Have had a few treatments here and keep going back. I’ve seen several different aestheticians and they have all been lovely. Zasha especially is so knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. I would highly recommend a consultation to work through what treatments would benefit you and their pricing options, and ask for Zasha when you make your appointment!

SKINNEY Medspa is the best aesthetics/medspa service provider I’ve ever been to. The amount of experience and education of their staff is unmatched. Thousands and thousands of hours of Formal training, schooling, and then actual application of the treatments and services they offer, in a calm setting with beautiful, luxury offices. You are taken care of here. This will be my new home for anything Medspa and Aesthetics in New York. It is the Ritz Carlton of the Medspa Industry. Zasha is amazing and I requested her for all my appointments going forward, and Sarah and Natasha helped make the experience excellent as well.

SKINNEY MedSpa is everything you could hope for in a provider. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful, facility is clean, and they offer a range of services. Zasha is a must-see provider. She is efficient, kind, knowledgeable, and makes you feel safe. 10/10 recommend.

I recently had an appointment at the 5th ave location with Zasha. She was fabulous — she took her time, explained the process and made sure I was comfortable. I have been going to BeautyFix Medspa for over a year. I get dermal fillers by Rosetta, and my experience has been great. She has an asthetic eye and is very professional. She listens to your needs, does not overfill and gives natural looking results. I would highly recommend.

I have been a client of Marina at Le Salon Day Spa for more than 30 years. Marina is professional and expert at medical pedicures.. she saved my toenails from many problems and my pedicure looks and feels beautiful. The manicure is carefully done, immaculate and neat... and lasts a long time. I would never go to " factory" type nail salon. Le Salon Day Spa is private, personal and relaxing. The best in NYC !!!

Mimi is AMAZING! Her vibe is honestly spectacular, my appointment felt like a nice “Women empowerment” session! She explains everything and makes sure you get the results that you are looking for. Skinney Med Spa is the go to for all my skincare needs. I have been seeing Amyah for a while now and my skin has made such a transformation. She helped me through all of my wedding prep, and is truly the only person I trust with my skin. Every treatment she recommends is gentle enough for my sensitive skin yet effective for my problems. Not to mention the spa on 57th street is so aesthetically pleasing. Overall this place is 10/10 and highly recommend requesting Amyah for your next treatment!!!

Le Parlour is my favorite wellness clinic in the city! Shelley the owner and Maya the technician are beyond professional, they always remind me of my appointments ahead of time, take super good care of me before during and after treatments.
I go for laser removal and I have to say that they have the best technology in town, my hairs stopped growing only midway through treatment and there 0 pain.
I highly recommend Le Parlour as they are probably the most pro and the most result reliable in the city. They always make sure I feel good before leaving the clinic.

I came to Le Parlour for laser hair removal treatments. I am very happy with the results that Shelley and Maya were able to obtain for me. They were patient, professional, and thorough and calibrated my treatment for my skin type. I appreciated the detailed notes they took during each session that helped improve my treatment plan. I plan to come back to Le Parlour for any future treatments I may need.

Such a welcoming environment! I booked the Advatx laser acne treatment and saw results after the first visit. Shelley took the time to explain the process in detail which really put me at ease. Highly recommend.

Shelley and Maya were pleasant, but having 2 people hovering over you in tiny office while pushing random products was not the experience I thought I would have when I originally booked an appointment.

The acne laser treatments may work well, but with the lack of personal space, professional setting, and weird pushy energy to purchase products and pay for multiple sessions at once, I will not be continuing sessions with them.

For such a high price tag it's better for me to continue this process at a more established dermatologist office that feels more comfortable and isn't trying super hard to make sales.

With that said, I do appreciate how kind and attentive they were while performing the treatment and I wish them all the best.

It’s so easy to work with Shelly and Maya.

Shelly is the owner and incredibly accommodating. For those who are shy on the phone or screen their phone calls against scammers, she texts so you’ll always know what you’re getting.

Maya is also incredibly easy to work with and she will teach you how to care for your skin and check that the laser is working! She’s always making sure you’re safe and that your skin looks great.

The first time I got laser, it DID hurt…but Shelly held my hand haha. And Maya instructed me how to breathe as to help me manage the pain.

This is a private room so there’s nobody else there. The waiting room has a bathroom and water station so if you come early or need to take a call, it’s very easy. And it’s very centrally located, right off of Madison square park.

These women are just so nice and easy to work with. I’ve been doing chemical peels at a dermatologist and laser hair removal here and I have to say, after both treatments are done, I’m for sure coming back to le parlour and only le parlour.

Update: I don’t even know how many months later. I’m addicted to Le Parlour and their offerings!! These women are PROs.

Double update bc I just read a review that I totally disagree with (Looking at you, JADE): yes, the space where the laser happens is on the smaller side. But anybody who has gone to any kind of aesthetician or has gotten waxed would be used to the size of the space. So I’m not sure why this would be a problem for anybody, let alone any New Yorker. ADDITIONALLY, I was on the larger side of bodies and I usually HATE going to beauty places bc they’re not body inclusive spaces and everyone there is oppressively skinny and I always feel like I’m going to break something or I’m too big for the offices, and I have NEVER felt like that at le Parlour. So yeah, it’s small…but I would rather take a small, clean room that has good energy and cares for their clients and doesn’t shame them over any large space that doesn’t accommodate people at whatever size.

The waiting room is large, with lots of seating. I have taken meetings there while waiting for my appointment (bc I have a mtg heavy work schedule).

Lastly, the products that Maya and Shelley offer are great. And smell really good. But I would never say they’re pushy. In fact, they’re more than understanding when you tell them about your financial situation.

As both a participant in the course and a model I recommend this course 100%. Incredibly educational. The hands on portion is great to learning exactly what you need to do to become proficient at injecting and making your clients happy 😊

I am SO grateful to Shelley for my laser skin treatment with AdvaTX, it completely transformed my skin! I was quite prone to painful hormonal acne, and after just one treatment I experienced major changes to my skin. My pores are a lot smaller and my skin feels way less irritated/ sensitive and less tendency to redness. Truly a worthwhile investment. Thank you 💕🙏

A dreamy step back in time. Nothing artificial or over the top here. Just a meticulous pedicure by a skilled and experienced lady who knows exactly what she is doing. Highly recommend.

It is a small salon, with one nail station. It was a pleasant experience, emotionally. I had the medical pedicure (washed in a foot spa, calluses cut, skin smoothed). This used to be what I got for a "spa pedicure" (but in the big chair) back in the early 1990s. As a nurse, I didn't see the "medical" portion, except maybe she has a certificate (hers were on a side wall) for using a razor? I have runners toes from years ago and my toe nail needed repair. The previous repair (done elsewhere) held on for several months. This repair lasted a week and a half. I almost snagged the nail off on a sock. The rest of the toes looked good for most of the next two weeks. Not at those prices but good.
I had a basic manicure (table side, on natural nails). Now, that was something to talk about. I thought that she'd cut my finger and toe nails too short but it worked out great. She applied the polish in layers, letting each layer dry a bit. I tried to wear gloves for a few days around the house but I'm REALLY bad about that. This manicure held up for almost two weeks. My natural finger nail manicure NEVER hangs on for this long. I'd go back for the manicure!
The cost was medical pedicure ($140), nail repair ($25), and manicure ($40).

As opened my own medical aesthetic practice last year, Cosmetic Medical Training provided me with top class, one-on-one training in my office.
Christina Pawlish was my trainer. Christina took the time to go over all aspects of injecting neurotoxins and fillers w/me, from facial anatomy to technique. She was patient, professional and gave me the confidence to start injecting without fear. Cosmetic Medical Training and Christina Pawlish are the absolute best. I would recommend them without hesitation. Worth more than the cost!

She fixed all my toes and saved my feet! I highly recommend! Best pedicure I’ve ever had!!!

The best thing about this school is the 1:1 interaction with a board certified provider. The trainee usually injects 5-6 models while the trainer is right next to them. The training is performed in the providers office so there is a great comfort level. I would definitely recommend Cosmetic Medical Training.

Super nice company and have only had good experiences. The online training is very comprehensive as well as affordable.

I would NOT recommend these people. FYI, a hands on experience means tele-training to them!

I have terrible nails and my toes are gnarled and calloused and altogether yucky. Marina has for decades nevertheless kept my hands looking more than respectable and my feet as pain-free as they can be. (She is also personally a sweetheart.) It would be hard for me to recommend her too highly.

We just had our botox training in our office. The whole experience was smooth and convenient. Both my doctor and I got trained. And they came within a week of our booking. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love the work done on my Mom . My mother is 82 years and was very apprehensive about going for a medical pedicure, she even wanted me to cancel. Mom thought her toes would be sore afterwards. But not so at all !! Mom said her toes, her feet feels Great !! Mom was so glad we kept our appointment with the LeSalon Day Spa.. It has the Personal and Professiional touch she needed !! LeSalon Day Spa is clean and has a beautiful peaceful ambiance.

I recently started the laser hair removal process with Le Cachet Spa, it worked very well. Every meeting is very fast and the people who work here are also very good.

The BEST facial and products. Irina has saved my skin. She tailors my facials each time depending on my needs and sends me home with top of the line products that I now use religiously. They are true experts. I also get my waxing and eyebrow tinting done here. Even the shaping of my eyebrows was done perfectly. Can’t say more amazing things about this place. LED light therapy, reflexology, relaxation, everything is top knotch.

Mark was very rude to me over the phone. First, he asks me to email to him. He gave me a different email from the first time I talked to him, then says he didn’t get it because he didn’t check it. So, Mark gave me a different email to email him on. When I asked if he had time to talk this time, he says he screams “I NEVER (F-word) SAID THAT! WOULD YOU STOP (F-word) WASTING MY TIME!” Totally unprofessional. He went back on his word. Good luck to him.

This will be long but in short i loved results and i love Sofia. She took great care of me. For all women but especially women of color. I am African amerAmerican.

I get extreme ingrown hair in my bikini area. No matter what i tried, wax, trim, shave, tricks and hacks none worked. It left me with alot of discoloration and scarring. So i decided I'd try laser hair removal but heard stories of women of color getting burned and it not working. But new laser came out, YAG, and it was supposed to solve this issue. I picked Le chachet because they specialize in women of color and after talking with Sofia i felt safe.

I was lucky to catch a special and got 7 sessions for half price. Its worth the money.
Sessions took 15mins. Every 4-6 weeks. You start off at the lowest level and every 2 or so go up a level. Have to shave the day before. If you miss any they will shave you. If there is hair it will burn and smell like burning hair and might be painful.

1st session painless and easy. The gel was cold. The cold air coming out of the laser i felr more than the actual laser. I whipped the gel off after and continued my day normally. Hair grew back and some fell out in a week or 2. Grew back the 4th week but very thin like baby hair.

2nd session went up a level felt it but not too bad. I left the gel on after my session.Same hair growth as 1st session. Note wear a dress so all you have to do is pull it up.

3rd session same level same minor pain. Definitely left the gel on after session to help cool skin. All Hair fell out in a week only some of it grew back.

4th session went up a level and i definitely felt it. There was some "bumps" after but no burning, area was sensitive for a few hours .Sofia ask if i needed any breaks she would but i just wanted to get it over with. Same hair growth/ fall out.

5th session was very painful. I had to ask Sofia to stop a few times. I had more bumps after and kept the gel on all day. My hair took a while to grown it and all of it fell out and only a few hairs stayed. I tell sofia the areas that grow back and she makes sure she focus on them.

6 and 7 session i was at the highest level and i got some numbing cream that i put one 2 hours ahead of time in 30 min increments. The pain was there like how it felt on my 3rd or 4th session. But wasnt horribly painful. I would definitely recommend it for the last few sessions. Only a few sections grew in but mostly bald. And smooth.

To help exfoliate and get rid of dark marks and stop ingrown hair i use pfb vanish, the light blue one. It really helps.

I have to go for check up like 2-3 times a year or as needed until the hair doesn't grow back anymore. I very happy and no more painful ingrown hairs.

Very RUDE! This started by me emailing and inquiring about their price and services. The lady calls me and she was very aggressive on the phone to get me to set up an appointment. I asked if she had any before and after pictures and her response " I been doing this for over 30 years I don't need before amid after pictures and don't have time if you like my pedicures you like them." mind you medical pedicure nyc has before and after pictures. As a first time customer you would think they would be nicer. I cancelled the appointment and decided to keep my appointment with medical pedicure instead since they already asked me to send a picture of my feet and are friendly. When I asked for the confirmation of canceling her response was "you don't need a confirmation your appointment is cancelled " she then hung up on me. I sent them an email about it being no excuse of why they didn't provide me the confirmation and also to have s trail for my record. Shaddy from the start and I didn't even have a chance to try them out. Customer service is horrible!

Got my first facial this past Saturday 9/10/16. Sofia was great. The atmosphere is calm and beautiful. I am going back this Saturday for a facial peel.

I am giving them 4 stars because the woman who performed my services was WONDERFUL! She made the experience worth while.

My story:
I call on Wednesday to make my appointment for spa services for me and a friend for my Birthday, on Saturday. As I made it I read, off of their website, the services I wanted. I made her aware these were promos on their website and we confirmed the prices. I thought it weird that she didn't know what the promo and prices were, but since we discussed it and she was in agreement at the time, I didn't think anymore of it. I am super excited because we got there 1 hr early and they allowed me and my friend to store our bags while we went to PS450 to start my BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION!
We get back, and began my services. The body wrap was wonderful.....nothing like being lathered in chocolate! Then the aromatherapy massage...Awesomeness! So last we are there to begin the microdermabrasion. Mila evaluates my skin and decides that I should get these other treatments. I consider her advise, but want to know how much. She gets the woman at the front desk (who just happens to be the woman I spoke with on Wednesday) and she proceeds to try to negotiate prices that I didn't want to pay. So I say just give me the microdermabrasion like I originally asked. Oh now we pretend we did not have a conversation on Wednesday about the price of the microdermabrasion and tells me the price is like twice as much as what is displayed on the website and what we discussed. By the way, it's still showing on the website. She did the same thing for my friend who made an appointment for the microdermabrasion. In addition, she tries to tack on an extra $55 because Mila gave me a scrub with my body wrap. WTH! I've never been there before this visit, I figured the scrub was apart of the body wrap. I told you what services I wanted, isn't it your responsibility to know what I should receive?
So while I would consider going back, I may want to come with my own agreement or contract for services to be sure there is no funny business. Kinda pissed me off that they would try to scam extra money out of me and my friend on my BIRTHDAY!!!!

Its true Le Cachet Day Spa is not a Trump Tower, however its a very nice and most importantly a very clean place. I been there number of times already with good experience. The rooms are a bit small, but I didn’t go there to dance. I went there to receive good spa services. Each time I visit, the staff of Le Cachet spa treats me with courtesy and great care. You can tell they care about their clients and its make me always feel good. They are good what they do, when I had my first laser hair removal consultation with them, I felt confident in their ability and expertise In laser hair removal. You can just tell, they know what they are doing, they performed thousand’s of laser hair removal treatments by now, and the result as they told me, after 6 treatments I will have no more hair… I already have no hair growth after my fifth treatment. And I will go back to complete my treatment, so no hair will grow back. I am very satisfied with Le Cachet Spa laser hair removal treatments I received, they use some kind of two systems during laser hair removal treatment, one removes the hair the other cools the skin surface, so no pain being felt, its really great.

I arrived about 30 min late at Le Cachet Day Spa and Laser Center, for my Laser Hair removal appointment, the girl at the front desk was not very happy for being late I could tell, but she was very nice to me, and sent me in without delay for my laser hair removal treatment. It was my 4-th laser treatment and I have absolutely no hair growing on my body, they told me I need 6 treatments minimum, but I don't have any hair growth since my treatment's at Le Cachet Spa, I am not sure I really need the two more recommended treatments. I am convinced that Le Cachet day spa uses the best laser hair removal lasers based on my own experience.

Definitely I would recommend this spa to all my friends.

I have read some of the reviews of Le Cachet on Yelp, I just visited Le Cachet Day Spa on Friday with my mom, and like always for the past 3 years, we had nothing, but a beautiful experience with them.
I had a Facial with Mila, always after my facials at Le Cachet I would get many compliments from my friend’s and colleagues at my work on my skin.. My mom had a pampering full body wrap which she really enjoyed, so for some reason all these negative reviews of Le Cachet doesn’t ad up.
I sincerely recommend Le Cachet to anyone. Please don’t be fooled with some of these might not even be a clients of Le Cachet angry writings. Someone looks like has a real hidden agenda for le cachet spa with these angry and fabricated negative reviews.
I highly recommend Le Cachet day spa based on my experience with them, and for those who really want to know the truth, please visit this great spa and than write your experience with them. Its terribly wrong for some angry people to write misleading ,angry and false reviews.
