I already had a great experience leasing the car and the servicing is terrific. They don't try to upsell when it's unnecessary. Then this week I met with Sean for my buy back. Everything went smoothly and he even went the extra mile to make sure my second appointment was on the date that I needed. Best dealership I've ever been to. Honestly.
Went there to get my car fixed for an A/C issue. Nicola had me all set for repairs while explaining the procedures. Repairs took longer than expected because of unforeseen circumstances but nonetheless got taken cared of at the original quote. Oleksiy took over my file and maintained the same level of high customer service since Nic went on vacation. Great experience would highly recommend !

Friendly staff to greet you. Unfortunately not all their mechanics are competent. They performed an expensive repair which didn't remedy the problem. After paying the invoice, leaving and driving around the block. I returned to the dealer. When they realized what was really the issue, they insisted I pay again to fix something completely different. Are they dishonest or simply incompetent? I'm guessing a bit of both.

Last Wednesday, as I was preparing to head out of town, my car
had an issue. I brought it to Honda des Sources dealership, and though the Service department was very busy that day, seeing my predicament they immediately accommodated me and resolved the issue with astounding speed within minutes. They did not charge me and my car is working perfectly ever since!

I have to greatly thank the Manager, Mr. Oleksiy S. for his stellar customer service! He and his team, especially Ms.Alexia at the Service Department and Mr. Anthony in the Detailing Department are all outstanding! They are very personable, very attentive to every customer and very competent and consummate professionals.

I wholeheartedly recommend Honda des Sources for it's excellent and exceptional service.

I recently had an excellent experience with the service department at Honda Des Sources, and I’d like to commend their outstanding team.

As soon as I arrived, Christina Morgan at the front desk welcomed me with a friendly smile and handled all the paperwork with great efficiency.

I also had the opportunity to meet the Service Director, Oleksiy Starovoytov. He took the time to address all my concerns and ensured that my vehicle received the meticulous care it needed. His professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were clear throughout the entire process. He kept me informed about the progress of my car and ensured that everything was completed to the highest standard.

The quality of the service provided was exceptional.

Unhelpful and rude. Brought my car in to get the radio fixed (radio was turning on on it's own. Even when the key wasn't in the ignition). Got the car back and the radio code wasn't put in. Went back to get the radio code and they wanted to charge me 150$ for the code. They also did an oil change without consulting me before doing it.
Told the representative that they didn't call me to confirm the oil change and said "that's impossible".
I explained the radio issue I was having and he said "that's how it's supposed to work", I told him he must change his car battery a lot of his radio turns on on it's own and plays overnight. He then said "oh ya, that's not normal". I was constantly made to feel like I was a liar. I will never bring my car back here.
Excellence in sales and service since 2006. We have been repeat customers for both our cars. Highly recommend. Hands Down. Looking forward to another purchase soon.

My recent experience in buying my Jetta was great Don ‘s support was super. He was very knowledgeable and he made himself available for me whenever I required his support. Very happy with VW purchase. Only issues is that I did not get a spare tire.

Came for a recall repair and was one of the smoothest processes I’ve ever had. Megan made the appointment and was super helpful and efficient. The appointment itself was as long as they had predicted and the employee at the service counter had great customer service skills. Finally the shuttle service was A1! Thank you!
I bought a used Honda CR-V 2019 from them less than 1 month ago and after care is completely non-existent. It's disappointing because they were very accommodating to rush the sale at my request. However, I was refused a follow-up at the service department concerning noises, broken equipment and maintenance lights that appeared a few days after purchase. I was told, and I quote: "We did check the car as we were supposed to but there wasn't anything to be done at the time of purchase. We aren't responsible for the oil changes or basic maintenance of the car because it isn't certified. If it was bought from Honda that would make it certified and they would have done the maintenance but you bought it from a Volkswagen dealership." Also: "Unfortunately there isn't anything further we are going to do on the CRV. We did the inspection and nothing was needed at the time of purchase or before." When I insisted, he required proof of the noise and supposedly forwarded the info to service. I didn't hear back from service and let Alex the salesman know. He said they called another number I don't have access to. They were supposed to call me at the right number 5 days ago and I still haven't heard back. I don't know if Alex is the shady one or if the whole company is, but this isn't right. Meanwhile, the noise is worsening. Horrible customer service. They don't care about customer satisfaction or loyalty after a sale. The embodiment of the stereotypical sleazy car salesman
Worst experience ever!! Brought my car in because while i was driving my back windshield shattered all of a sudden. I have seen it happen frequently on VW rear windshield or sunroof. The employee in charge of the services tells me he has never seen that happen on a VW. He takes a look for 2 minutes and points at me a small crack on the glass that is covered by my trunk, so nothing could hit that specific spot. He tells me that it’s that chip that caused the entire glass to shatter! Calmly i try to understand his reasoning and ask why it wouldn’t be the other way around, that the shatter cause that little chip? Or even when i opened and closed my trunk to remove my stuff before dropping my car off. All sides and corners are shattered. He tells me that there are no ways to know and all they can do are assumptions and he is certain that the warranty won’t cover the repairs (my warranty is still valid for 7 months). Not convinced at all, since the entire glass shattered and there are no possible way to point out if a crack caused all this. They didn’t want to make more efforts then that, they didn’t care. I had to go to work, so i just told them to fix it (400$+tx) and to give me a courtesy car. He told me that they don’t have any at the moment but they work with enterprise the car rental company, they would drop me off there and they will cover the charges, fine by me, i had no choice at this point. They drop me off at enterprise, i get there and the guy tells me that I am the one that has to pay for the rental and thats what the employee at VW told them. I try to call him back 4 times, to get a hang of him on the 5th. His story changes and he tells me that the rental is only covered if the warranty covers the damages on my car, knowing exactly that he did not mention that to me before sending me to enterprise. The rental of the car would have cost 450$ since it takes 6 days for my car to be fixed. I Decided not to rent a car because i don’t have that money to spend on a rental.. so I had to wait there for an hour and a half for a family member to pick me up because VW gave me the wrong information and decided to get rid of me by dropping me off like that. No consideration whatsoever!

My friend had the same problem and another dealership fixed it under warranty because the doubted that it was an electrical issue that caused the heating wires on the windshield that didn’t work properly. But they didn’t want to hear any of that.
