers all your questions before you can even think to ask. He is also extremely knowledgeable in his work which you want and always has the latest and greatest. I really Look forward to my appointments with him because I know im Always going to leave extremely happy!
