There is a black female with a small dog got into the large dog area and she tried hit my dog when she tried to separate when both of ours dog fight. What a crazy woman
Awesome!!! Beautiful upgrades to the park!!! It was already a nice go to for EVERYONE!!! However, we've witness the Mayor of Union City take great care of his constituents with continuous CLEAN streets, sidewalks, parks and overall upkeeps which is importantly LIVING comfortably!!!👏👏👏
Best, largest and cleanest dog run in the area. For the most part, responsible dog owners who clean up after their dogs and make sure their dogs are behaving accordingly. It is a gorgeous setting with NYC as its backdrop.
Mostly knowledgable dog owners come here. That and the regular presence of Hudson County Sheriff's Officers make this a safe run.
This park is a great spot for a playtime outing for your fur babies. The dog play area is demarcated and divided legibly for small and big dogs. The portable pool in summers for the pups to play in summers I a welcome thought. Wonderful for even morning walk or a jog. Newly constructed wheelchair ramp is a big kudos.
Very clean and well organized fenced dog park. Not big enough if you have very active/large dogs but good enough for smaller (≤20lbs) dogs to have a decent run. It closes at 8pm so not super convenient for those who have to walk their dogs a bit late.
Minus one star because there is a group of owners who tend to form a circle and stare/judge people (and their dogs) who are new to the park or don't come often. They also tend to let their dogs do whatever without interfering - e.g. steal other dogs' balls, jump on other owners, or get aggressive towards smaller dogs. I once asked an owner politely to curb her dog from jumping on me to get treat, she told me and I quote "this is a dog park what do you expect".
Seems like they think they own this park and really unpleasant.

Just brought my two dogs here for the first time, and they loved it! Will certainly be going again in the near future! 10/10, 5 stars!!!
Great dog parks. Two parks, one for large dogs and one for small dogs. Both are spacious. Very friendly and responsible owners. Water available. Unfortunately no bathroom for humans in the park
