Very Bad Experience. The Staff Nurse at Emergency Section was very RUDE when I asked her for the prescription. She said we won't give prescription because you are not getting yourself admitted .

My question is then why do you in the Hospital treat at Emergency Section with such attitude Staff

Doctors are very supportive and very helpful to the family. Patients are treated attentively. Personal care and attention from sisters in MICU ward.My husband is admitted in critical condition. The staff and doctors are very supportive. Thank you so much HOLY SPIRIT HOSPITAL. God bless you all. 🙏

Doctor is very good and kind towards patients, but the receptionist is very ill mannered, classless lady who don't know how to talk with people. She is always rude and ready to fight. High time they change their staff. Changed doctor because of staff.

Very co operative Sisters,ward boys. The surgeon Dr Antao Nicholas was excellent. The food is very good. Very economical bill compared to other hospitals.I had my Femur Thigh bone replaced.

After two hospital visits we were still unable to stabilize my father despite icu visits bt here my father was treated well and discharged in a few days.. the staff was extremely sweet and courteous and made sure the environment to speedy recovery was fully met. Will definitely recommend this hospital to everyone even the doctor and nurses visits were routined so that no unnecessary disturbance is done to the patient which helped in adequate rest and well monitored recovery

I am highly disappointed with the gynecology department junior doctors. I came to the hospital with my wife for a follicular study. After getting the reports, we went to the gynecology department to show the report. One junior doctor was there, and we showed him the report. He said I would consult with the senior doctor, then let you know in 10–15 minutes. We waited there for 1 hour, but there was no response. Then, one more junior lady doctor was there, and we went again and asked her. She said I would consult with the senior doctor, then I would let you know. Then, after some time, they made plans to go out, but they left without giving any suggestion , and we were sitting there like idiots.This was very unprofessional behaviour from the junior doctors.

The attached video shows an insect in the ICU of the hospital. There was a rat as well in the reception area.

I've been visiting Holy Spirit Hospital for over 20 years and used to consider it one of the best in town. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing, to the point where I've decided not to return.

My problems began in the outpatient department (OPD) where the management seemed to be falling apart. The staff was unhelpful, and the place was chaotic. Even worse, I was charged a hefty fee for a doctor's consultation in the emergency room, where the service was terrible. It felt like they were more interested in money than patient care.

I decided to opt for a special ward, expecting a more comfortable experience, but it was far from what I had hoped for. The room was dirty, the sheets were stained, and there were spider webs on the walls. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, making the regular rooms more comfortable. Paying extra for this subpar room was a big mistake.

The hospital staff, especially the nurses, were very disappointing. They acted like inexperienced trainees, talking loudly and not showing much concern for the patients. They mishandled intravenous treatments, causing discomfort and even injuries. What's worse is that not a single senior nurse checked on me during my three-day stay; they left inexperienced staff in charge.

The food was another disappointment, with poor taste and the same menu served repeatedly. Despite my clear request not to have fish, they kept serving it. It seemed like they were trying to make me sicker.

The lack of privacy was also frustrating. The staff would walk in and leave doors open, forcing me and my relative to act as doormen. This not only disturbed my rest but also made the air conditioning less effective.

The front area of my room had a nurse station, which was constantly noisy. Staff members would joke loudly and make a lot of noise with dishes throughout the day and night. This was a major headache for me.

The billing was the final straw. The hospital insisted on repeating tests I had already taken the day before just to increase the bill. They even bundled several tests together under different names to charge more. To make things worse, they charged a significant amount for masks, gloves, and syringes, even though none of the staff wore them.

The most frustrating part was when they took away my leftover medications upon discharge. I had paid for those medications, and it's my right to take them home. It's unbelievable that they can just confiscate them without my consent.

My experience at Holy Spirit Hospital left me deeply disappointed, and I won't be returning. I spent a lot of money during my visit, only to receive subpar care and inflated bills. The hospital's unethical billing practices, lack of cleanliness, and unprofessional staff have shattered my trust. I'd advise anyone considering Holy Spirit Hospital to think twice and explore other healthcare options, even if it means going to a government hospital, because this experience fell far short of what one should expect from a healthcare facility.

My experience with the Hospital was bad.
I went for the treatment of my upper stomach ache that has nothing to do with my kidney stone and all they were treating was my kidney stone...
I was there in the hospital for 4 days on anti-biotics and pain killer and then i was discharged..
After 4 days of discharged, i am again admitted with the same pain at another hospital with better treatment..
Mallika hospital charged me 45K for nothing...

I like the all over environment of the hospital, everyone is so cooperative and handling gently to the patient and relatives, giving proper treatment.
DRS, staffs everyone is supportive and caring.

Entire treatment was good. Doctor's have treated well, sister's/nurse have been helpful and the room was very clean. Overall good experience.

We went there for a stone operation and the hospital staff and doctors are very caring and they take genuine care.

They are striving hard to keep the premises clean constantly.

Hospital is good and hygienic. Staff is friendly and cooperative. Completion of Formalities took lot of time. It took me 6 hrs to get the discharge clearance. Also the staff is not in sync with each other .. the doses was explained wrongly 2 times then when I asked them to recheck, they realised and corrected it. The ambience and service is good bt the discharge was a very bad experience!!

Doctor is very nice.Receptionist is very low class..she speaks very rudly with parents.. ..Some patients are very serious or having high temperature.. than to she speaks very badly..Doesnt have manner..always loud.Her Karma will definatly follow her.

The hospital itself is quite clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly, approachable and caring. Definitely one of the best hospitals in Jogeshwari. (I’ve had multiple long term experiences with my grandparents being admitted here)

My father in law was treated here for removal of kidney stone by Dr. Hitesh Jain. Doctor Hitesh is very good and confident at his work, very approachable and friendly with patients and their family members. His presence itself is very reassuring for the patient.
Overall Mallika Hospital has very sincere and friendly staff. The hospital rooms and corridors were clean and hygienic. We did not face any service related problem at the hospital.

Dr. L M Kapoor is one of the finest and experienced and mostly importantly a doctor with answers. He is available almost at anytime of the day, treats his patients with a smile, patience and utmost care.

Worst staff all the nurses are unprofessional and rude strongly advise not to get admit in these hospital

Third class service from Doctor Rehan Potriwala took 800rs and even don't listen to the problem of patients.

3 stars only because of doctors there, otherwise this hospital doesn't even deserve 1 star. No hard feelings, but I found staff is bit arrogant, specially the lady at reception.

All staff are very polite, helpful and kind heart. Taking care patient like family member.
Lab test facility is also available.
Hospital Staff Talking with everyone nicely. Doctors are very nice. Daily body check up time to time.
Food facilities and cleaning staff also great.
Hospital has provided breakfast, Lunch, high tea and dinner for patient and food quality was very good.

Hospital staff is highly inefficient and rude.
They do not communicate information between doctor and patient properly. My patient was admitted and they provided incorrect information about patient to the doctor. Very unprofessional behaviour.

Receptionist is too much unprofessional. Advised you to change them and appoint some good receptionist or give them training. We visiting bcoz of doctor is good.

Dr.Uniyal is very very great Doctor like God for kids ans management by Ruby Hospital is very nice. We are associated with Ruby Hospital almost since 3.5 years.

Worst experience total not manners how to talk with patients. Staff is to busy with self things.Morning's staff is the most useless,I took an appointment and I was late for 10 minutes and even in such an emergency, the doctor went. I even not wanted to give this one star also. not good for emergency cases.

Ruby hospital is that they do not sanitise properly & also do not follow social distancing as their is less place n gets congested. So wear ur mask pply n take care of ur own sanitization. Rest the doctor is very caring and humble towards his patients.Good pediatric

Very nice hospital, the doctors are very professional . Especially my interaction and treatment was for my dad. Our interaction has been with Avinash Malgaonkar sir. Very much professional and gem of a person. The treatment for cancer and overall motivation towards patients has been very much made patient comfortable to take up major operations. Will recommend the hospital.

Normal consultant fees are way too high, don't recommend this hospital if you have just cold or flu

This hospital is really out there to loot people. Located inside the Sher e punjab colony. They are just trying to make money from people’s difficult situation and helplessness. Had took my maid for a cut on her finger. I was charged whooping Rs. 6000 for 6 stiches. I was not even shown the OPD copy and the bifurcation of the treatment cost. What I read was 4000 is consultation fees.

Got here for an allergy treatment. Good response from Doctors and staff
