I don't think these people care about the bad reviews but my advise is go to another hospital even if the wait times seem longer. There is a reason for that. This hospital says 3 hours wait but you will wait 8 hours. That's what happened to me and I left my newborn baby at home to rush to the hospital because of the pain. I went to ask if my turn will ever come and was about to go to another hospital after 8 hours of wait when they finally called me. So go somewhere else.
I came in very very sick and walked out 3 days later healthy. I was taken care of by dozens, who used their expert training to keep me alive. The care I received was humbling; sure the digs were spartan but I was in Unit 83 for a reason and every single nurse was kind, professional, caring and attentive.

This is a place of love, warmth, and kindness. This team gels together, saves lives together, and cares together.

Caretaking can unlock something innate in all of us, I think that's what makes caregivers our finest example of humanity. I entered a hospital, and my only tear shed while I was there was from the overwhelming passion this team has. I was blessed to be cared for by this team I will always take that with me.

I want everyone to know much your care mattered, every smile, every hello, every single act, thank you. I hope you all see this when you need to most.
Went in on the 13th of December due to a fall on ice the previous evening which resulted in a severely injured right leg that was not better after a night of rest. Everyone from intake to x-ray to porters were fantastic: they were personable, empathetic, kind, and effective. Of particular note is Dr. Lin, who treated me, and Andrea, the attending nurse -- I couldn't have asked for better treatment or care givers, the staff are fantastic -- thank you for everything you did!
The Mental Health Day Program at Rockyview Hospital has been incredibly helpful and truly life-changing for me. The program equips you with a wide range of skills and tools to navigate mental health challenges effectively. The staff are dedicated, compassionate, and truly invested in helping you succeed.

I also want to give a special mention to Nurse Taylor. He is an exceptional mental health nurse who stands out for his kindness, patience, and genuine care. Taylor is an active listener who makes you feel heard and valued. His supportive approach creates a safe space to open up and work through difficult emotions and situations.

I am so grateful for this program and for the amazing team that makes it possible. If you’re considering seeking help for your mental health, I cannot recommend this program enough.
Dr. Lee is a cancer surgeon, the best!!! Once again, they changed the stands on my kidneys. This was the fifteenth time. They changed the stands in Ukraine, Russia, in the United Arab Emirates, I have something to compare with, believe me... In the end, Dr. Lee, who works in this hospital, turned out to be the best))) I have contacted him seven times already and he has always done his job at a high professional level. Honor and praise to Dr. Lee))) I also want to highly note the work of nurses and anesthesiologists, all their work is done quickly and clearly. Thank you, dear medical workers, that I am still alive in this world)))
I arrived at the emergency room due to extreme back pain from a gym injury. I spent the first four hours waiting, enduring unbearable pain while repeatedly providing the same information. When I finally saw the specialist, I was shocked when she told me there was nothing she could do for me and that I would have to wait several days for the pain to subside, rather than offering an injection to help relieve it, at least temporarily.

Next, I was sent for an X-ray and told to wait for the results. After another three long hours of suffering, the nurse informed me that the results would be delayed, and I would have to wait even longer. Frustrated and exhausted, I told her I was leaving and would not wait any longer, as no one had done anything to alleviate my pain.
Worst experience and hospital for me.
I want to thank the entire team of nurses and doctors on October 29, the day my baby was born. I had the best team at my cesarean section, everyone was kind, supporting me at all times. Dr. Henning, thank you for the wonderful and beautiful surgery and for bringing my baby into the world in perfect condition. The nurses were super attentive, especially nurse Zoe, thank you for everything. She never got tired of coming and going constantly, always happy and communicative, patient and calm. Thank you to all the other nurses who also cared for me. Regards.
Arrived to ER at around 9pm and left at 2:30am BUT with a no longer dislocated shoulder. While in ER waiting and after the initial check in I made it very vocal that I’m in 10/10 pain and wish that was offered some or any painkillers. The xray techs were very friendly and so were the nurses. Felt very well taken care off. Once you’re in and past the horrible wait at ER the level of care I received was great
