Took my Luna, a 3 year old St Bernard rescue to Pawprints from fri-mon, she could not have been in better hands 🙌🏼
She was bubbly coming out and the staff took their time to get to know her whilst she was there, I am very grateful for the staff and service, I hope to use going forwards!

Used the enclosed field, was brill. They also have hotel boarding for dogs which looks amazing, so will definitely be trying that out for our next holiday!

First time for my doggo in kennels but he came home having thoroughly enjoyed himself from what we can see. The staff were amazing and very knowledgable

What can I say? Excellent care even for my very high maintenance troubled rescue dog. Heated rooms, doggy music, paddock to play and love and care from the staff 💜🐶

Fantastic facility - we have a reactive rescue dog and here she can run around and sniff without worrying about other dogs or people 10/10 would recommend.

Paddock is nice and secure, but not that big. We have a greyhound so were hoping for something slightly larger. (Our fault for not checking the online size description properly)

Website claimed there was a tap in the paddock, but we couldn't find one. Definitely don't rely on that if your dog is energetic or you plan to stay for an hour.

Update: thanks for the reply. Extra signage and info about the tap would be great. We had a bit of an explore around the edges but didn't spot it. Raised it to a 4 star.

It was my first time using pawprints after viewing a number of kennels and reading many many reviews.
We booked our 3 small dogs in for a trial of 2 nights and it was brilliant.
The staff are lovely, very welcoming and ask questions about my dogs to get to know them.
I felt 100% comfortable leaving them and when I returned they told me all about their stay and how good they had been. the dogs came out confident and very happy and you could see they were very comfortable with the staff.
Will definitely be recommending them.

I have a Romanian rescue who’s fearful of new people so I was nervous about taking her. The staff are very knowledgeable and made her feel at ease from the get go. I was able to leave without any fuss. She got back and if she’s usually stressed she will be on edge but she was her usual self from the get go. Can’t thank pawprints enough.

The dogs love the freedom. We went today and they had a great time, although the people booked for after us showed up 10 minutes early and got their dogs out the car right outside the paddock, their dogs were barking a lot which started our dogs off, from then our dogs were too distracted to run around so we had to leave before our time was actually up.

I can't praise them highly enough at Pawprints - they're absolutely brilliant! I know my dog is in safe and experienced hands whether she's just being groomed or staying in the kennels, she's always well looked after.
