This is one of the khatti place for youngsters or office goers. There's always a crowd standing near the shop who basically order tea from it. And their tea is really good. Cold coffee is also one of a kind. Can try!
Though now the shop isn't named as "Cha Khatti", There's no name board or anything.

The tea of this place is so so good and refreshing your mind. Little bit crowded most of the time. When you take out anything you have to pay first.

It's a very much cool atmospheric place.....and the owners behaviour is so cool and calm with respect...and also the soft drinks are with all types of tea teast is so much unique from others.....

Cha Khati feel the taste together. The tagline says it all just visit and taste then only you will know. Pocket friendly price with delicious taste of mocatails, coffee, tea, sandwiches and many more varieties. I just love to have 🐓 sandwiches with a cup of cold coffee here on a daily basis. Feel the real khati swag with a cup of tea/coffee .

If you are looking for a good noisy place🤭 then this is it. Right beside NH-16, you can't complain about reaching this place. The hygiene here is very evident. The price is very modest, and you can get genuinely good plain Lassi without all the drama involved. There's an option for Ice cream Lassi too which tastes good too. Haven't tried all the mojitos, but most of them I have tried tasted good (there are better options in bbsr). Chai and coffee are favourites here, and you know why. Not a recommendation if you are looking for a quiet place.

We had the Blue lagoon Mojito(Non-Alcoholic) from Cha Khatti. The taste was surprisingly good. With mint and lime flavour, it was refreshing during this hot season.
