Bit weird this shop. It seems like they've run out of clothes rails. Massive empty spaces on the shop floor, maybe it's just terribly laid out 🤷

It's fine in terms of having good clothing but it's always dirty and today I went in to try some tops on and the changing rooms were totally unsupervised and had a few men roaming around inside which made me super uncomfortable. There were only 3 members of staff on a busy Saturday all of whom were young women who looked like they didn't care about anything you said to them so I didn't mention anything. I will shop here again but rarely. Its only because its a store close to my house. They do need to have more supervision of things though and a better cleaner!

Had amazing customer service after my daughter purchased some jeans, but after trying at home, needed a larger size. Thankyou to the staff at the Malvern branch purchased a dress to take on holiday in a few days didn’t try on as brought similar one the week before the recent purchase dress was to big phoned the branch they kindly put smaller size by for me until I could collect this pretty pink daisy dress staff so helpful Thankyou

I often shop here and have always been satisfied with the service. The staff have always been very friendly and provided prompt service. The only quarm I have with this place is there are not a huge variety of sizes, being a larger girl I am very limited to what I can buy and sometimes have to shop online to buy things in a size I need. The 'shoe heaven' area is brilliant however, a girls best friend after diamonds!

We bought a pair of shoes for my mum for Christmas that she absolutely loved but she bought the wrong size so we rang up to see if they had the next size up. They said that they looked and they had none so we thought we would go and see if we could find something different to exchange for the shoes and we went in and we saw the shoes that we wanted in the right size.

Great service here. Rang in to see if they had a different dress size, they checked shop floor and stock rooms. Found what I wanted and put it aside for me to collect the next day. No fuss, great customer service.
